Claims (3)

실내의 바닥과 천장 사이에 복수 개의 수직프레임(110)이 일정간격 이격되어 고정되고, 상기 수직프레임(110) 사이에는 복수 개의 선반(130)이 고정장착되는 시스템가구의 수직프레임에 착탈되는 수납함 착탈방법에 있어서,
상기 수직프레임(110)의 양측면에 수직프레임(110)의 길이방향을 따라 길게 형성된 측면 장홀(111)에 수직프레임(110)의 전후방향으로 길게 형성된 레인부재(400)를 장착시키고,
내부공간이 형성되어 있는 수납함(500)의 일면 또는 양측면에는 수납함(500)의 길이방향으로 길게 레일(510)이 돌출형성되어 있어,
상기 레인부재(400)에 상기 수납함(500)의 레일(510)을 슬라이딩 방식으로 탈부착하는 것으로,
상기 레인부재(400)은 수직판재부(420)와, 상기 수직판재부(420)의 양단에 수평방향으로 절곡된 한 쌍의 수평판재부(430)와, 상기 수직판재부(420)의 후면에 상기 측면 장홀(111)에 삽입장착되는 고정편(410)으로 이루어지되, 상기 수평판재부(430)의 끝단부는 내측 방향으로 절곡되어 있고,
상기 고정편(410)은 육면체 형상의 판재형상으로서, 서로 대향하는 한 쌍의 모서리가 원호면으로 형성되어 있어,
상기 고정편(410)에서 상대적으로 길이가 길게 형성된 면이 수직면이 되도록 하여 수직프레임(110)의 측면 장홀(111)에 삽입한 후, 고정편(410)의 원호면이 형성되어 있는 방향으로 고정편(410)을 회전시키게 되면, 고정편(410)에서 길이가 길게 형성된 면이 수직프레임(110)의 측면 장홀(111)에 직교하는 방향이 됨으로써 고정편(410)은 수직프레임(110)의 측면 장홀(111) 내에 억지끼움으로 장착되는 것이며,
연결부재(142)의 전·후면에는 각각 선반(130)의 상면보다 돌출되는 방지턱(150)이 체결되어 상기 방지턱(150)에 의해 선반(130)과 선반(130) 사이를 구분하는 것으로,
상기 연결부재(142)에 접촉되는 수평프레임(120)의 일면에는 수평프레임(120)의 전후방향을 따라 길게 한 쌍의 가이드 레인(122)이 돌출형성되어 있고, 상기 수평프레임(120)에 접하는 방지턱(150)의 일면에는 한 쌍의 상기 가이드 레인(122)의 내에 체결되도록 한 쌍의 체결돌기(151)가 형성되어 있되,
상기 방지턱(150)에 돌출형성된 한 쌍의 체결돌기(151) 간의 간격은 수평프레임(120)에 형성된 한 쌍의 가이드 레인(122)의 내측면에 접하도록 형성되어 있어,
상기 수평프레임(120)의 전방에서 방지턱(150)에 형성된 한 쌍의 체결돌기(151)를 수평프레임(120)에 형성된 한 쌍의 가이드 레인(122) 사이에 삽입하여 후방으로 밀게 되면, 상기 방지턱(150)은 가이드 레인(122)을 따라 이동하여 방지턱(150)의 후면이 연결부재(142)의 전면에 접하게 되도록 조립되고,
또 다른 방지턱(150)을 수평프레임(120)의 후방에서 수평프레임(120)에 형성된 한 쌍의 가이드 레인(122) 사이에 삽입하여 전방으로 밀게 되면, 상기 방지턱(150)은 가이드 레인(122)을 따라 이동하여 방지턱(150)의 전면이 연결부재(142)의 후면에 접하게 되도록 조립되는 것이 특징인 시스템가구의 수직프레임에 착탈되는 수납함 착탈방법.
