Abstract

本发明涉及到一种高温泵,由于高温泵常常用于运送强酸、强碱性液体,这样泵腔和叶轮往往容易受到腐蚀,严重影响到离心泵的运转和使用寿命。本发明采用在泵腔内衬一种聚乙烯复合材料,可以有效地减弱强酸、强碱对其的侵蚀,提高泵体的寿命,另外加强了轴与叶轮的连接,使其设计更加合理、有效。

本发明涉及一种化工泵,特别是一种高温泵。
背景技术
在化工行业广泛使用一种高温泵,特别是在制药、石油、冶金、电力、电渡等行业也广泛使用这种离心泵,在长期输送高浓度的强碱,强酸等腐蚀性液体时,容易造成泵体及离心泵内部构件被腐蚀,所以一般这类高温泵使用寿命都不长。而且老式的离心泵一般叶轮与轴的连接均采用螺母固定,这样,当叶轮高速运转时,有时固定螺母也会跟着一起运动,因没有防反转措施,容易形成叶轮脱落,损坏叶轮和转轴。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的一个实施例提供了一种全新设计的高温泵,该泵具有强大的耐腐蚀性,可以运用在各种行业的强碱、强酸液体的运输。不但如此,本发明还从根本上解决了叶轮容易从轴上脱落的问题,从而延长了泵的工作寿命。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,高温泵是有泵体、叶轮、泵盖所组成,其特征在于:在泵体的内腔,叶轮上都均匀地覆盖了一层高分子聚乙烯复合材料。在泵的叶轮中央加工成螺纹孔使其与轴的顶端的螺纹相吻合,将轴顶端旋入叶轮内,并在轴的顶端与叶轮连接处增加一防转套。
采用了本发明,由于在泵体的内腔和叶轮都均匀地覆盖了一层高分子聚乙烯材料,使泵体的耐腐蚀性能得到了很大提高。叶轮与轴的连接采用了螺纹连接,不使用螺母固定,而是采用在叶轮与轴之间增加了防转套,从而确保了叶轮在运动时不会跟转,大大延长了泵地使用寿命。

具体实施方式
图1为依据本发明一实施例中的高温泵的示意图。请参考图,在本发明一实施例中,将泵体1的内腔与叶轮3的表面都均匀地覆盖一层高分子聚乙烯复合层2(图1中涂黑部分),使强酸、强碱液体经泵体1的内腔时均对其不构成影响,有效地保护了泵体内腔和叶轮不受腐蚀,从而使泵的寿命得到提高。为了提高轴6与叶轮3的稳固性,在叶轮3的中央开有螺纹孔使其与轴顶端的螺纹相吻合,将轴6顶端旋入叶轮3内,并在轴6的顶端与叶轮3连接处增加一个防转套5、叶轮3与轴6的连接采用螺纹连接,不使用螺母固定,确保了叶轮3在高速运动时,只会越转叶轮3与轴6接合的越紧,而减少了采用螺母固定所造成的弊端。泵体1的一端开口,另一端使用泵盖4压紧,防止所运送的液体漏出。

1.一种高温泵,其特征在于,由泵体(1)、叶轮(3)、泵盖(4)所组成,在泵体(1)的内腔、叶轮(3)上都均匀地覆盖了一层高分子聚乙烯复合层(2)材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温泵,其特征在于,所述的叶轮(3)中央开有螺纹孔与轴(6)的顶端螺纹相吻合,将轴(6)的顶端旋入叶轮(3)内,并在轴(6)的顶端与叶轮(3)连接处增加一防转套(5)。
