1. A sealed glue applicator comprising: a glue melting mechanism and a glue spreading mechanism;
the glue melting mechanism comprises a pressing cylinder, a pushing plate, a glue barrel, a glue melting device, a glue storage box and a first heating pipe;
the gluing mechanism comprises a gluing box, a left rubber door shaft, a left rubber door connecting rod, a left screw, a left cylinder, a right rubber door shaft, a right rubber door connecting rod, a gluing shaft, a right screw, a right cylinder, a guider and a driving unit for driving the gluing shaft to rotate;
the lower end of a piston rod of the material pressing cylinder is connected to a material pushing plate, and the material pushing plate is arranged in a glue barrel for placing an adhesive before use; the bottom of the glue barrel is provided with a glue melting device for heating the adhesive, the inner cavity of the glue barrel is communicated with the inner cavity of the glue melting device, the bottom of the glue melting device is provided with a glue storage box for storing the adhesive to be used after heating, the inner cavity of the glue melting device is communicated with the inner cavity of the glue storage box, two ends of a heating pipe for heating the adhesive are respectively arranged in openings of the glue melting device and the glue storage box, and the glue spreading shaft is connected with a driving unit;
the glue spreading box is arranged below the glue storage box, the inner chamber of the glue spreading box is communicated with the inner chamber of the glue storage box, the left cylinder, the left glue door connecting rod and the left glue door shaft are sequentially connected, the right cylinder, the right glue door connecting rod and the right glue door shaft are sequentially connected, a left screw for adjusting the opening and closing amplitude of the left glue door shaft is arranged on the left glue door connecting rod, a right screw for adjusting the opening and closing amplitude of the right glue door shaft is arranged on the right glue door connecting rod, the left glue door shaft, the glue spreading shaft and the right glue door shaft are all arranged in the glue spreading box, the left glue door shaft and the right glue door shaft are respectively positioned at two sides of the glue spreading shaft, and the guide is inserted into a square groove in front of the glue spreading box;
the two glue doors are divided into a left glue door shaft and a right glue door shaft, wherein the left glue door shaft is a glue inlet door, and the right glue door shaft is a glue outlet door; starting in the plate feeding direction, firstly, a glue outlet door is opened, and then glue is discharged; the right rubber door shaft and the left rubber door shaft together seal the inner cavity of the rubber coating box to form a sealing space; when the gluing mechanism needs to remove residual glue in the inner cavity of the gluing box due to maintenance, the left glue door shaft is opened, the right glue door shaft is closed to play a role of a scraper, the glue is brought out by the gluing shaft, the right glue door shaft is clung to the gluing shaft, and the glue on the gluing shaft is scraped off.

The sealed glue applicator of claim 1, wherein the melt adhesive mechanism further comprises: the device comprises a pot cover, an upper connecting flange, a first sealing ring, a lower connecting flange, a rubber barrel base, a centering shaft, a first bearing, a first bushing, a limiter and a hasp;
the center of pot cover is provided with the centre bore, the piston rod of swager cylinder passes the centre bore on the pot cover and is connected with pushing plate, pot cover and last flange fixed connection, pushing plate side surface is provided with first sealing washer, one side of pot cover is provided with first bearing, the one side edge of last flange, the one side edge of lower flange is provided with the trompil, the trompil on first bearing, the last flange of going up, the trompil on the flange of going down all are on a vertical line, the centering axle passes the trompil on first bearing, the last flange of going up, the trompil on the flange of going down in proper order, the opposite side edge of last flange is provided with the stopper that is used for adjusting the position that goes up the flange and closes, the knot body and the coupler of hasp are installed respectively on last flange and lower flange.
3. A sealed glue applicator according to claim 2, wherein a cylinder block is mounted to one side of the glue applicator, and wherein both the left and right cylinders are mounted to the cylinder block.
4. The sealed glue applicator of claim 1, wherein the melt adhesive mechanism further comprises: a liquid level sensor and a cover plate;
