本发明公开了一种高效机电一体化设备,包括机电壳体、发电机组、电机组、旋转轴、飞轮和飞轮罩,所述的机电壳体外圆柱形壳体,机电壳体内部依次设有发电机组和电机组,所述的机电壳体中部贯穿有旋转轴,所述的旋转轴上设有发电机组和电机组,所述的旋转轴左侧连接有所述的飞轮,所述的飞轮外侧罩设有所述的飞轮罩,所述的飞轮罩的直径与机电壳体的直径相等,本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,使用方便,设有发动机组和电机组,一方面可以为机械的运动提供动力,将电能转化为动能,另一方可以储备电能,并将电能转化为机械能,实现了动能和机械能的相互转化,提高了效率,同时设有冷却装置,降低温度,提高使用寿命。

本发明涉及机电一体化技术领域,具体为一种高效机电一体化设备。
背景技术
目前,电动交通工具所使用的电动机只能为电动车提供动力,不能同时作为发电机给蓄电池充电,电动车行驶路程受到限制,制约电动车的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效机电一体化设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高效机电一体化设备,包括机电壳体、发电机组、电机组、旋转轴、飞轮和飞轮罩,所述的机电壳体外圆柱形壳体,机电壳体内部依次设有发电机组和电机组,所述的机电壳体中部贯穿有旋转轴,所述的旋转轴上设有发电机组和电机组,所述的旋转轴左侧连接有所述的飞轮,所述的飞轮外侧罩设有所述的飞轮罩,所述的飞轮罩的直径与机电壳体的直径相等。
优选的,所述的发电机组包括第一定子和第一转子,所述的发电机组与蓄电池相连接,且蓄电池为发电机组提供电力。
优选的,所述的电机组包括第二定子和第二转子,所述的第二定子内设有电磁感应装置。
优选的,所述的第二定子与控制器相连接,所述的控制器控制电磁感应装置的通断。
优选的,所述的机电壳体与飞轮罩之间设有隔热板,所述的隔热板中部设有旋转轴通过的通孔。
优选的,所述的发电机组和电机组之间设有冷却液室,所述的冷却液室内装有冷却液,所述的冷却液室的上方设有密封塞,所述的冷却液室两侧设有电磁隔绝板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,使用方便,设有发动机组和电机组,一方面可以为机械的运动提供动力,将电能转化为动能,另一方可以储备电能,并将电能转化为机械能,实现了动能和机械能的相互转化,提高了效率,同时设有冷却装置,降低温度,提高使用寿命。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种高效机电一体化设备,包括机电壳体1、发电机组、电机组、旋转轴2、飞轮3和飞轮罩4,其特征在于:所述的机电壳体1外圆柱形壳体,机电壳体1内部依次设有发电机组和电机组,所述的机电壳体1中部贯穿有旋转轴2,所述的旋转轴2上设有发电机组和电机组,所述的旋转轴2左侧连接有所述的飞轮3,所述的飞轮3外侧罩设有所述的飞轮罩4,所述的飞轮罩4的直径与机电壳体1的直径相等,所述的发电机组包括第一定子5和第一转子6,所述的发电机组与蓄电池7相连接,且蓄电池7为发电机组提供电力,所述的电机组包括第二定子9和第二转子8,所述的第二定子9内设有电磁感应装置10,所述的第二定子9与控制器11相连接,所述的控制器11控制电磁感应装置10的通断,所述的机电壳体1与飞轮罩4之间设有隔热板12,所述的隔热板12中部设有旋转轴2通过的通孔,所述的发电机组和电机组之间设有冷却液室13,所述的冷却液室13内装有冷却液,所述的冷却液室13的上方设有密封塞14,所述的冷却液室13两侧设有电磁隔绝板15。
工作原理:使用时当作为电动机使用时第一定子5和第一转子6工作,给机械提供动力;当机械刹车时,控制器11给第二定子9供电产生磁场,在第二转子8的作用下产生电流向蓄电池7充电,将刹车时所产生的机械能转换成电能;当电动车处在下坡和其他状态下,也可产生不同能量的电流为蓄电池充电。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种高效机电一体化设备,包括机电壳体(1)、发电机组、电机组、旋转轴(2)、飞轮(3)和飞轮罩(4),其特征在于:所述的机电壳体(1)外圆柱形壳体,机电壳体(1)内部依次设有发电机组和电机组,所述的机电壳体(1)中部贯穿有旋转轴(2),所述的旋转轴(2)上设有发电机组和电机组,所述的旋转轴(2)左侧连接有所述的飞轮(3),所述的飞轮(3)外侧罩设有所述的飞轮罩(4),所述的飞轮罩(4)的直径与机电壳体(1)的直径相等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效机电一体化设备,其特征在于:所述的发电机组包括第一定子(5)和第一转子(6),所述的发电机组与蓄电池(7)相连接,且蓄电池(7)为发电机组提供电力。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效机电一体化设备,其特征在于:所述的电机组包括第二定子(9)和第二转子(8),所述的第二定子(9)内设有电磁感应装置(10)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高效机电一体化设备,其特征在于:所述的第二定子(9)与控制器(11)相连接,所述的控制器(11)控制电磁感应装置(10)的通断。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效机电一体化设备,其特征在于:所述的机电壳体(1)与飞轮罩(4)之间设有隔热板(12),所述的隔热板(12)中部设有旋转轴(2)通过的通孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高效机电一体化设备,其特征在于:所述的发电机组和电机组之间设有冷却液室(13),所述的冷却液室(13)内装有冷却液,所述的冷却液室(13)的上方设有密封塞(14),所述的冷却液室(13)两侧设有电磁隔绝板(15)。
