Background
Domestic sewage and industrial wastewater in the prior art are treated, and then discharged outwards after reaching the discharge standard or discharged to a sewage treatment plant after reaching the treatment standard, wherein the whole sewage treatment process is complex in process and long in period, the sewage treatment plant capable of intensively treating the sewage is rare, only one or two sewage treatment plants are arranged in each city, the domestic sewage is continuously increased along with the improvement of the living assembly, the workload of the sewage treatment plant is increased, and even the whole sewage treatment plant is overloaded to work, so that the sewage treatment plant is not beneficial to the recycling of the sewage, and the service life of equipment of the sewage treatment plant is greatly shortened.
For domestic water, some places also need water supply equipment to store and continuously supply water to the water demand equipment, and according to the difference of water demand, the water supply equipment of multiple specifications is designed.
In sewage treatment, a water supply apparatus generally employs a pressure vessel in order to continuously supply water having a certain pressure to the water treatment apparatus, and such apparatus is generally called a constant pressure water supply apparatus. For domestic water, constant pressure water supply equipment is also required for continuous water supply at home.
A water supply apparatus is described in publication No. CN106592709a, published in application No. 2017, 01 and 21 under the name of a constant pressure water supply apparatus, which has a pressure tank and a tank communicated with the pressure tank, and the tank is generally used for buffering the water pressure in the pressure tank at the upper part and has a controller for controlling the pressure. In order to truly realize integration and improve the stability of equipment, the invention designs a buffer frame wrapped around the buffer tank 2, which is fixedly connected with the buffer tank 2, plays a clamping role on the buffer tank 2, and avoids the buffer tank 2 from shaking caused by high-pressure water flow; the upper pressure tank 1 has a certain supporting function, and the pressure tank 1 can be more stably fixed above the buffer tank 2 by utilizing a connecting base fixedly connected with the buffer frame 3.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the lower end of the buffer frame 3 is flush with the lower end of the supporting leg of the buffer tank 2, the upper part of the buffer frame 3 is provided with a mounting plate 8 arranged above the buffer tank 2, and the connecting pipe 10 passes through the mounting plate 8; the connection base is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the mounting plate 8, and the pressure tank 1 is placed above the connection base. The lower part of the buffer frame 3 is provided with a first cross beam 12 extending along the length direction of the buffer tank 2, the first cross beam 12 is provided with supporting bottom pieces 13 at intervals, the first cross beam 12 is arranged under the buffer tank 2, and the supporting bottom pieces 13 are abutted to the bottom of the buffer tank 2. The first cross member 12 of the buffer frame 3 is mainly configured to prevent the impact of the high-pressure water flow on the buffer tank 2, and the first cross member 12 and the supporting base 13 on the first cross member 12 are disposed at the lower end of the buffer tank 2 and abut against the lower end of the buffer tank 2 to support the buffer tank 2 because the water flow flows downward.
In addition, since flowing water exists, the buffer tank 2 may shake in the left-right direction, in this embodiment, the middle part of the buffer frame 3 has two second beams 14 extending along the length direction of the buffer tank 2, the two second beams 14 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the buffer tank 2, fixing pieces 15 are disposed on the second beams 14 at intervals, and the end parts of the fixing pieces 15 have fixing plates attached to the outer wall of the buffer tank 2.
