Description

本发明涉及一种装有接线板的接线箱,接线板上可插接许多连接组件,供接用户线所用。用户线汇集成电缆线,引入接线箱内,与接线板上的连接组件相连接,接线箱里的接线板可以转动。
北方电信公司(Nothern    Telecom)已将这种接线箱用于数字通信技术。每个用户配置一个连接组件,修理时拔出一个组件不会牵涉其它用户。一块接线板上可装128块用户连接组件。接线板装在接线箱上,可从作业侧拉出来。用户线汇成电缆,每根电缆线直接与一块接线板相连接。拉出接线板时,电缆末端随着移动。接线箱内的各电缆线末端做成环状,以便接线板能拉出足够的距离。尤其是宽频带传输电缆,它有一个密贴的屏蔽套,会影响电缆的移动性,因此必须相应加长环线。这样,在拉出接线板时,接线箱后板前的空间会因线环相互重叠和干扰产生场地问题。
本发明的任务在于花钱较少,能增加接线板的移动性能。
根据本发明的一个实施例,接线板在接线箱与操作面平行布置,至少接线箱外侧的接线板可转动,合页安装在接线板的纵侧面,电缆紧贴合页与轴平行引入箱内,接线板水平向外转动时电缆不会弯曲,只是在电缆足够长度的部位稍有扭转,扭转力小,所以电缆变形明显减小。
接线箱中的接线板即可向接线箱的操作侧又可向箱背面方向转动,在保持良好接触性能的同时,可使接线箱中的接线板数量增加一倍。这种结构的优点是,接线板的转轴相对布置在接线箱两边的侧板上,这样两侧便可使用相同的接线板。
接线板的一侧装有连接组件,用户线在接线板的另一面,电缆内的用户线可毫无问题的接在接线板的背面。由于所有的接线板都能转动,所以无论从正面还是背面均可接触到接线板。
下面根据附图的结构实施例对本发明做较详细的说明。附图为透视简图。接线箱1中装有接线板2,接线板上装有许多连接组件3,每个连接组件连接一条用户线4。每块接线板上的用户电话线汇集成一条电缆5,沿接线箱侧板6引到接线板2上。
连接组件3在接线板上垂直排列成许多行。接线板通过连接盘与用户线4相连接,用户线与接线板2在其背面的连接可避开连接组件3。
接线箱侧板上固定有合页7,接线板2装在合页内,可围绕其竖轴转动。该合页位于接线板2的一个面上,这样接线板可从接线箱向外任意转动,使得接线板从两侧都可触及。如果某一个连接组件3发生故障,可将其拔出而不会牵涉其它用户。
电缆5的末端靠近合页7,沿轴引入,接线板转动时,电缆本身只有少量转动。

Claims (3)

1、接线箱(1)供安装接线板(2)用,接线板上可插接许多连接用户线(4)的连接组件(3),用户线汇集成电缆(5),引入到接线箱(1)并与接线板(2)连接,接线板在接线箱(1)内可转动。其特征是:
接线板(2)分许多层与操作面平行布置;
至少在接线箱(1)外侧的接线板(2)可转动;
合页(7)安装在接线板(2)的纵侧面上;
电缆(5)的末端紧贴接线板(2)的合页(7)并与轴平行引入。
2、按权利要求1所述的接线箱,其特征是:
接线板(2)即可向接线箱(1)的操作侧也可向该箱背面方向转动。
3、按权利要求2所述的接线箱,其特征是:
接线板(2)的一侧装有连接组件(3);
用户线(4)在接线板(2)的背面;
所有的接线板(2)都是可转动的。
