本发明公开了一种轻质耐霉汽车用铝合金型材,包括铝合金型材与涂覆在铝合金型材表面的复合涂料,复合涂料的原料按重量份包括:聚偏氟乙烯30‑50份,二乙二醇乙醚4‑8份,丙二醇甲醚3‑7份,轻质碳酸钙6‑12份,构树粉3‑7份,环氧大豆油4‑8份,硬脂酸镁4‑8份。本发明提出的轻质耐霉汽车用铝合金型材,原料易购,配方新颖,不仅重量轻,防腐性、耐低温性好,而且不开裂、不脱落、不发霉,使用寿命长,可达15年。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝合金型材技术领域,尤其涉及一种轻质耐霉汽车用铝合金型材。
背景技术
铝合金型材是工业中应用最广泛的一类有色金属结构材料,铝合金具有重量轻、强度高、成本适中的优点,在汽车工业中已大量应用。目前汽车用铝合金型材型材存在不耐霉菌,但对其表面耐霉菌处理后,表面附着物重量大,亟待解决。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种轻质耐霉汽车用铝合金型材,原料易购,配方新颖,不仅重量轻,防腐性、耐低温性好,而且不开裂、不脱落、不发霉,使用寿命长,可达15年。
本发明提出的一种轻质耐霉汽车用铝合金型材,包括铝合金型材与涂覆在铝合金型材表面的复合涂料,复合涂料的原料按重量份包括:聚偏氟乙烯30-50份,二乙二醇乙醚4-8份,丙二醇甲醚3-7份,轻质碳酸钙6-12份,构树粉3-7份,环氧大豆油4-8份,硬脂酸镁4-8份。
优选地,聚偏氟乙烯、二乙二醇乙醚、丙二醇甲醚的重量比为35-45:5-7:4-6。
优选地,轻质碳酸钙、构树粉的重量比为8-10:4-6。
优选地,环氧大豆油、硬脂酸镁的重量比为5-7:5-7。
本发明原料易购,配方新颖,不仅防腐性、耐低温性好,而且不开裂、不脱落、不发霉,使用寿命长,可达15年,超过现有的铝合金型材使用年限的一倍以上,其表面附着的保护涂层,不含有对环境有污染的金属离子,而且附着力强,可有效附着在铝合金型材表面,涂装后的铝合金型材具有耐霉菌、抗污染、耐酸性、耐碱性等特点,可广泛应用在日常生活中,以满足人们日益增长的高品质铝材需求。
本发明所用涂覆在铝合金型材表面的复合涂料以聚偏氟乙烯为主料,溶解在二乙二醇乙醚、丙二醇甲醚中,配合构树粉与轻质碳酸钙作用,不仅对铝合金型材的附着强度极高,可对铝合金型材的表面进行有效防护,而且构树粉与轻质碳酸钙的质量轻,可有效降低主料的添加量,重量轻,同时构树粉在硬脂酸镁的配合下在体系中的分散程度高,抗霉菌效果极好,配合轻质碳酸钙作用,稳定性极好,经固化后,铝合金表面能够形成致密、均匀的表层,其光泽、硬度、附着力、耐候性能好。

实施例1
一种轻质耐霉汽车用铝合金型材,包括铝合金型材与涂覆在铝合金型材表面的复合涂料,复合涂料的原料包括:聚偏氟乙烯30kg,二乙二醇乙醚8kg,丙二醇甲醚3kg,轻质碳酸钙12kg,构树粉3kg,环氧大豆油8kg,硬脂酸镁4kg。
实施例2
一种轻质耐霉汽车用铝合金型材,包括铝合金型材与涂覆在铝合金型材表面的复合涂料,复合涂料的原料包括:聚偏氟乙烯50kg,二乙二醇乙醚4kg,丙二醇甲醚7kg,轻质碳酸钙6kg,构树粉7kg,环氧大豆油4kg,硬脂酸镁8kg。

一种轻质耐霉汽车用铝合金型材,包括铝合金型材与涂覆在铝合金型材表面的复合涂料,复合涂料的原料包括:聚偏氟乙烯35kg,二乙二醇乙醚7kg,丙二醇甲醚4kg,轻质碳酸钙10kg,构树粉4kg,环氧大豆油7kg,硬脂酸镁5kg。

一种轻质耐霉汽车用铝合金型材,包括铝合金型材与涂覆在铝合金型材表面的复合涂料,复合涂料的原料包括:聚偏氟乙烯45kg,二乙二醇乙醚5kg,丙二醇甲醚6kg,轻质碳酸钙8kg,构树粉6kg,环氧大豆油5kg,硬脂酸镁7kg。
将实施例4所得轻质耐霉汽车用铝合金型材与市售普通铝合金型材进行性能测试,其结果如下:

2.根据权利要求1所述轻质耐霉汽车用铝合金型材,其特征在于,聚偏氟乙烯、二乙二醇乙醚、丙二醇甲醚的重量比为35-45:5-7:4-6。
3.根据权利要求1所述轻质耐霉汽车用铝合金型材,其特征在于,轻质碳酸钙、构树粉的重量比为8-10:4-6。
4.根据权利要求1所述轻质耐霉汽车用铝合金型材,其特征在于,环氧大豆油、硬脂酸镁的重量比为5-7:5-7。
