Description

本发明涉及一种装有接线板的接线箱，接线板上可插接许多连接组件，供接用户线所用。用户线汇集成电缆线，引入接线箱内，与接线板上的连接组件相连接，接线箱里的接线板可以转动。
北方电信公司（Nothern    Telecom）已将这种接线箱用于数字通信技术。每个用户配置一个连接组件，修理时拔出一个组件不会牵涉其它用户。一块接线板上可装128块用户连接组件。接线板装在接线箱上，可从作业侧拉出来。用户线汇成电缆，每根电缆线直接与一块接线板相连接。拉出接线板时，电缆末端随着移动。接线箱内的各电缆线末端做成环状，以便接线板能拉出足够的距离。尤其是宽频带传输电缆，它有一个密贴的屏蔽套，会影响电缆的移动性，因此必须相应加长环线。这样，在拉出接线板时，接线箱后板前的空间会因线环相互重叠和干扰产生场地问题。
本发明的任务在于花钱较少，能增加接线板的移动性能。
根据本发明的一个实施例，接线板在接线箱与操作面平行布置，至少接线箱外侧的接线板可转动，合页安装在接线板的纵侧面，电缆紧贴合页与轴平行引入箱内，接线板水平向外转动时电缆不会弯曲，只是在电缆足够长度的部位稍有扭转，扭转力小，所以电缆变形明显减小。
接线箱中的接线板即可向接线箱的操作侧又可向箱背面方向转动，在保持良好接触性能的同时，可使接线箱中的接线板数量增加一倍。这种结构的优点是，接线板的转轴相对布置在接线箱两边的侧板上，这样两侧便可使用相同的接线板。
接线板的一侧装有连接组件，用户线在接线板的另一面，电缆内的用户线可毫无问题的接在接线板的背面。由于所有的接线板都能转动，所以无论从正面还是背面均可接触到接线板。
下面根据附图的结构实施例对本发明做较详细的说明。附图为透视简图。接线箱1中装有接线板2，接线板上装有许多连接组件3，每个连接组件连接一条用户线4。每块接线板上的用户电话线汇集成一条电缆5，沿接线箱侧板6引到接线板2上。
连接组件3在接线板上垂直排列成许多行。接线板通过连接盘与用户线4相连接，用户线与接线板2在其背面的连接可避开连接组件3。
接线箱侧板上固定有合页7，接线板2装在合页内，可围绕其竖轴转动。该合页位于接线板2的一个面上，这样接线板可从接线箱向外任意转动，使得接线板从两侧都可触及。如果某一个连接组件3发生故障，可将其拔出而不会牵涉其它用户。
电缆5的末端靠近合页7，沿轴引入，接线板转动时，电缆本身只有少量转动。

Claims (3)

1、接线箱(1)供安装接线板(2)用，接线板上可插接许多连接用户线(4)的连接组件(3)，用户线汇集成电缆(5)，引入到接线箱(1)并与接线板(2)连接，接线板在接线箱(1)内可转动。其特征是：
接线板(2)分许多层与操作面平行布置；
至少在接线箱(1)外侧的接线板(2)可转动；
合页(7)安装在接线板(2)的纵侧面上；
电缆(5)的末端紧贴接线板(2)的合页(7)并与轴平行引入。
2、按权利要求1所述的接线箱，其特征是：
接线板（2）即可向接线箱（1）的操作侧也可向该箱背面方向转动。
3、按权利要求2所述的接线箱，其特征是：
接线板（2）的一侧装有连接组件（3）;
用户线（4）在接线板（2）的背面;
所有的接线板（2）都是可转动的。
