Abstract
高效的室内空气净化设备,包括壳体,所述壳体外部设有进气装置,进气装置包括集气罩、进气管和引风机,所述集气罩通过进气管与壳体的底部相连通,引风机设置在进气管上;所述壳体的内底部设有通气管,进气管与通气管左端相连通,所述通气管由若干个呈n型的分管道依次连接而成;所述通气管的上方设有喷淋管,喷淋管上均匀布置有若干喷头,喷淋管通过进液管与位于壳体内底部的高压泵相连接。本发明的有益效果是由于呈n型的分管道的存在,空气在通气管内的运动路径得到大幅提高,因此空气与吸附液的接触路径得到提高,对空气杂质的吸附效果更好。本发明具有结构设计合理、净化效果好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及室内空气净化处理技术领域,具体涉及高效的室内空气净化设备。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对健康的关注度越来越高。空气净化是指针对室内的各种环境问题提供杀菌消毒、降尘除霾、祛除有害装修残留以及异味等整体解决方案,提高改善生活、办公条件,增进身心健康。
在现有技术中,对于空气的净化一般采用喷淋法,即用净化液来对空气中的灰尘以及杂质进行吸附,但是一道吸附装置完全无法吸附空气中的较多杂质,净化后的空气中仍然残留较多的杂质与有害分子,其处理效果不佳,造成了资源的再次浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供高效的室内空气净化设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
高效的室内空气净化设备,包括壳体,所述壳体外部设有进气装置,进气装置包括集气罩、进气管和引风机,所述集气罩通过进气管与壳体的底部相连通,引风机设置在进气管上;所述壳体的内底部设有通气管,进气管与通气管左端相连通,所述通气管由若干个呈n型的分管道依次连接而成;所述通气管的上方设有喷淋管,喷淋管上均匀布置有若干喷头,喷淋管通过进液管与位于壳体内底部的高压泵相连接;所述喷淋管上设有干燥层,干燥层上方设有吸附层,吸附层上方设有无极灯,所述无极灯的灯管外围涂覆有光触媒层。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述集气罩通过支架固定在壳体的外侧壁上。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述壳体底部设有吸附液。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述吸附层为活性炭吸附层。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述光触媒层为纳米级二氧化钛活性材料涂布层。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述壳体顶部设有出气管。
本发明的有益效果是由于呈n型的分管道的存在,空气在通气管内的运动路径得到大幅提高,因此空气与吸附液的接触路径得到提高,对空气杂质的吸附效果更好。本发明具有结构设计合理、净化效果好等优点。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,高效的室内空气净化设备,包括壳体1,所述壳体1外部设有进气装置,进气装置包括集气罩3、进气管5和引风机4,所述集气罩3通过进气管5与壳体1的底部相连通,引风机4设置在进气管5上,引风机4工作,将室内空气引入到进气管5内;
所述壳体1的内底部设有通气管6和吸附液8,进气管5与通气管6左端相连通,所述通气管6由若干个呈n型的分管道7依次连接而成,空气从进气管5进入到通气管6内后,由于呈n型的分管道7的存在,空气在通气管6内的运动路径得到大幅提高,因此空气与吸附液8的接触路径得到提高,对空气杂质的吸附效果更好;
所述通气管6的上方设有喷淋管12,喷淋管12上均匀布置有若干喷头11,喷淋管12通过进液管10与位于壳体1内底部的高压泵9相连接,启动高压泵9,高压泵9将吸附液8从喷头11处喷出,对空气进行再次的吸附处理;
所述喷淋管12上设有干燥层13,干燥层13上方设有吸附层14,吸附层14上方设有无极灯15,所述无极灯15的灯管外围涂覆有光触媒层16,所述光触媒层16为纳米级二氧化钛活性材料涂布层,干燥层13用于吸附空气中的吸附液8,便于后续的处理;吸附层14用于吸附空气中的微粒杂质;光触媒层16通过无极灯15灯光的热量来产生触媒作用,二氧化钛活性材料在受到光的照射时,具有很强的氧化能力,使空气中的有害物质分解为二氧化碳和水,可杀死空气中的各种细菌和去除异味。
所述集气罩3通过支架2固定在壳体1的外侧壁上。
所述吸附层14为活性炭吸附层。
所述壳体1顶部设有出气管17。
本发明的工作过程是:工作时,引风机4工作,将室内空气引入到进气管5内;空气从进气管5进入到通气管6内后,由于呈n型的分管道7的存在,空气在通气管6内的运动路径得到大幅提高,因此空气与吸附液8的接触路径得到提高,对空气杂质的吸附效果更好;启动高压泵9,高压泵9将吸附液8从喷头11处喷出,对空气进行再次的吸附处理;干燥层13用于吸附空气中的吸附液8,便于后续的处理;吸附层14用于吸附空气中的微粒杂质;光触媒层16通过无极灯15灯光的热量来产生触媒作用,二氧化钛活性材料在受到光的照射时,具有很强的氧化能力,使空气中的有害物质分解为二氧化碳和水,可杀死空气中的各种细菌和去除异味。

1.高效的室内空气净化设备,包括壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体外部设有进气装置,进气装置包括集气罩、进气管和引风机,所述集气罩通过进气管与壳体的底部相连通,引风机设置在进气管上;所述壳体的内底部设有通气管,进气管与通气管左端相连通,所述通气管由若干个呈n型的分管道依次连接而成;所述通气管的上方设有喷淋管,喷淋管上均匀布置有若干喷头,喷淋管通过进液管与位于壳体内底部的高压泵相连接;所述喷淋管上设有干燥层,干燥层上方设有吸附层,吸附层上方设有无极灯,所述无极灯的灯管外围涂覆有光触媒层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效的室内空气净化设备,其特征在于,所述集气罩通过支架固定在壳体的外侧壁上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高效的室内空气净化设备,其特征在于,所述壳体底部设有吸附液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效的室内空气净化设备,其特征在于,所述吸附层为活性炭吸附层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高效的室内空气净化设备,其特征在于,所述光触媒层为纳米级二氧化钛活性材料涂布层。
6.根据权利要求3所述的高效的室内空气净化设备,其特征在于,所述壳体顶部设有出气管。
