A part of wind air in the lower space 5 flows into the interlayer 7 through the through holes 61 of the support vertical plate 6 on one side of the waveguide tube to radiate heat of the waveguide tube 111 and the microwave stirring motor, and the redundant air flows into the upper space 4 through the through holes 61 on the support vertical plate 6 on the other side, so that the lower space 5 is communicated with the upper space 4.
In this embodiment, the waveguide tube 111, the magnetron 112 and the transformer 113 are sequentially arranged in the left-right direction of the box 1, and the magnetron 112 and the transformer 113 are located on the inner side of the corresponding support vertical plate 6, i.e. on the left side, the high voltage fuse 114 and the high voltage capacitor 115 are located on the inner side of the corresponding support vertical plate 6 and above the magnetron 112, and the magnetron 112, the high voltage fuse 114 and the high voltage capacitor 115 are located under the air outlet of the first air guide cover 8, so that the air coming out from the air outlet of the first air guide cover 8 can rapidly cool the magnetron 112, the high voltage fuse 114 and the high voltage capacitor 115. Of course, the magnetron 112, the transformer 113, the high voltage fuse 114, and the high voltage capacitor 115 may be arranged in this order in the left-right direction of the case 1.
The steam generating means includes a steam generator 121, a filtering means 122, a water pump 123, and a solenoid valve 124. Wherein, the steam generator 121 is installed above the partition plate 3, the filtering device 122 is positioned in the interlayer 7 on the left side of the box body, the water outlet of the filtering device 122 is communicated with the water inlet of the steam generator 121, the water tank assembly 125 is arranged above the cooking chamber cavity 2, the water pump 123 and the electromagnetic valve 124 are installed above the cooking chamber cavity 2 and used for controlling the bidirectional water flow direction between the water tank assembly 125 and the filtering device 122. The operation principle of the steam generating device is the same as that of the existing steam box, and will not be described here.
In addition, a second air guide cover 9 and a cross flow fan 10 are installed above the cooking chamber cavity 2, the water tank assembly 125 is installed above the second air guide cover 9, an air inlet of the cross flow fan 10 is communicated with the upper space 4, an air outlet of the cross flow fan 10 faces to the air inlet of the second air guide cover 9, and an air outlet of the second air guide cover 9 is communicated with the outside of the box body 1. When the steam generator works, hot air generated by the operation of components of the steam generator in the upper space 4 is taken away by the cross-flow fan 10 and is discharged out of the box body 1 through the second air guide cover 9.
The grill generating means includes heating pipes (not shown) installed at the top, bottom and back of the cavity 2 of the cooking chamber, and the heating pipes start to operate to heat the cavity when the grill mode is started. The structure of the barbecue generating apparatus is of conventional design and will not be described here.
As shown in fig. 5 to 8, in order to increase the amount of steam, the steam inlet on the cavity 2 of the cooking chamber includes a first steam inlet and a second steam inlet, a first steam joint 131 is installed at a side portion of the cavity 2 of the cooking chamber, the first steam joint 131 is used to communicate the first steam inlet with a steam outlet of the steam generating device, a second steam joint 132 is installed at a back portion of the cavity 2 of the cooking chamber, and the second steam joint 132 is used to communicate the second steam inlet with the steam outlet of the steam generating device. The first steam joint 131 has the same structure as that of the steam joint of the existing steam box, and will not be described herein.
The back of the cooking chamber furnace chamber 2 is provided with a hot air baffle 21, an air inlet 211 and an air outlet 212 are formed in the hot air baffle 21, the back of the hot air baffle 21 is provided with a hot air chamber, a heating component 22 is arranged in the hot air chamber, the hot air chamber is communicated with the cooking chamber furnace chamber 2 through the air inlet 211 and the air outlet 212, and the hot air chamber is also communicated with an external steam pipeline through a second steam joint 132. In addition, a hot air chamber cover plate 23 is fixed on the back of the hot air baffle plate 21, the center of the hot air chamber cover plate 23 is hollowed out, a hot air chamber support plate 24 is arranged at the hollowed-out part, the hot air baffle plate 21, the hot air chamber cover plate 23 and the hot air chamber support plate 24 jointly enclose a hot air chamber, and a heating assembly 22 is arranged on the hot air chamber support plate 24.
In addition, in order to prevent heat in the hot air chamber from being diffused out to affect the performance of other components, a first heat insulation plate 25 is installed at the back of the hot air baffle 21 and the hot air chamber cover plate 23, and a second heat insulation plate 26 is installed at the back of the hot air chamber support plate 24.
As shown in fig. 9 to 16, the integrated machine of the present embodiment includes a control panel assembly 16 capable of being turned up and reset, and a fixing bracket 17, a motor 18, a gear transmission mechanism 19 and a link mechanism 20 are provided on the back of the control panel assembly 16. The two fixing brackets 17 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the back of the control panel assembly 16, the motor 18 is arranged on one fixing bracket 17, the gear transmission mechanism 19 comprises an input gear 191, a transmission gear, a transmission shaft 194 and an output gear 195, the input gear 191 is driven by the motor 18, the transmission shaft 194 is connected between the two fixing brackets 17, the transmission gears are respectively arranged at two ends of the transmission shaft 194, the input gear 191 is meshed with the transmission gears on the same side, the output gear 195 is respectively meshed with the transmission gears on the same side, the connecting rod mechanism 20 is respectively arranged on the output gear 195 on the same side, the control panel assembly 16 is arranged on the connecting rod mechanism 20, and the output gear 195 drives the connecting rod mechanism 20 to act and further drives the control panel assembly 16 to realize upturning and resetting. When the water tank 126 needs to be taken out for adding water, the connecting rod mechanism 20 is controlled by the control device to start working, the control panel assembly 16 is driven to move upwards to the highest position, a user can conveniently take out the water tank 126 for adding water, after the water tank 126 is added with water, the water tank 126 is put back into the water tank seat, and the connecting rod mechanism 20 drives the control panel assembly 16 to reset.
The transmission gears in this embodiment include a first transmission gear 192 and a second transmission gear 193, the first transmission gear 192 has two and is respectively mounted at two ends of the transmission shaft 194, the input gear 191 is meshed with the first transmission gear 192 on the same side, the second transmission gear 193 has two and is respectively meshed with the first transmission gear 192 on the same side, and the output gear 195 is meshed with the second transmission gear 193 on the same side.
With the direction indicated by an arrow B in fig. 12 as a forward direction, the link mechanism 20 in this embodiment includes a driving rod 201, a driven rod 202 and a link 203, wherein a first end of the driving rod 201 is connected to an output shaft 1951 of the output gear 195 through a first connection point 204, the driving rod 201 rotates around the first connection point 204 under the driving of the output gear 195, a second end of the driving rod 201 is hinged to a rear end of the link 203 through a first hinge point 206, a first end of the driven rod 202 is connected to the fixed shaft 171 of the fixed bracket 17 through a second connection point 205, the driven rod 202 rotates around the second connection point 205, a second end of the driven rod 202 is hinged to a rear end of the link 203 through a second hinge point 207, and the first connection point 204, the second connection point 205, the first hinge point 206 and the second hinge point 207 form four ends of a parallelogram. And, the second connection point 205 is located forward and upward of the first connection point 204, and the second hinge point 207 is located forward and upward of the first hinge point 206.
In addition, the connecting rod 203 of the present embodiment includes a vertical section 2031, a horizontal section 2032 and an inclined section 2033 sequentially disposed from front to back, the horizontal section 2032 extends horizontally and backward from the bottom end of the vertical section 2031, the inclined section 2033 extends backward and downward from the rear end of the horizontal section 2032, and the first hinge point 206 and the second hinge point 207 are disposed on the inclined section 2033. Thereby, the control panel assembly 16 can be kept in a vertical state all the time during the upturning and resetting.
In order to prevent the link 203 from shaking during the resetting and upturning positions, the fixed bracket 17 is provided with a first limiting pin 101 and a second limiting pin 102, the middle or near middle position of the driving rod 201 is provided with a third limiting pin 103, the middle or near middle position of the driven rod 202 is provided with a fourth limiting pin 104, in the resetting state of the control panel assembly, the first limiting pin 101 abuts against the driving rod 201 and limits the driving rod, the third limiting pin 103 abuts against the link 203 and limits the link, in the upturning state of the control panel assembly, the second limiting pin 102 abuts against the driven rod 202 and limits the driven rod, and the fourth limiting pin 104 abuts against the link 203 and limits the link.

the control panel assembly 16 of the all-in-one machine is provided with a control device, a man-machine operation interface and a display assembly, wherein the man-machine operation interface and the display assembly are connected with the control device, the man-machine operation interface receives an external input signal and converts the input signal into an output signal which can be identified by the control device, the control device receives the output signal and performs integrated control on the working states of the steam generating device, the microwave generating device and the barbecue generating device according to the output signal, and the display assembly displays the working states of the steam generating device, the microwave generating device and the barbecue generating device.
The integrated machine has multiple cooking modes of independent steaming, independent micro-baking, independent micro-steaming, steam-baking, micro-baking and steam-baking micro-lamps, and the optimal cooking modes of various foods can be preset on a human-computer operation interface. Before working, the cooking mode of food to be heated is selected, and when working, the control device can control the integrated machine to realize automatic switching of any cooking mode in a single cooking process. Like this, the control integrated level of all-in-one is high, and different foods can have corresponding best culinary art mode, and abundant culinary art mode can satisfy the culinary art of most foods, and the culinary art effect is better.
