Because the second clamping groove 41 of the front upright post 4 is clamped in the second clamping groove 32 of the outer rail 3 from top to bottom, the second clamping groove 41 cannot limit the upward movement of the second clamping groove 32, but the second clamping groove 41 is arranged at the top end of the front upright post 4, the upward movement of the front end of the outer rail 3 can be limited by the bottom of the washing part of the washing machine, and the first clamping groove 51 of the rear upright post is arranged at the middle position of the rear upright post instead of the end part, so the movement of the rear end of the outer rail in the up-and-down direction can be limited by the first clamping groove 51. With this arrangement, the first and second locking grooves 51 and 41 can limit the movement of the outer rail in the up-down direction, thereby preventing the drawer and the outer rail from colliding with the washing machine during the operation of the washing machine.
On the other hand, the technical scheme that the outer rail 3 is clamped and fixed on the washing machine is provided in each embodiment, and further, the fixing mode of the inner rail 2 can be set to be a clamping structure. Specifically, the front end and the rear end of the inner rail 2 are respectively clamped and fixed on the side surface of the drawer 1.
In an embodiment, a positioning column 12 is arranged at the front end of the side surface of the drawer 1, a clamping groove is arranged at the rear end of the side surface of the drawer 1, a bayonet 22 is formed in the front end of the inner rail 2, a clamping jaw is arranged at the rear end of the inner rail 2, the clamping jaw at the rear end of the inner rail 2 is clamped in the clamping groove at the rear end of the drawer 1, and the positioning column 12 of the drawer 1 is inserted into the bayonet 22 of the inner rail 2, so that the fixing of the inner rail 2 and the drawer 1 is realized. In this embodiment, the length and the positional relationship between the bayonet 22 and the clamping jaw on the inner rail 2 correspond to the length and the positional relationship between the positioning column 12 and the clamping groove on the drawer 1, when the clamping jaw of the inner rail 2 is clamped in the clamping groove of the drawer 1, the bayonet 22 on the inner rail 2 is just opposite to the positioning column 12 on the drawer 1, and the positioning column 12 on the drawer 1 is clamped in the bayonet 22 of the inner rail 2 to fix the bayonet 22. Namely, the clamping groove of the drawer 1 and the clamping jaw of the inner rail 2 are arranged oppositely, and when the clamping jaw is completely clamped in the clamping groove, the positioning column 12 of the drawer 1 can be just inserted into the clamping opening 22 of the inner rail 2.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the front end of the outer rail 3 is further provided with a screw hole 7, the side surface of the drawer 1 is correspondingly provided with a screw hole, and the two screw holes are connected through screws to further fix the inner rail 2 and the drawer 1. The fixing between the inner rail 2 and the drawer 1 by screws is optional, and of course, in order to ensure the stable connection between the inner rail 2 and the drawer 1, the inner rail 2 and the drawer 1 can be further fixed by screws.
According to the invention, the slide rails of the drawer of the washing machine are connected and fixed in a nail-free fixing mode, and the installation and fixing procedures are simple and easy to disassemble.
It should be noted that: the technical solutions defined in the above embodiments of the present invention may be implemented individually or in combination with each other. The technical scheme defined by the embodiment of the invention can be suitable for a roller washing machine and can also be suitable for a pulsator washing machine.

Claims (10)

1. A washing machine comprises a shell and a drawer arranged in the shell, wherein the drawer is connected with the shell through a sliding rail assembly to be drawn out or pushed into the shell, the sliding rail assembly comprises an outer rail connected to the washing machine and an inner rail connected to the drawer, and the washing machine is characterized in that the outer rail is clamped and fixed on the shell and/or the inner rail is clamped and fixed on the drawer;
the shell comprises a frame, the outer rail is clamped and fixed on the frame, the frame comprises stand columns arranged at four corners of the shell, and the front end and the rear end of the outer rail are respectively clamped on a front stand column and a rear stand column which are positioned on the same side of the shell;
the rear upright post is provided with a first clamping groove, the rear end of the outer rail is provided with a first clamping jaw, the opening of the first clamping groove is arranged towards the drawing-out direction of the drawer, the first clamping jaw is protruded from the outer side surface of the rear end of the outer rail and is bent and extended towards the pushing-in direction of the drawer corresponding to the opening of the first clamping groove, and the first clamping jaw is horizontally inserted into the first clamping groove;
the front upright post is provided with a second clamping groove, the front end of the outer rail is provided with a second clamping jaw, the opening of the second clamping groove is arranged upwards, the second clamping jaw protrudes from the outer side surface of the front end of the outer rail and bends and extends downwards, and the second clamping jaw is clamped in the second clamping groove from top to bottom;
the distance between the surfaces of the first clamping jaw and the outer rail is matched with the thickness of the wall of the first clamping groove, and the distance between the surfaces of the second clamping jaw and the outer rail is matched with the thickness of the wall of the second clamping groove.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rear pillar and the front pillar are respectively provided with a clamping structure, the clamping structure of the front pillar limits the downward movement of the front end of the outer rail and the movement of the drawer in the drawing/pushing direction, and the clamping structure of the rear pillar limits the downward movement of the rear end of the outer rail and the movement of the drawer in the drawing/pushing direction.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first jaw is engaged with a first engaging groove which restricts movement of the rear end of the outer rail in a vertical direction and in a direction of pushing the outer rail into the drawer, and the second jaw is engaged with a second engaging groove which restricts movement of the front end of the outer rail in a downward direction and in a direction of pulling the outer rail out of the drawer.

The washing machine according to claim 1, wherein an avoiding opening is formed in the front column corresponding to the second clamping groove, the outer rail is attached to the front column, a first clamping jaw of the outer rail penetrates through the avoiding hole and is clamped with the first clamping groove, and the second clamping jaw penetrates through the avoiding hole and is clamped with the second clamping groove.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the front and rear uprights are of a U-shaped structure, the U-shaped structure includes an inner side, an outer side and a connecting surface connecting the inner side and the outer side, and the U-shaped opening of the front upright and the U-shaped opening of the rear upright are disposed in opposition;
the front column top is provided with the avoiding opening and the second clamping groove, and the middle part of the rear column is provided with the first clamping groove corresponding to the second clamping groove.

The washing machine according to claim 5, wherein the rear upright is higher than the front upright, the inner side surface of the top of the front upright and the part of the connecting surface connected with the inner side surface are jointly provided with a notch to form the avoiding opening and the second clamping groove, the inner side surface of the U-shaped structure of the rear upright is recessed towards one side corresponding to the horizontal position of the second clamping groove to form the first clamping groove, and the outer rail is horizontally fixed between the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove.
7. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein the front and rear ends of the inner rail are snap fitted to the sides of the drawer respectively.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the drawer has a positioning post at the front end of the side surface, a slot at the rear end, a bayonet at the front end of the inner rail, a claw at the rear end of the inner rail, and a clamping claw at the rear end of the inner rail, wherein the clamping claw is clamped in the slot at the rear end of the drawer, and the positioning post of the drawer is inserted into the bayonet at the front end of the inner rail, thereby fixing the inner rail and the drawer.
9. The washing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the locking groove of the drawer is opposite to the locking claw of the inner rail, and when the locking claw is completely locked in the locking groove, the positioning column of the drawer is inserted into the locking opening of the inner rail.
10. The washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the front end of the inner rail is further provided with a screw hole, the side of the drawer is correspondingly provided with a screw hole, and the two screw holes are connected through a screw to further fix the inner rail and the drawer.
