本发明涉及电加热管道技术领域,尤其是一种高效电加热管。
背景技术
电加热管是管状电热元件,它是由金属电阻丝及结晶氧化镁粉等组成的,用不锈钢制成其它结构部分,具有优良的整体性能,同时还拥有超长寿命、容易维修的特点。
目前市场上销售的电加热管整体性能一般,在加热效率方面还存在一些可改进与完善之处。
发明内容
为了克服现有的电加热管加热性能一般的不足,本发明提供了一种高效电加热管。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高效电加热管,所述电加热管由第一电阻丝、第二电阻丝、不锈钢内管和不锈钢外管构成,第一电阻丝安装在不锈钢内管之内,第二电阻丝环绕在不锈钢内管外壁,不锈钢外管套在不锈钢内管与第二电阻丝外,提供了一种加热效率高的电加热管。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述第一电阻丝呈S型曲线,第二电阻丝呈螺旋状,进一步提升加热效率。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述不锈钢内管与不锈钢外管之间填充有导热绝缘橡胶,加速不锈钢内管的加热速度。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所诉不锈钢外管内壁涂有玻璃纤维棉板,保证不锈钢外管不受电阻丝影响,增加安全性和稳定性。
本发明的有益效果是,提供了一种安全稳定、简单实用、工作效率高的电加热管。

如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种高效电加热管,所述电加热管由第一电阻丝1、第二电阻丝2、不锈钢内管3和不锈钢外管4构成,第一电阻丝1安装在不锈钢内管3之内,第二电阻丝2环绕在不锈钢内管3外壁,不锈钢外管4套在不锈钢内管3与第二电阻丝2外,第一电阻丝1呈S型曲线,第二电阻丝2呈螺旋状,不锈钢内管3与不锈钢外管4之间填充有导热绝缘橡胶6,不锈钢外管4内壁涂有玻璃纤维棉板5。
工作时,接通外部电源,使第一电阻丝1和第二电阻丝2加热,当水流通入不锈钢内管3时,第一电阻丝1对水流进行加热,S型电阻丝与水流充分接触,加热速度很快,同时第二电阻丝2发热,带动不锈钢内管3与不锈钢外管4之间的导热绝缘橡胶6发热,热量迅速传递到不锈钢内管3管壁,对水流进一步加热,提升加热速率,不锈钢外管4内壁涂有玻璃纤维棉板5,有效保护不锈钢外管4不受高温影响而损坏管壁,提升使用寿命。

1.一种高效电加热管,其特征在于:所述电加热管由第一电阻丝(1)、第二电阻丝(2)、不锈钢内管(3)和不锈钢外管(4)构成,第一电阻丝(1)安装在不锈钢内管(3)之内,第二电阻丝(2)环绕在不锈钢内管(3)外壁,不锈钢外管(4)套在不锈钢内管(3)与第二电阻丝(2)外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效电加热管,其特征在于:第一电阻丝(1)呈S型曲线,第二电阻丝(2)呈螺旋状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效电加热管,其特征在于:不锈钢内管(3)与不锈钢外管(4)之间填充有导热绝缘橡胶(6)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效电加热管,其特征在于:不锈钢外管(4)内壁涂有玻璃纤维棉板(5)。
