Abstract
A hanging device capable of being installed on a bicycle pipe clamp comprises a first positioning piece, a second positioning piece and a hanging piece. The first positioning piece and the second positioning piece can be positioned relative to a binding clamp body of the binding pipe clamp and a locking piece penetrates through the first positioning piece and the second positioning piece, and the hanging piece is at least connected to one of the first positioning piece and the second positioning piece. The hanging device can be positioned relative to a frame of the bicycle through the existing pipe clamp, and the hanging device is quite convenient to assemble, disassemble and use.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a bicycle accessory, in particular to a hanging device capable of being mounted on a bicycle pipe clamp.
Background
The kettle holder is a common accessory installed on a bicycle and used for placing and positioning the water kettle.
The water bottle cage is usually mounted on the frame of the bicycle, for example, the water bottle cage is fixed on the seat post, the cross bar and other parts by screws, for example, patents such as taiwan certificate numbers M505433, M523640, M523641, etc., the water bottle cage is mounted by drilling the frame, which inevitably damages the overall structural strength and surface coating of the frame.

The invention aims to provide a hanging device capable of being mounted on a bicycle pipe clamp, which can provide mounting and positioning of bicycle accessories by utilizing the existing frame structure without increasing assembling components.
The invention can be installed in the hanging device of the bicycle tube clamp, the tube clamp includes a clamp body and a locking piece which is set through the clamp body, the clamp body has a top end face, a bottom end face opposite to the top end face and an outer peripheral face which is connected between the top end face and the bottom end face, the diameter of the clamp body can be adjusted by operating the locking piece, the hanging device is installed in the tube clamp and includes a first positioning piece, a second positioning piece and a hanging piece, the first positioning piece is positioned relative to the clamp body and is used for the locking piece to pass through, and has a ring piece which is positioned on the outer peripheral face of the clamp body and at least one lower clamping piece which is connected to the ring piece in an intersecting way and can be abutted against the bottom end face, the second positioning piece is connected to the first positioning piece and is arranged on one side of the first positioning piece, and can be positioned relative to the clamp body and is used for the locking piece to pass through, the hanging member is connected to at least one of the first positioning member and the second positioning member.
The invention discloses a hanging device capable of being installed on a bicycle pipe clamp, wherein a pipe clamp body of the pipe clamp is provided with a C-shaped ring part capable of surrounding to generate an inner hole, a first lug part and a second lug part which are respectively connected with two opposite ends of the ring part and are oppositely arranged, a slot which can be communicated with the inner hole is arranged between the first lug part and the second lug part, the locking piece is of a quick-release structure, and is provided with a shaft lever which is arranged on the first ear part, the second ear part and the slot, a stopper which is fixed on one end of the shaft lever and an eccentric brake handle which is axially arranged on the other end of the shaft lever, the stopper is abutted against the first ear part, the eccentric brake handle is abutted against the second ear part, the first positioning part is used for the shaft lever to pass through, and the second positioning piece is inserted in the slot and is used for the shaft lever to pass through.
The invention can be installed in the hanging device of the bicycle pipe clamp, the ring sheet of the first positioning piece has a flat plate part which is propped against the first ear part, an arc plate part which is connected with the flat plate part and surrounds the outer side of the ring part, and a connecting plate part which is opposite to the arc plate part and is connected with the flat plate part, the connecting plate part is connected with the second positioning piece and the hanging piece, and the lower clamping sheet is arranged on the bottom edge of the flat plate part.
The first positioning piece is also provided with at least one upper clamping stop piece which is connected with the ring piece in an intersecting way and can be abutted against the top end surface, and the upper clamping stop piece and the lower clamping stop piece are oppositely arranged.
The ring piece of the first positioning piece is also provided with at least one lower limiting piece which is arranged on the arc plate part and can be abutted against the bottom end surface.
The ring piece of the first positioning piece is also provided with at least one upper limiting piece which is arranged on the arc plate part and can be abutted against the top end surface, and the upper limiting piece and the lower limiting piece are arranged in a vertically opposite mode.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, an embodiment of a hanger 100 capable of being mounted to a bicycle band clamp 1 according to the present invention includes a band clamp body 4 and a locking member 5 passing through the band clamp body 4, wherein the band clamp 1 is disposed on top of a support tube 301 of a bicycle frame 3.
The clip body 4 has a ring portion 402 having a C-shape and surrounding to create an inner hole 401, a first ear portion 403, a second ear portion 404 connected to opposite ends of the ring portion 402 respectively and disposed oppositely, and a top end face 405, a bottom end face 406 opposite to the top end face 405, and an outer peripheral face 407 connected between the top end face 405 and the bottom end face 406, the first ear portion 403 and the second ear portion 404 having a slot 408 therebetween communicating with the inner hole 401.
The locking member 5 is a quick release structure and has a shaft 501 passing through the first ear 403, the second ear 404 and the slot 408, a stopper 502 fixed to one end of the shaft 501, and an eccentric actuating handle 503 axially disposed at the other end of the shaft 501, wherein the stopper 502 abuts against the first ear 403, and the eccentric actuating handle 503 abuts against the second ear 404. Operation of the eccentric detent handle 503 adjusts the width of the slot 408 and adjusts the diameter of the inner bore 401.
The hanging device 100 is installed on the bundle pipe clamp 1 and is used for connecting a water bottle cage 2, and the hanging device 100 comprises a first positioning element 10, a second positioning element 20 and a hanging element 30.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the first positioning element 10 is capable of positioning relative to the clamp body 4 and allowing the locking element 5 to pass through, and has a ring plate 11 positioned on the outer peripheral surface 407 of the clamp body 4, a lower locking plate 12 intersecting with the ring plate 11 and capable of abutting against the bottom end surface 406, and an upper locking plate 13 intersecting with the ring plate 11 and capable of abutting against the top end surface 405 (see fig. 6). The ring piece 11 has a flat plate portion 14 abutting against the first ear portion 403, an arc plate portion 15 connected to the flat plate portion 14 and surrounding the outer side of the ring portion 402, a connecting plate portion 16 opposite to the arc plate portion 15 and connected to the flat plate portion 14, a lower limit piece 17 disposed on the arc plate portion 15 and abutting against the bottom end surface 406, and an upper limit piece 18 (see fig. 7) disposed on the arc plate portion 15 and abutting against the top end surface 405, the lower locking piece 12 and the upper locking piece 13 are disposed opposite to each other vertically and are disposed on the bottom edge and the top edge of the flat plate portion 14, respectively, the lower limit piece 17 and the upper limit piece 18 are disposed opposite to each other vertically and are disposed on the bottom edge and the top edge of the end of the arc plate portion 15, respectively. The flat plate portion 14 is for the shaft 501 to pass through, and is clamped between the stopper 502 and the first ear 403.
The second positioning element 20 is connected to the first positioning element 10 and disposed at one side of the first positioning element 10, and can be positioned with respect to the binding clip body 4 and through which the locking element 5 passes. The second positioning member 20 of the present embodiment is in a flat plate shape, and is inserted in the slot 408 and is penetrated by the shaft 501.
The hanger 30 is connected to the first positioning member 10 and the second positioning member 20, and the position of the hanger 30 corresponds to the slot 408 of the clamp body 4. The hanger 30 has a plurality of locking holes 31 for a plurality of screws (not shown) to pass through to lock the water bottle cage 2 in place.
In this embodiment, the first positioning element 10, the second positioning element 20 and the hanging element 30 are integrally connected, that is, the whole hanging device 100 is formed by bending a single metal plate.
With the above-mentioned integral structure, when assembling, before the shaft 501 of the locking element 5 is inserted into the first ear 403 and the second ear 404 of the clamp body 4, the first positioning element 10 is first attached to the outer peripheral surface 407, and the second positioning element 20 is inserted into the slot 408, so that the locking element 5 is inserted into the clamp body 4, and the hanging device 100 can also be positioned relative to the clamp body 4.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, when the hanging device 100 is mounted on the pipe clamp 1, the stopper 502 is used to clamp the ring piece 11 of the first positioning member 10 to the first ear 403, so that the ring piece 11 is abutted against the outer peripheral surface 407 of the pipe clamp body 4, the lower locking piece 12 and the upper locking piece 13 are respectively clamped on the bottom end surface 406 and the top end surface 405, and the lower positioning piece 17 and the upper positioning piece 18 are respectively clamped on the bottom end surface 406 and the top end surface 405, so that the first positioning member 10 can be stably mounted on the pipe clamp 1. Meanwhile, the second positioning element 20 is coupled to the first positioning element 10 and inserted into the slot 408, and the locking element 5 is inserted into the second positioning element 20, so that the hanging device 100 is stably positioned with respect to the tube clamp 1.
Even if a kettle is placed in the kettle rack 2 and the hanging device 100 is loaded with a considerable weight, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the lower clamping-stopping piece 12 is abutted against the bottom end surface 406 and the lower limiting piece 17 is abutted against the bottom end surface 406, so that the end of the hanging device 100 provided with the kettle rack 2 can be prevented from hanging downwards, and the hanging device 100 has a better positioning property relative to the binding clip body 4.
The kettle rack 2 can be screwed on the hanging member 30 of the hanging device 100 at any time according to the requirement of the user, and of course, the hanging device 100 of the present invention is not limited to the installation of the kettle rack 2, and can also be used for installing a small-sized storage bag or other objects (not shown).
In summary, the suspension device 100 of the present invention can be installed and positioned on the tube clamp 1 in cooperation with the existing frame structure, not only can provide the installation and positioning of the bicycle accessories (the kettle rack 2), but also can use space without affecting the leg range of the rider without drilling the frame. And the whole structure is simple and the assembly and disassembly are easy. The purpose of the invention can be achieved.

1.
