The embodiment of the application provides an information recommendation method, which can be applied to a system comprising a client and a server, and is a schematic structural diagram of the system as shown in fig. 1. The client may be an APP (Application) on a terminal device (e.g., a PC (Personal Computer), a notebook Computer, a mobile terminal, etc.), or may be a browser on the terminal device, the type of the client is not limited, and all clients capable of accessing the server are within the protection scope of the embodiment of the present Application. The server is a device with an information recommendation function, for example, the server may be a data platform, an e-commerce platform, or the like, and the type of the server is not limited, and all devices with an information recommendation function are within the protection scope of the embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 2, which is a flowchart of an information recommendation method in an embodiment of the present application, the method may be applied to a server, and the method may include the following steps:
step 201, obtaining the geographic location of the client.
Step 202, determining a business object to be recommended according to the geographic position.
Step 203, displaying the business object on the designated page of the client.
In an example, the execution sequence is only an example given for convenience of description, and in practical applications, the execution sequence between the steps may also be changed, and the execution sequence is not limited.
For step 201, in an example, the client may send the geographic location of the client (i.e., the geographic location of the terminal device where the client is located) to the server, so that the server acquires the geographic location of the client. For example, a GPS (Global Positioning System) located on the terminal device may acquire the geographic position, and the client may transmit the geographic position to the server.
The geographic location of the client may include, but is not limited to: latitude and longitude information of the client.
In one example, the geographic location may include an offline geographic location, such as when a user browses merchandise, a client may send the geographic location of the client to a server. The geographic location may be sent to the server by the client when scanning a format code (such as a two-dimensional code) of a commodity, for example, when a user views a commodity of interest, the two-dimensional code of the commodity may be scanned, thereby triggering sending of the geographic location of the client to the server; or the geographic location may be sent to the server by the client when the client arrives at the specified area, for example, latitude and longitude information of the specified area may be configured on the client, and when the client is located in the latitude and longitude information, it indicates that the client has arrived at the specified area, thereby triggering sending of the geographic location of the client to the server, where the specified area may be a specified business district, or may be a specified mall in the specified business district, or may be a specified shop in a specified mall in the specified business district, or the like.
With respect to step 202, in one example, the process of "determining the business object to be recommended according to the geographic location" may include, but is not limited to, the following: determining POI (Point of interest) information to be recommended according to the geographic position; and generating a business object corresponding to the POI information.
In one example, the process of "determining POI information to be recommended according to the geographical location" may include, but is not limited to, the following: determining the geographical position of each POI information in the candidate POI list; and determining POI information to be recommended according to the geographic position of the client and the geographic position of each POI information. For the determined POI information to be recommended, the distance between the geographic position of the POI information to be recommended and the geographic position of the client is smaller than a preset value (for example, the preset value may be 500 meters, 300 meters, and the like).
In the process of "determining the geographic position (such as longitude and latitude information) of each piece of POI information in the candidate POI list", a plurality of pieces of POI information may be configured in advance in the candidate POI list, and details are not described herein for the configuration mode of the plurality of pieces of POI information. Each POI information may include, but is not limited to: name, category, latitude and longitude, etc., for example, the category may be a mall, an attraction, a restaurant, a hotel, etc., and the corresponding name may be a mall name, an attraction name, a restaurant name, a hotel name, etc. Based on the longitude and latitude of the POI information, the geographic position of each POI information in the candidate POI list can be determined.
In the process of determining the POI information to be recommended according to the geographical position of the client and the geographical position of each POI information, for each POI information, the distance between the geographical position of the client and the geographical position of the POI information may be compared, and if the distance is smaller than a preset value, the POI information is determined as the preselected POI information, so that one or more preselected POI information may be determined. Further, POI information to be recommended (for example, one or at least two POI information) may be selected from all the preselected POI information, and the specific selection manner may be a random selection manner or another selection manner, which is not limited to this.
In one example, the process of "determining POI information to be recommended according to the geographical location" may include, but is not limited to, the following: firstly, determining the service type (such as a shopping mall, an attraction, a restaurant and a hotel) of the client, and then determining POI information to be recommended which is matched with the service type according to the geographic position.
After the service type of the client is determined, POI information matching the service type may be selected from the candidate POI list, for example, when the service type of the client is a shopping mall, POI information with a category of the shopping mall is selected from the candidate POI list, and then, the geographical location of each POI information with the category of the shopping mall is determined. And then, determining POI information to be recommended for the geographical position of each POI information of the shopping mall according to the geographical position and category of the client. And for the determined POI information to be recommended, the distance between the geographical position of the POI information to be recommended and the geographical position of the client is smaller than a preset value.
The method comprises the steps of determining POI information to be recommended according to the geographical position of a client and the geographical position of each POI information with the category as a market, comparing the distance between the geographical position of the client and the geographical position of the POI information for each POI information with the category as a market, and determining the POI information as preselected POI information if the distance is smaller than a preset value, so that one or more pieces of preselected POI information can be determined. Further, the POI information to be recommended (e.g., one or at least two POI information) may be selected from all the preselected POI information, and the POI information to be recommended is the POI information of the market, and the specific selection manner may be a random selection manner or other selection manners, which is not limited to this.
In one example, for a process of "generating a business object corresponding to POI information", the business object may include a shortcut entry, which includes but is not limited to: a page portal, or a navigation portal, or a function portal, including but not limited to: a payment portal, or a recommendation portal, or a photo price comparison portal, etc. For example, the POI information is AAA mall, and the business object may be a page portal including "AAA mall", a navigation portal including "AAA mall", and a function portal including "AAA mall".
For step 203, in an example, for the process of "displaying the business object on the specified page of the client", the display form of the business object may be a top pop frame manner, or a floating button manner, or an intra-page insert manner, etc. Based on this, the process of displaying the business object on the specified page of the client can include, but is not limited to, the following ways: displaying the business object on a designated page of the client in a top pop frame mode; or, the business object is displayed on the appointed page of the client in a floating button mode; or, the business object is displayed on the appointed page of the client by the mode of inserting in the page.
The specific page specifically includes but is not limited to: the home page or the current browsing page of the client.
In one example, the server may send information of the business object to the client to cause the client to display the business object on a designated page. Further, for the process of "displaying the business object on the specified page of the client in the top pop frame manner", the information of the business object that the server may send to the client may include an instruction command of the top pop frame, so that the client displays the business object on the specified page in the top pop frame manner. For the process of displaying the business object on the designated page of the client in the floating button mode, the information of the business object that the server can send to the client may include an instruction command of the floating button, so that the client displays the business object on the designated page in the floating button mode. For the process of "displaying the business object on the specified page of the client by the intra-page insertion manner", the information of the business object that the server may send to the client may include an instruction command inserted in the page, so that the client displays the business object on the specified page by the intra-page insertion manner.
In an example, after the server displays the service object on the designated page of the client, if the server can receive an access request of the service object sent by the client, the server may also send service information corresponding to the service object to the client, so that the client displays the service information.
In one example, after the business object is displayed on a designated page of the client, if the client receives an operation command that the user clicks the business object, the client sends an access request of the business object to the server. When receiving an access request of the business object sent by the client, the server can send the business information corresponding to the business object to the client, so that the client displays the business information.
When the service object is a page entry, the service information may be a mall page (including contents such as detailed description of mall), a store page (including contents such as detailed description of store), a scenic spot page (including contents such as detailed description of scenic spot), a restaurant page (including contents such as detailed description of restaurant), a hotel page (including contents such as detailed description of hotel), and the like. When the business object is a navigation portal, the business information may be navigation data (e.g., a map, indoor navigation, etc.) from the current geographic location of the client to a destination (e.g., a mall, a scenic spot, a restaurant, a hotel, etc.). When the service object is a function portal, taking the function portal as a payment portal as an example, the service information may be related data of offline payment. Of course, the above process only gives a few examples of the service information, and may also be other service information, and the service information is not limited.
Based on the technical scheme, in the embodiment of the application, the server acquires the real-time geographic position of the client, determines the POI information to be recommended based on the geographic position, displays the shortcut entry corresponding to the POI information on the designated page of the client, and if the user clicks the shortcut entry, the user is shown to be interested in the content of the shortcut entry, so that the service information corresponding to the shortcut entry is sent to the client, and the client displays the service information. Therefore, useful information can be automatically and timely recommended to the user according to the geographic position of the client, the application range of information recommendation is expanded, the user requirements are met, the user experience is improved, the real-time performance of information recommendation is high, the useful information is recommended by the server, the recommendation efficiency of the server is improved, and the increase of the burden of the server is avoided. In addition, a shortcut entrance under a real-time scene is provided on a designated page of the client, so that a user can shorten the operation path of the user, improve the operation efficiency and optimize the experience of the client assisting in shopping in an online scene by opening the client.
Based on the same application concept as the above method, referring to fig. 3, which is a flowchart of an information recommendation method in the embodiment of the present application, the method may be applied to a client, and the method may include the following steps:
step 301, sending the geographic location of the client to a server, so that the server determines a service object to be recommended according to the geographic location, where a specific determination process may refer to a flow shown in fig. 2.
Step 302, receiving the information of the service object sent by the server.
Step 303, displaying the business object on a designated page by using the information of the business object.
In an example, the execution sequence is only an example given for convenience of description, and in practical applications, the execution sequence between the steps may also be changed, and the execution sequence is not limited.
With respect to step 301, in an example, the client may send the geographic location of the client (i.e., the geographic location of the terminal device where the client is located) to the server, for example, a GPS located on the terminal device may obtain the geographic location, and the client may send the geographic location to the server.
For steps 302 and 303, the business object includes a shortcut entry, which includes but is not limited to a page entry, or a navigation entry, or a function entry, which includes but is not limited to a payment entry, or a recommendation entry, or a photo price comparison entry, etc. For example, a business object may be a page portal containing "AAA mall", a navigation portal containing "AAA mall", a function portal containing "AAA mall".
In one example, the business object may be displayed in a top pop frame mode, a floating button mode, an intra-page insert mode, or the like. The process of displaying the business object on the designated page by using the information of the business object may include, but is not limited to, the following ways: if the information of the business object comprises an indication command of a top pop frame, displaying the business object on a designated page in a top pop frame mode; or if the information of the business object comprises an indication command of a floating button, displaying the business object on a designated page in a floating button mode; or, if the information of the business object includes an instruction command inserted in the page, the business object is displayed on the designated page in an intra-page insertion manner.
The specific page specifically includes but is not limited to: the home page or the current browsing page of the client.
In one example, after the client displays the business object on the designated page by using the information of the business object, and receives an operation command that the user clicks the business object, the client sends an access request of the business object to the server, so that the server obtains the business information corresponding to the business object. And receiving the service information corresponding to the service object returned by the server, and displaying the service information on the page of the client.
The page of the client specifically includes but is not limited to: the current browsing page of the client.
4, which is a flowchart of an information recommendation method in an embodiment of the present application, the method may be applied to a server, and the method may include the following steps:
step 401, obtaining the geographic position of the client, where the geographic position includes an offline geographic position.
Step 402, determining a shortcut entry for the client according to the geographic location.
And step 403, displaying the shortcut entry on the home page of the client, so that the user can complete the first operation in line and the second operation in line according to the shortcut entry.
In an example, the execution sequence is only an example given for convenience of description, and in practical applications, the execution sequence between the steps may also be changed, and the execution sequence is not limited.
For step 401, in an example, the geographic location may be sent to the server by the client when scanning a format code (such as a two-dimensional code) of a commodity, for example, when the user is watching a commodity of interest, the two-dimensional code of the commodity may be scanned, so as to trigger the client to send the geographic location of the client to the server; or the geographic location may be sent to the server by the client when the client arrives at the specified area, for example, latitude and longitude information of the specified area may be configured on the client, and when the client is located in the latitude and longitude information, it indicates that the client has arrived at the specified area, thereby triggering the client to send the geographic location of the client to the server, where the specified area may be a specified business district, or may be a specified mall in the specified business district, or may be a specified shop in the specified business district, or the like.
For step 402, in an example, for the process of "determining a shortcut portal for the client according to the geographic location", see step 202, which is not described herein again. In addition, the shortcut entrance is specifically: a page portal, or a navigation portal, or a function portal, including but not limited to: a payment portal, or a recommendation portal, or a photo price comparison portal, etc. For example, the shortcut portal may be a page portal containing "AAA mall", a navigation portal containing "AAA mall", a function portal containing "AAA mall".
In step 403, in an example, by displaying the shortcut entry on the home page of the client, the user can complete the first operation under the line and the second operation on the line according to the shortcut entry, so that the fusion of the first operation under the line and the second operation on the line is completed, and the user experience is improved. For example, when the shortcut portal is a navigation portal including "AAA mall", the user can locate "AAA mall" based on the navigation portal and find the location of "AAA mall", and the navigation operation is completed (second operation on line). After the AAA shopping mall is reached, the user can be assisted to complete the operations of commodity browsing, commodity selection and the like (the first offline operation). Based on the payment portal, the user can also complete the operation of payment of the goods and the like (the second operation on the line). The above is only to give a few operation examples, and the practical application is not limited to this, and the operation is not limited to this.
Based on the same application concept as the method described above, referring to fig. 5, which is a flowchart of an information recommendation method in the embodiment of the present application, the method may be applied to a server, and the method may include the following steps:
step 501, obtaining the geographic position of the client, wherein the geographic position comprises an offline geographic position.
Step 502, determining a shortcut entrance for the client according to the geographic location. The quick entrance comprises a quick entrance corresponding to a target object agreed in advance, and the target object is specifically a designated business district, a designated market in the designated business district, or a designated shop in the designated market in the designated business district.
Step 503, displaying the shortcut entry on the home page of the client, so that the user completes the first operation in line and the second operation in line according to the shortcut entry.
In an example, the execution sequence is only an example given for convenience of description, and in practical applications, the execution sequence between the steps may also be changed, and the execution sequence is not limited.
For step 501, in an example, the geographic location may be sent to the server by the client when scanning a format code (such as a two-dimensional code) of a commodity, for example, when the user is watching a commodity of interest, the two-dimensional code of the commodity may be scanned, so as to trigger the client to send the geographic location of the client to the server; or the geographic location may be sent to the server by the client when the client arrives at the specified area, for example, latitude and longitude information of the specified area may be configured on the client, and when the client is located in the latitude and longitude information, it indicates that the client has arrived at the specified area, thereby triggering the client to send the geographic location of the client to the server, where the specified area may be a specified business district, or may be a specified mall in the specified business district, or may be a specified shop in the specified business district, or the like.
Referring to step 502, in an example, referring to step 202, a process of "determining a shortcut portal for the client according to the geographic location" is not described herein. In addition, the shortcut entrance is specifically: a page portal, or a navigation portal, or a function portal, including but not limited to: a payment portal, or a recommendation portal, or a photo price comparison portal, etc. Moreover, the shortcut entrance may include a shortcut entrance corresponding to a pre-agreed target object, where the target object is specifically a designated business district, a designated mall in the designated business district, or a designated shop in the designated mall in the designated business district.
For example, the client and the server agree in advance that the target object is the designated store 1 in the designated mall AAA in the designated mall a (which indicates that the user needs to purchase goods at the designated store 1 and is provided to the server by the client before the user leaves or during the purchase process), based on which, when the server generates the shortcut portal, the shortcut portal may be a page portal including "the designated store 1 in the designated mall AAA in the designated mall a", a navigation portal including "the designated store 1 in the designated mall AAA in the designated mall a", and a function portal including "the designated store 1 in the designated mall AAA in the designated mall a".
For step 503, in an example, by displaying the shortcut entry on the home page of the client, the user can complete the first operation under the line and the second operation on the line according to the shortcut entry, so that the fusion of the first operation under the line and the second operation on the line is completed, and the user experience is improved.
The technical solution of the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to specific application scenarios. In the application scenario, the service type of the client is a shopping mall, that is, the client is an APP of a shopping category, and the client can assist the user in completing offline activities related to shopping, such as offline wholesale, offline shopping and the like. Of course, the service type of the client may also be other types such as scenic spots, restaurants, hotels, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, and the following description will be given by taking the example that the service type is a mall as an example.
In the application scenario, in an example, the flow of the information recommendation method is as follows:
step 1, after the user opens the client, the client displays the home page to the user, as shown in fig. 6A. In fig. 6A, "111", "222", "333", "444", "555", and the like are original contents of the top page.
And 2, the client acquires the current geographic position and sends the geographic position to the server.
And step 3, the server determines POI information to be recommended according to the geographic position.
In one example, the server may determine a service type of the client, i.e., "mall", and then determine POI information to be recommended that matches the service type according to the geographic location. Specifically, after determining that the service type of the client is "market", the server selects POI information matching the service type from the candidate POI list, that is, POI information of which the category is market. And then, the server determines the geographical position of each POI information with the category of the market, and determines the POI information to be recommended according to the geographical position of the client and the geographical position of each POI information with the category of the market. And for the determined POI information to be recommended, the distance between the geographical position of the POI information to be recommended and the geographical position of the client is smaller than a preset value.
In the process of determining the POI information to be recommended according to the geographic position of the client and the geographic position of each POI information with the category as the market, the distance between the geographic position of the client and the geographic position of the POI information can be compared for each POI information with the category as the market, and if the distance is smaller than a preset value, the POI information is determined as the preselected POI information, so that at least one preselected POI information can be determined. And then, selecting POI information to be recommended from all the preselected POI information, wherein the POI information to be recommended is the POI information of the market, and the specific selection mode can be a random selection mode or other modes, which is not limited to this. For convenience of description, the POI information to be recommended is AAA mall as an example.
And 4, the server generates a shortcut entrance corresponding to the POI information. Wherein the shortcut entry may include, but is not limited to: a page portal, or a navigation portal, or a function portal, and the function portal may include, but is not limited to: a payment portal, or a recommendation portal, or a photo price comparison portal, etc.
For example, if the POI information is AAA mall, the shortcut portal may be a page portal containing "AAA mall", or a navigation portal containing "AAA mall", or a function portal containing "AAA mall".
And 5, the server displays the shortcut entrance on the home page or the current browsing page of the client.
In one example, the display format of the shortcut entries includes, but is not limited to, a top pop-up box format, or a floating button format, or an intra-page insert format, etc. Based on this, the process for "the server displays the shortcut entry on the top page or the current browsing page of the client" may include, but is not limited to, the following ways: the server sends information of the shortcut entry to the client, and the information of the shortcut entry may include an instruction command of a top pop frame, so that the client displays the shortcut entry on the top page or the currently browsed page in a top pop frame manner, as shown in fig. 6B, which is an example that the client displays the shortcut entry (e.g., a page entry of an "AAA mall") on the top page in a top pop frame manner. Or, the server sends information of the shortcut entry to the client, and the information of the shortcut entry may include an instruction command of a floating button, so that the client displays the shortcut entry on the top page or the currently browsed page in a floating button manner, as shown in fig. 6C, which is an example in which the client displays the shortcut entry on the top page in a floating button manner. Or, the server sends information of the shortcut entry to the client, and the information of the shortcut entry may include an instruction command inserted in the page, so that the client displays the shortcut entry on the top page or the currently browsed page in an intra-page insertion manner, as shown in fig. 6D, which is an example in which the client displays the shortcut entry on the top page in an intra-page insertion manner.
And 6, after the client displays the shortcut entrance on the home page or the current browsing page, if an operation command that the user clicks the shortcut entrance is received, sending an access request of the shortcut entrance to the server.
And 7, when receiving the access request of the shortcut entrance sent by the client, the server determines the service information corresponding to the shortcut entrance and sends the service information corresponding to the shortcut entrance to the client.
And 8, displaying the service information on the current browsing page by the client.
When the shortcut entry is a page entry, the service information may be a shopping mall page, as shown in fig. 6E. When the shortcut entry is a navigation entry, the service information may be navigation data from the current geographic location of the client to the destination, which is not limited to this. When the shortcut portal is a function portal, taking the function portal as a payment portal as an example, the service information may be related data of offline payment, which is not limited to this.
