The invention provides a liquid heating container.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present invention, the liquid heating container includes:
a kettle body;
a heating device 20 for heating the kettle body; and
the electric control board 10 is electrically connected with the heating device 20;
the electric control board 10 is used for controlling the heating device 20 to heat the liquid in the kettle body to a preset temperature after receiving the food material washing instruction, so that the food material in the kettle body is soaked and washed by the liquid at the preset temperature.
In this embodiment, specifically, the liquid heating container further includes a food material washing function key 30 electrically connected to the electronic control board 10, and the food material washing function key 30 is generally disposed on the control panel of the liquid heating container; of course, the food washing function key 30 may be provided independently of the control panel. When the food material washing function key 30 is triggered, the electric control board 10 regards as receiving the food material washing instruction. In addition, in this embodiment, the liquid heating container preferably further includes a wireless signal receiver 40 electrically connected to the electronic control board 10, and the electronic control board 10 can receive the food cleaning command sent by the remote controller through the wireless signal receiver 40, so as to enable the user to clean the food. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the food material washing function key 30 and the wireless signal receiver 40 may be alternatively disposed on the liquid heating container.
Certainly, the food material washing instruction is triggered by the user only after the user puts the food material to be washed into the kettle body and injects a proper amount of water into the kettle body.
In the technical scheme of the invention, before the food materials are heated and cooked by the heating device 20, when a food material cleaning instruction is received, the electric control board 10 controls the heating device 20 to heat the liquid in the kettle body, so that the food materials in the kettle body are soaked and cleaned by hot water before being heated and cooked, sand dust attachments and pesticide residues which are difficult to clean by cold water on the food materials are greatly reduced, and the health of the food materials used by a user is improved.
In this embodiment, the preset temperature is preferably 75 ℃ to 80 ℃. It can be understood that, when cleaning, if the temperature to which the liquid is heated is too low, the cleaning effect on sand dust attachments and pesticide residues is weak; if the temperature to which the liquid is heated is too high, the effect of the food material will be excessively soaked in the washing process, and the effect of the food material is wasted. In the embodiment, the preset temperature is limited to 75-80 ℃, and the cleaning effect and the food material effect can be maintained at the same time.
In this embodiment, in the process of heating the liquid in the kettle body to the preset temperature, the heating device 20 preferably performs heating output at a rated power of 90% to 105%, so that the temperature of the liquid in the kettle body reaches the preset temperature as soon as possible, thereby shortening the time for soaking and cleaning the food material in hot water; it can be understood that the long time for soaking and cleaning with hot water can weaken the effectiveness of the food material, resulting in the waste of the effectiveness of the food material.
In this embodiment, further, the liquid heating container further comprises an alarm device 50 electrically connected to the electronic control board 10. The electric control board 10 is further used for controlling the alarm device 50 to send alarm information after the liquid in the kettle body is heated to the preset temperature, so as to prompt the user to pour the liquid for cleaning the food materials, and avoid the situation that the user directly washes the liquid for cleaning the food materials to perform subsequent heating and cooking on the food materials due to forgetting. Without loss of generality, the alarm device 50 may be, but is not limited to, one or more of a buzzer, a voice announcement device, a light reminder, and a text reminder, as long as it can effectively remind the user.
In the invention, the electronic control board 10 has two occasions for controlling the alarm device 50 to send out alarm information, the first is that when the liquid in the kettle body is heated to the preset temperature, the alarm device 50 is controlled to send out alarm information immediately; secondly, after the liquid in the kettle body is heated to the preset temperature and a preset time interval elapses, the alarm device 50 is controlled to send out alarm information. The second is preferably adopted in the technical scheme of the embodiment, and under the scheme, when the food materials are soaked and cleaned, the food materials can be soaked in the standing mode at the time interval by the hot water at the preset temperature, so that the cleaning effect is better. It can be understood that if the standing and soaking time is too long, the effectiveness of the food material is easily reduced; if the standing and soaking time is too short, the cleaning effect is insufficient; in this embodiment, the value range of the time interval is preferably 1min to 2min, so as to consider the cleaning effect of standing and soaking and the maintenance of the effectiveness of the food material.
In this embodiment, the electronic control board 10 is further configured to determine whether a heating instruction is received after the food material in the kettle body is soaked and cleaned, and control the heating device 20 to heat the soaked and cleaned food material and the liquid newly added into the kettle body after the heating instruction is received. The heating command is usually triggered by a heating button disposed on the control panel, but of course, the heating command may also be triggered by a heating remote control signal of the remote controller received by the wireless signal receiver 40. The technical scheme of this embodiment can realize by the user whether to heat the edible material after the selection washing to improve this liquid heating container's hommization.
Further, the electric control board 10 is also used for controlling the input device 60 of the heating instruction to enter a child-lock state after the liquid in the kettle body is heated to the preset temperature until the liquid of the cleaned food material in the kettle body is removed. The technical scheme of this embodiment is through making the input device 60 of heating instruction gets into child's lock state for before the internal liquid of eating the material of wasing of kettle was removed, the user can't input through this input device heating instruction, just also can't heat the cooking to the internal edible material of kettle, thereby avoids directly carrying out follow-up phenomenon appearance that heats the cooking with the liquid of wasing eating the material to edible material.
In this embodiment, the liquid heating container preferably further comprises a kettle detection device 70 and a temperature detection device 80 electrically connected to the electronic control board 10, wherein the temperature detection device 80 is used for detecting temperature information of the liquid in the kettle body. The electric control board 10 is further configured to calculate a temperature decrease rate before and after the kettle body is lifted according to the temperature information after receiving a signal that the kettle body is lifted once, which is fed back by the kettle lifting detection device 70; and when the temperature drop rate is greater than or equal to the preset drop rate, the liquid of the cleaned food material in the kettle body is judged to be removed, and the child-lock state of the input device 60 of the heating instruction is released. In this embodiment, the kettle body being raised once means that the kettle body is removed from the base of the liquid heating vessel once and replaced on said base. Obviously, in general, to pour out the liquid in the kettle body, the user will have a kettle-lifting action. In this embodiment, after the user raises the kettle once, the temperature decrease rate before and after the kettle body is lifted by the liquid in the kettle body is calculated according to the temperature information, and when the calculated temperature decrease rate is greater than or equal to the preset decrease rate, it is accurately determined that the liquid cleaned with the food material in the kettle body is poured. It should be noted that, the user can judge whether the liquid is poured out only by whether there is a kettle lifting action, so that misjudgment is easy to occur, and the user cannot pour out the liquid after lifting the kettle; similarly, a misjudgment is also easily made by merely comparing the temperature drop rate with a preset drop rate to determine whether the liquid is to be poured, because the temperature drop rate is large, which may be caused by the user directly adding cold water.
In this embodiment, the value range of the preset decreasing rate is preferably 2 ℃/s to 5 ℃/s. Generally, if hot water is poured and cold water for heating and cooking food is newly added, the temperature of the liquid in the kettle suddenly drops before and after the kettle is lifted, the temperature drop rate is usually not less than 5 ℃/s, and therefore, the higher value of the preset drop rate can be 5 ℃/s. In addition, considering that the water newly added by the user for heating and cooking food materials is possibly received from a hot water outlet of the water heater, that is, the newly added water is possibly hot water with higher temperature (generally not more than 70 ℃), the temperature of the liquid in the kettle does not necessarily drop suddenly before and after the kettle is lifted, and considering that the dropping rate of the standing temperature of the hot water is slower and is generally less than 2 ℃/s, the lower value of the preset dropping rate can be 2 ℃/s to avoid misjudgment.
The invention also provides a food material cleaning method of the liquid heating container.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment of the invention, the liquid heating vessel comprises a kettle body, a heating device for heating the kettle body, and an electric control panel. The food material cleaning method of the liquid heating container comprises the following steps:
step S10, the electric control board receives a food material cleaning instruction;
and S20, the electric control board controls the heating device to heat the liquid in the kettle body to a preset temperature, and the liquid at the preset temperature is used for soaking and cleaning the food materials in the kettle body.
According to the technical scheme, before the food materials are heated and cooked through the heating device, when the food material cleaning instruction is received, the electric control board controls the heating device to heat liquid in the kettle body, so that the food materials in the kettle body are soaked and cleaned in hot water before being heated and cooked, sand dust attachments and pesticide residues which are difficult to clean by cold water on the food materials are greatly reduced, and the health of the food materials used by a user is improved.
Further, the liquid heating container also comprises an alarm device electrically connected with the electric control board. After the step S20, the food material washing method for the liquid heating container further includes:
and S30, the electric control board controls the alarm device to send alarm information to prompt a user to pour out the liquid of the cleaned food material.
Therefore, the situation that the user forgets to directly use the liquid for cleaning the food materials to perform subsequent heating and cooking on the food materials can be avoided.
In the invention, the electric control board controls the alarm device to send out alarm information at two times, wherein the first time is that the alarm device is controlled to send out alarm information immediately when the liquid in the kettle body is heated to the preset temperature; and secondly, after the liquid in the kettle body is heated to the preset temperature and a preset time interval is elapsed, the alarm device is controlled to send alarm information. The second is preferably adopted in the technical scheme of the embodiment, and under the scheme, when the food materials are soaked and cleaned, the food materials can be soaked in the standing mode at the time interval by the hot water at the preset temperature, so that the cleaning effect is better.
Further, after the step S20, the food material washing method for the liquid heating container further includes:
and step S40, the electric control board judges whether a heating instruction is received or not, and controls the heating device to heat and boil the soaked and cleaned food material and the liquid newly added into the kettle body after the heating instruction is received.
In this embodiment, the heating command is typically triggered by a heating button disposed on a control panel of the liquid heating vessel. The technical scheme of this embodiment can realize by the user whether to heat the edible material after the selection washing to improve this liquid heating container's hommization.
Further, after the step S20 and before the step S40, the food material washing method for the liquid heating vessel further comprises:
and step S50, the electric control board controls the input device of the heating instruction to enter a child lock state until receiving an instruction of releasing the child lock.
The technical scheme of this embodiment is through making heating instruction's input device gets into child's lock state for before the internal liquid of eating the material of wasing of kettle was removed, the user can't input through this input device heating instruction, just also can't heat the cooking to the internal edible material of kettle, thereby avoids directly carrying out follow-up phenomenon appearance that heats the cooking with the liquid of eating the material of wasing to eating the material.
Preferably, the liquid heating container further comprises a kettle detection device and a temperature detection device which are electrically connected with the electric control board, and the temperature detection device is used for detecting temperature information of liquid in the kettle body. The step S50 specifically includes the steps of:
step S51, after the electric control board controls the input device of the heating instruction to enter a child-lock state, the kettle lifting detection device judges whether the kettle body is separated from the base of the liquid heating container;
step S52, after the electric control board receives a signal that the kettle body is lifted once and is fed back by the kettle lifting detection device, calculating the temperature reduction rate before and after the liquid lifting in the kettle body according to the temperature information;
and step S53, when the temperature drop rate is greater than or equal to a preset drop rate, the electric control board regards as receiving the child lock releasing instruction and releases the child lock state of the input device of the heating instruction.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
