Abstract
本发明提供一种痰标本处理液,包括以下按重量份数计的成分:磷酸盐2‑8wt%,苯酚2‑3wt%,溴已新2‑3wt%,乙醇20‑40wt%,蒸馏水46‑74wt%,其制备方法为:首先将称量好的磷酸盐溶于二次蒸馏水中,接着依次将乙醇溶剂、苯酚和溴已新加入到溶液中混合均匀即得。该痰标本处理液中含有灭菌剂苯酚、多糖纤维素类分解剂溴已新以及同时起到消毒和溶解作用的乙醇,具有性质稳定、成本较为低廉等优点,与市场上同类产品相比具有加大的竞争优势。

技术领域
本发明涉及病理检测技术领域,具体涉及一种痰标本处理液及其制备方法。
背景技术
痰液是气管、支气管、肺泡所产生的分泌物。正常情况下此种分泌物甚少,受到病菌感染等病理情况下,如肺部炎症、肺结核、肿瘤时痰量增加,并有性状、成份的改变。痰液标本是临床微生物学检验最常见的的标本,采集痰液标本并对其进行制片染色观察分析对于疾病的诊断具有十分重要的意义。
然而,痰液样本往往非常粘稠尤其是病变受感染的样本,再加上细胞含量较少,无法直接使用。一般的做法是将痰液标本清洗溶解,分离出来的细胞液通过染色制片机制片后检测。这其中痰标本处理液成为其中的关键,决定着最终染色片的质量和分析检测结果的可靠性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种痰标本处理液及其制备方法,通过向采集到的痰液标本中加入该处理液可快速使其分解同时又保持细胞,便于后续染色制片。本发明的处理液组分简单、制备方法简单、性质稳定、成本较为低廉,与市场上同类产品相比具有加大的竞争优势。
一种痰标本处理液,包括以下按重量份数计的成分:磷酸盐2-8wt%,苯酚2-3wt%,溴已新2-3wt%,乙醇20-40wt%,余量为蒸馏水。
优选的,该痰标本处理液包括以下按重量份数计的成分:磷酸盐6wt%,苯酚2wt%,溴已新3wt%,乙醇40wt%,蒸馏水49wt%。
上述痰标本处理液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先将磷酸盐溶于二次蒸馏水中,接着依次向其中加入乙醇溶剂、苯酚和溴已新,搅拌均匀即得。
上述方案中,每配制100g处理液中需消耗磷酸盐2-8g,苯酚2-3g,溴已新2-3g,乙醇溶剂20-40g,蒸馏水46-74g。
上述方案中,所述磷酸盐为磷酸钾或磷酸钠或两者的混合物。
本发明提供的痰标本处理液中含有灭菌剂苯酚、多糖纤维素类分解剂溴已新以及同时起到消毒和溶解作用的乙醇,通过优选的配方达到了最佳的处理效果。与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:原材料常见易得,组分简单容易制备,处理液性质稳定便于保存,成本较为低廉,便于大规模工业化生产。

一种痰标本处理液,包括以下按重量份数计的成分:磷酸盐2-8wt%,苯酚2-3wt%,溴已新2-3wt%,乙醇20-40wt%,余量为蒸馏水。制备时,首先将磷酸盐溶于二次蒸馏水中,接着依次向其中加入乙醇溶剂、苯酚和溴已新,搅拌均匀即得。本发明所采用的各原料均为医用级,二次蒸馏为自制。
实施例1。
一种痰标本处理液,其成分为:磷酸钠2wt%,苯酚3wt%,溴已新2.5wt%,乙醇32wt%,蒸馏水60.5wt%。首先准确称量20g磷酸钠、30g苯酚、25g溴已新、320g乙醇溶剂,605g二次蒸馏水,将磷酸钠倒入蒸馏水中稍微加热使其快速溶解,再依次向溶液中加入乙醇、苯酚和溴已新,搅拌混合均匀,分装后即得。由于乙醇和水的蒸发,两者的加入量可稍微过量一点。
实施例2。
一种痰标本处理液,其成分为:磷酸钾5wt%,苯酚2wt%,溴已新3wt%,乙醇20wt%,蒸馏水70wt%。首先准确称量50g磷酸钾、20g苯酚、30g溴已新、200g乙醇溶剂,700g二次蒸馏水,将磷酸钾倒入蒸馏水中稍微加热使其快速溶解,再依次向溶液中加入乙醇、苯酚和溴已新,搅拌混合均匀,分装后即得。
实施例3。
一种痰标本处理液,其成分为:磷酸盐8wt%,苯酚2wt%,溴已新2wt%,乙醇40wt%,蒸馏水48wt%。首先准确称量40g磷酸钾、40g磷酸钠、20g苯酚、20g溴已新、400g乙醇溶剂,480g二次蒸馏水,将磷酸钾和磷酸钠一起倒入蒸馏水中稍微加热使其快速溶解,再依次向溶液中加入乙醇、苯酚和溴已新,搅拌混合均匀,分装后即得。

1.一种痰标本处理液,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份数计的成分:磷酸盐2-8wt%,苯酚2-3wt%,溴已新2-3wt%,乙醇20-40wt%,余量为蒸馏水。
2.如权利要求1所述的痰标本处理液,其特征在于,该痰标本处理液包括以下按重量份数计的成分:磷酸盐6wt%,苯酚2wt%,溴已新3wt%,乙醇40wt%,蒸馏水49wt%。
3.如权利要求1所述的痰标本处理液,其特征在于:所述磷酸盐为磷酸钾或磷酸钠或两者的混合物。
4.权利要求1所述的痰标本处理液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:首先将磷酸盐溶于二次蒸馏水中,接着依次向其中加入乙醇溶剂、苯酚和溴已新,搅拌均匀即得。
5.如权利要求4所述的痰标本处理液的制备方法,其特征在于:每配制100g处理液中需消耗磷酸盐2-8g,苯酚2-3g,溴已新2-3g,乙醇溶剂20-40g,蒸馏水46-74g。
