Abstract
The invention provides a horizontal steel ball grinding machine which comprises a turntable and a chassis which are vertically arranged oppositely, wherein grooves which are used for grinding steel balls and correspond to each other in position are respectively arranged on the bottom surface of the turntable and the top surface of the chassis, at least one scraper is arranged on the bottom surface of the turntable, the scrapers are arranged along the radius direction of the turntable, and the scrapers are close to the edge of the turntable. The scraper blade vertical fixation is on the base, the base is connected with the carousel. The scraper plate can play a role in stirring during working, simultaneously scrapes metal particles generated in the processing process to the water outlet of the base plate, enters the cooler along with grinding fluid, and is magnetically separated and recycled, so that the service life of equipment and the processing quality of the steel balls are ensured.

Background
In the field of machine manufacturing, a steel ball is a workpiece mainly applied to a rolling bearing. The rolling bearing is a standard mechanical part with strong universality, the steel ball in the ball bearing is a part which can bear load and has direct correlation with the dynamic performance of the bearing as a rolling body, the whole surface of the steel ball is a process surface and a working supporting surface, the quality of the steel ball directly influences the quality of the ball bearing, and high-precision steel ball processing equipment is the premise of ensuring the production of high-quality steel balls.
The prior art mainly comprises the following steps of: ball blank forming, ball polishing, heat treatment, hard grinding, polishing, cleaning, oiling and packaging. The polishing, hard grinding and lapping procedures are main and key procedures in the steel ball processing, so high-quality polishing, grinding and lapping steel ball processing equipment and a matched processing technology are the primary conditions for producing high-precision steel balls. The working principle of the existing steel ball polishing, grinding and grinding processing equipment is basically the same as that of a machine tool used in the prior art, and only the specifications of the grinding disc and the processing technology are slightly different.
The existing steel ball processing machine tool is divided into a vertical type and a horizontal type according to the direction of a main shaft of the machine tool. The horizontal steel ball processing machine comprises a water outlet, a turntable, a chassis, a motor, a lifting seat, a base, a reduction gearbox, a bearing and the like. The turntable and the chassis are arranged vertically and oppositely, grooves corresponding to the positions are formed in one sides, opposite to the turntable and the chassis, of the turntable respectively, and the steel balls to be processed enter the grooves from the turntable to be ground. In operation, metal particles are generated along with the grinding, the metal particles are mixed into grinding fluid, and one starting operation lasts for a period of time, so that the metal particles can be gradually deposited in the grooves of the chassis, and the service life and the processing precision of equipment can be influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a horizontal steel ball grinding machine which can effectively avoid the precipitation of metal particles in the processing process so as to overcome the defects in the prior art.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the horizontal steel ball grinding machine comprises a turntable and a chassis which are vertically and oppositely arranged, grooves which are used for grinding steel balls and correspond to each other in position are respectively arranged on the bottom surface of the turntable and the top surface of the chassis, at least one scraper is arranged on the bottom surface of the turntable and arranged along the radius direction of the turntable, and the scraper is close to the edge of the turntable.

the bottom surface of the turntable is provided with the two corrosion-resistant scraping plates, so that the stirring effect can be achieved during working, metal particles generated in the machining process are scraped to the water outlet of the base plate, and the metal particles enter the cooler along with grinding fluid and are separated and recovered by the magnetic separator. The scraper can not only ensure the service life of the equipment, but also effectively ensure the processing quality of the steel balls and reduce the rejection rate.

As shown in figure 1, the invention relates to a horizontal steel ball grinder, which comprises a turntable 1 and a chassis 2 which are vertically arranged oppositely, wherein grooves for grinding steel balls are respectively arranged on the bottom surface of the turntable 1 and the top surface of the chassis 2 in corresponding positions. With reference to fig. 1-3, at least one scraper 3 is disposed on the bottom surface of the turntable 1, the scraper 3 is disposed along the radius direction of the turntable 1, the scraper 1 is close to the edge of the turntable 3, and a gap is left between the bottom surface of the scraper 1 and the chassis 2, the height of the gap is generally 2-5mm, so as to avoid generating resistance to the rotation of the turntable 1 due to complete contact. When processing the steel ball, grinding fluid can enter into and flow into between carousel 1 and the chassis 2, and scraper blade 3 plays two aspects effects, plays to mix the grinding fluid on the one hand, lets the grinding fluid effectively contact with the steel ball, also prevents simultaneously that the metal particle from deposiing, and on the other hand plays the effect of striking off the metal particle that has deposiing, avoids it to deposit too much and causes adverse effect to the processingquality of steel ball. As shown in fig. 1, the blade 3 is positioned above the liquid discharge port 21 of the chassis 2.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to facilitate the connection of the scraper 3 and the turntable 1, the scraper 3 is vertically fixed on a base 4, the base 4 is connected with the turntable 1, and the base 4 is provided with a plurality of screw holes for connecting the base 4 and the turntable 1 through bolts.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the present invention further includes a plurality of ribs 5 fixedly connected to the scraper 3 and the base 4, respectively, and the strength of the scraper 3 is ensured by the ribs 5, thereby preventing bending fracture in long-term use. Further, as shown in fig. 3, the rib plates 5 are respectively disposed on two sides of the scraper in the length direction, and in this embodiment, two rib plates 5 symmetrically disposed are respectively disposed on two sides of the scraper in the length direction.
The scraper 3, the base 4 and the ribs 5 in the present invention are made of a corrosion-resistant material such as polytetrafluoroethylene, copper oxide, or an alloy material.
As shown in fig. 1, two scrapers 3 are provided, and the two scrapers 3 are symmetrically arranged relative to the center of the turntable 1, and the scrapers 3 are arranged so as not to interfere with the normal operation of the turntable 1 and the chassis 2.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a cleaning brush 6 made of a soft material is provided on the bottom surface of the scraper 3, and the cleaning brush 6 may be a brush, a brush made of a fiber material or a plastic material, or the like. The cleaning brush 6 is in contact with the top surface of the chassis 3, so that metal particles can be effectively removed and prevented from settling.
In actual use, the rotary table 1 rotates relative to the chassis 2 through the driving mechanism along the center, in the rotating process, the scraper 3 continuously cleans the top surface of the chassis 2 along with the rotation of the rotary table 1, metal particles generated in processing are fully mixed with grinding fluid and finally discharged from the fluid discharge port 21, and the discharged mixed fluid is used for separating and recovering the metal particles through the magnetic separator. In practical use, as shown in fig. 4, the scraper 3 may be provided with a plurality of guiding holes 31 to reduce resistance during rotation.
In conclusion, the horizontal steel ball grinding machine can solve the problem that metal particles are precipitated in the machining process to affect the machining quality. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes some practical problems in the prior art, thereby having high utilization value and use significance.
