Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an elevator safety technology, in particular to an elevator speed-limiting safety control system.
Background
At present, a tensioning wheel and a heavy hammer are hung below a speed-limiting steel wire rope of an elevator to enable the speed-limiting steel wire rope to maintain a vertical state, when the falling speed of the elevator is too high or other unexpected conditions occur, the speed-limiting steel wire rope is used for driving a speed limiter to reduce the speed of the elevator, the speed limiter is driven to temporarily lock the elevator in emergency, and the elevator is usually stopped at a position which does not correspond to a flat floor, namely, a car door is not aligned with a hall door and the car door cannot be opened, so that the elevator is trapped. The switch of the triggering speed limiter is a tensioner switch arranged on the wheel frame of the tensioner. Because the wheel frame has certain height limit and the lifting amplitude of the wheel frame is limited, the tension wheel switch is arranged on the wheel frame, the lifting amplitude of the switch is limited, and the speed-limiting steel wire rope usually has the property of thermal expansion and cold contraction, in particular to a building with higher floor, after the stretching amplitude of the speed-limiting steel wire rope exceeds the limit, the elevator is triggered to stop running under the condition of safety, so that the elevator is in operation fault. Most of the conditions are elevator safety, and the speed-limiting steel wire rope is extended during operation, and only the installation condition of the speed-limiting steel wire rope is adjusted to enable the position of the wheel frame to be raised, so that the position of the tension roller switch is raised. However, heretofore, elevators have been trapped in the car and had to wait for specialized elevator maintenance personnel to rescue, often for more than ten minutes or even half an hour or more, and the waiting time and waiting urgency have been generally uncomfortable and afraid for the occupants.

As an improvement of the technical scheme of the elevator speed-limiting safety control system, the triggering distance of the spare switch of the tension roller is at least 1 millimeter larger than that of the switch of the tension roller.
As an improvement of the technical scheme of the elevator speed-limiting safety control system, the triggering distance of the standby switch of the tension roller is 2-15 mm greater than that of the switch of the tension roller.
As an improvement of the technical scheme of the elevator speed-limiting safety control system, the triggering distance of the standby switch of the tension roller is 5 mm greater than that of the switch of the tension roller.
As an improvement of the technical scheme of the elevator speed-limiting safety control system, the speed-limiting safety control system is provided with a wheel frame for installing a tension wheel shaft and hanging the heavy hammer, and a fixed support which is horizontally arranged and can touch the trigger distance of a top switch, and the tension wheel switch and a tension wheel standby switch are arranged on the wheel frame.

As an improvement of the technical scheme of the elevator speed-limiting safety control system, the change-over switch is a relay.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: because the speed-limiting safety control system of the elevator is provided with the spare switch of the tension roller, the installation position is larger than the distance between the tension roller switch and the trigger frame, the tension roller switch firstly touches the trigger frame to cause the elevator to perform fault alarm so as to immediately stop running, and the elevator is usually stopped at a position which does not correspond to a flat layer, namely, the elevator door is not aligned with the hall door and can not be opened, so that the elevator is trapped. When the situation causes people to be trapped, the system control or manual operation enables the change-over switch to be closed, so that the loop where the spare switch of the tension roller is located is conducted, the loop where the switch of the tension roller is located is replaced, and the elevator is kept to run to the flat floor position to rescue people trapped in the elevator car.

Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the elevator speed-limiting safety control system comprises a speed limiter 12 which is lifted along with an elevator car 11, a speed-limiting steel wire rope 21 which is arranged on an elevator frame and fixedly connected with the speed limiter 12, a tension pulley 22 which is ridden at the bottom end of the speed-limiting steel wire rope 21 and is used for tightening the speed-limiting steel wire rope 21, a heavy hammer 23 which is connected with a wheel shaft of the tension pulley 22 and is used for tightening the speed-limiting steel wire rope 21 by a counterweight, and a tension pulley switch 25 which is arranged on the wheel shaft of the tension pulley 22, wherein the tension pulley switch 25 and an elevator host controller 15 are connected in series to form a daily speed-limiting safety control loop, the elevator speed-limiting safety control system further comprises a change-over switch 18 and a tension pulley standby switch 26 which is arranged in parallel with the tension pulley switch 25, and the triggering distance of the tension pulley standby switch 26 is larger than that of the tension pulley switch 25, and the tension pulley standby switch 26 is connected in parallel with the tension pulley switch 25 after being connected in series with the change-over switch 18. Because the speed-limiting safety control system of the elevator is provided with the tension roller standby switch 26, the installation position is larger than the tension roller switch 25, and the tension roller switch 25 firstly touches the trigger frame to cause the elevator to fail and alarm, so that the elevator immediately stops running, and the elevator usually stops at a position which does not correspond to a flat floor, namely, the elevator door is not aligned with the hall door and can not be opened, so that the elevator is trapped. When the situation causes people to be trapped, the system control or manual operation enables the change-over switch 18 to be closed, the loop of the spare switch 26 of the tension roller is conducted, the loop of the switch 25 of the tension roller is replaced, and the elevator is kept to run to the flat floor position to rescue the trapped elevator.
More preferably, the speed limiting safety control system is provided with a switching device 16 in electric signal control connection with the switching switch 18, and the switching device 16 is in electric signal transmission connection with the elevator host controller 15. When the elevator fault triggered by the tension roller switch 25 of the elevator judges that the elevator is not an essential fault, the switching device 16 is instructed by the elevator host controller 15 to control the switching switch 18 to be closed, so that a standby circuit where the tension roller standby switch 25 is located is temporarily conducted for rescue, and personnel trapped in the elevator car are rescued. Of course, the elevator maintenance personnel can also remotely control the opening and closing of the switch 18, or manually close the switch 18 in the field to temporarily use a standby circuit to operate the elevator until the rescue of the trapped personnel in the elevator car is completed.
Preferably, the elevator host controller 15 is electrically connected to the speed limiter 12, acquires the fault condition of the speed limiter 12, and releases the locking of the speed limiter 12 to the elevator when the standby circuit is started.
More preferably, the trigger distance of the tensioner backup switch 26 is at least 1 mm greater than the trigger distance of the tensioner switch 25. Specifically, the fixed brackets triggering the tension roller switch 25 and the tension roller standby switch 26 are horizontally arranged, the installation directions of the tension roller switch 25 and the tension roller standby switch 26 are consistent, the installation position of the tension roller standby switch 26 is slightly higher than that of the tension roller switch 25, and the tension roller standby switch 26 can still be normally used when the tension roller switch 25 is triggered to be disconnected. The fixed bolster can set up to echelonment, and the tight pulley switch 25 and the tight pulley spare switch 26 that rises are triggered respectively to different steps, and under this case, tight pulley switch 25 and tight pulley spare switch 26 that rises can install in same high position, and tight pulley spare switch 26 that rises can install even lower.
Preferably, the triggering distance of the spare tension roller switch 26 is 2-15 mm greater than that of the tension roller switch 25, and when the tension roller switch 25 is triggered to be opened, the spare tension roller switch 26 is still closed for standby. More preferably, the triggering distance of the spare switch 26 of the tensioner is 5 mm greater than that of the switch 25 of the tensioner, so that a more appropriate distance is obtained, and the spare switch 26 of the tensioner is not closed but still kept for standby.
Specifically, the speed-limiting safety control system is provided with a wheel frame 28 for installing the wheel shaft of the tension wheel 22 and hanging the heavy hammer, and a fixed bracket 31 which is horizontally arranged and can touch the trigger distance of the top switch, wherein the wheel frame 28 can move in the fixed bracket 31 to keep balance, and the fixed bracket 31 is used for triggering the tension wheel switch besides keeping the balance of the wheel frame. The tensioner switch 25 and the tensioner backup switch 26 are mounted on the wheel frame 28, so that the two switches are mounted stably and reliably and balanced.
More preferably, the telescopic capacity of the tensioner switch 25 is greater than the distance difference between the tensioner switch 25 and the tensioner backup switch 26 and the fixed bracket 31, so that the two switches are triggered simultaneously due to the failure caused by the natural extension of the non-speed-limiting wire rope, and the backup circuit where the tensioner backup switch 26 is located cannot be used for rescue, thereby avoiding danger of misoperation.
Preferably, the change-over switch is a relay, so that the circuit can be switched conveniently and quickly.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention is not intended to limit the scope of the claims, which follow, as defined in the claims.
