Abstract

本发明公开一种自振动水泥搅拌罐，包括外罐体以及设置在外罐体内的内罐体；所述外罐体和内罐体间设有多个弹性体，内罐体通过弹性体安装在外罐体中；内罐体中设有搅拌叶以及驱动搅拌叶的驱动机构。通过弹性体将内罐体悬挂在外罐体中，内罐体内的原料进行搅拌时，与弹性体弹性连接的内罐体将发生滑动，促使罐底的原料发生晃动而与上层的原料混合，提高所制得的产品的均匀度。

技术领域
本发明涉及原料混合技术领域，具体涉及一种自振动水泥搅拌罐。
背景技术
现有的水泥混合时，一般利用搅拌罐进行处理。将原料倒入搅拌罐中，搅拌罐内的搅拌叶旋转完成搅拌。但由于搅拌叶无法触及罐底，质量较重的原料容易沉积在罐底无法充分混合，造成所获得的水泥质地不均匀。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明一种提高水泥均匀度的搅拌罐。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现：一种自振动水泥搅拌罐，包括外罐体以及设置在外罐体内的内罐体；所述外罐体和内罐体间设有多个弹性体，内罐体通过弹性体安装在外罐体中；内罐体中设有搅拌叶以及驱动搅拌叶的驱动机构。
通过弹性体将内罐体悬挂在外罐体中，内罐体内的原料进行搅拌时，与弹性体弹性连接的内罐体将发生滑动，促使罐底的原料发生晃动而与上层的原料混合，提高所制得的产品的均匀度。
进一步的，所述弹性体为圆形橡胶块。
圆形的橡胶块具有足够的强度可支撑通常来说质量较大的内罐体而不会被压溃，同时其具有较强的弹性，可以确保内罐体具有足够的晃动幅度，以提高底层沉积物的混合效率。
更进一步的，所述弹性体设置在内罐体的底部和外罐体之间。
弹性体设置在内罐体的底部和外罐体之间，使内罐体的两侧没有阻隔，可以获得更大的晃动幅度，进一步提高混合效率。

本实施例提供一种自振动水泥搅拌罐，如图1，包括外罐体1以及设置在外罐体1内的内罐体2；所述外罐体1和内罐体2间设有多个弹性体3，内罐体2通过弹性体3安装在外罐体1中；内罐体2中设有搅拌叶4以及驱动搅拌叶的驱动机构5。本发明中，所述驱动机构为电机，电机通过传动轴6与所述搅拌叶连接。
进一步，所述弹性体3为圆形橡胶块。
更进一步的，所述弹性体3设置在内罐体2的底部和外罐体1之间。
