Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐离子且触变性好的护肤组合物，按重量份计，包括如下组分：乳化剂0.1‑10份；中间为PEG长链且两端有两个或两个以上疏水基团的大分子成分0.01‑1份；高级脂肪醇0.1‑5%，其他油分1‑50份，水相基料为余量。本发明通过选用特定含量的中间为PEG长链且两端有两个或两个以上疏水基团的大分子成分以及高级脂肪醇，并辅以特定含量的乳化剂、其他基料，制备得到的护肤组合物可以提供一定稠度且在添加电导率强的原料时，不会降低体系粘度；且所述组合物同时具有良好的触变性；与固体油脂相比，所述组合物更加易于铺展。

一种耐离子且触变性好的护肤组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域，特别涉及一种耐离子且触变性好的护肤组合物。
背景技术
触变性，是非牛顿流体的一种特性，即流体在剪切作用下可由粘稠状态变为流动性较大的状态，而剪切作用取消后，要滞后一段时间才恢复到原来状态的这种性质。需要时间回复到原始状态，是由于絮凝网络经剪切破坏后，重新形成网络需要一定时间。
化妆品中护肤的乳液膏霜的增稠体系现在大多用的是由高分子物质和（或）固体油脂所提供。护肤乳液膏霜中常用的高分子物质一般包括卡波姆类、纤维素或淀粉类，卡波姆类高分子不耐离子，在体系中加入电导率高的物质，会导致降粘甚至是使体系崩溃。纤维素和淀粉类的原料肤感都会比较粘腻。化妆品种常用的固体油脂一般是高级脂肪酸或者脂肪醇，该类物质大量用于护肤乳液或膏霜，在涂抹时容易起白条，肤感厚实粘腻，在冲水时有一层油膜，消费者体验感比较差。
发明内容
本发明旨在给出一种独特流变性的组合物，具体的所述组合物是具有良好的触变性的护肤组合物，且所述组合物具有强的耐离子性，与固体油脂相比更加易于铺展。
本发明所述的一种耐离子且触变性好的护肤组合物，按重量份计，包括如下组分：乳化剂0.1-10份；中间为PEG长链且两端有两个或两个以上疏水基团的大分子成分0.01-1份；高级脂肪醇0.1-5%，其他油分1-50份，水相基料为余量。
优选地，所述的耐离子且触变性好的护肤组合物，按重量份计，包括如下组分：乳化剂2份，中间为PEG长链且两端有两个或两个以上疏水基团的大分子成分0.05份，高级脂肪醇2份，其他油分20份，水相基料为余量。
其中，所述乳化剂选自硬脂醇聚醚-2、硬脂醇聚醚-21、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-45硬脂酸酯中的一种或几种。
其中，所述中间为PEG长链且两端有两个或两个以上疏水基团的大分子成分选自PEG-150二硬脂酸酯、PEG-150 聚甘油-2 三硬脂酸酯、PEG/PPG-120/10 三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯、PEG-120 甲基葡糖三油酸酯、PEG-150 季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯、PEG-150 聚甘油-2 三硬脂酸酯中的一种或几种。
其中，所述高级脂肪醇选自鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇、山嵛醇中的一种或几种。
本发明所述的水相基料可以但不仅限于选自甘油、苯氧乙醇、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/环己硅氧烷、甘草酸二钾中的一种或几种。
通过普通的方法制造出本发明的所述的耐离子且触变性好的护肤组合物。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：
本发明通过选用特定含量的中间为PEG长链且两端有两个或两个以上疏水基团的大分子成分以及高级脂肪醇，并辅以特定含量的乳化剂、其他基料，制备得到的护肤组合物可以提供一定稠度且在添加电导率强的原料时，不会降低体系粘度；且所述组合物同时具有良好的触变性；与固体油脂相比，所述组合物更加易于铺展。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明，以下实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式，但本发明的实施方式并不受下述实施例的限制。
各性能指标的测试方法及评价标准：
耐离子性的测试方法：使用质构仪（型号：TA.XT Plus）进行粘度测试，从而判断是否具有耐离子性。
塑变性的测试方法：使用质构仪（型号：TA.XT Plus）进行剪切前和剪切后的粘度测试，从而判断是否具有塑变性。
铺展性的测试方法：将实施例及对比例的护肤组合物，组织30人受试者分别体验试用产品，分别针对产品的铺展性做出评价，按1-5分评价，评价结果如表1所示。
实施例1-5及对比例1-6：护肤组合物的制备
按照表1的配比将水相基料、中间为PEG长链且两端有两个或两个以上疏水基团的大分子成分混合加热到80℃作为A相，将乳化剂、高级脂肪醇及其他油分混合加热到80℃作为B相，将B相在搅拌的状况下倒入A相并进行均质，搅拌降温后得到即得耐离子且触变性好的护肤组合物。所得耐离子且触变性好的护肤组合物的等性能指标如表1所示。

Claims (5)

1.一种耐离子且触变性好的护肤组合物，其特征在于，按重量份计，包括如下组分：乳化剂0.1-10份；中间为PEG长链且两端有两个或两个以上疏水基团的大分子成分 0.01-1份；高级脂肪醇0.1-5%，其他油分1-50份，水相基料为余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐离子且触变性好的护肤组合物，其特征在于，按重量份计，包括如下组分：乳化剂2份，中间为PEG长链且两端有两个或两个以上疏水基团的大分子成分0.05份，高级脂肪醇2份，其他油分20份，水相基料为余量。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐离子且触变性好的护肤组合物，其特征在于，所述乳化剂选自硬脂醇聚醚-2、硬脂醇聚醚-21、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-45硬脂酸酯中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐离子且触变性好的护肤组合物，其特征在于，所述中间为PEG长链且两端有两个或两个以上疏水基团的大分子成分选自PEG-150二硬脂酸酯、PEG-150 聚甘油-2 三硬脂酸酯、PEG/PPG-120/10 三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯、PEG-120 甲基葡糖三油酸酯、PEG-150 季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯、PEG-150 聚甘油-2 三硬脂酸酯中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐离子且触变性好的护肤组合物，其特征在于，所述高级脂肪醇选自鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇、山嵛醇中的一种或几种。
