Abstract
本发明公开了一种伸缩性人造革的制造方法,包括表面层、高分子弹性体层和基底层,所述表面层与基底层之间设置有高分子弹性体层,且通过高分子弹性体层进行连接,所述表面层设置在高分子弹性体层顶部以及基底层设置在高分子弹性体层底部。本发明通过在人造革的表面层进行冲孔,可使面料更时尚且透气,以表现出真皮般的细小纹理,并采用极细化的纤维制成网状结构,并将制得的纤维网抱合来制造抱合无纺布,大大提高了人造皮革的伸缩性能,同时,还将固化态的聚氨酯水洗乳液在一定条件下对人造皮革的表面层与基底层进行粘合,可进一步提高人造皮革的伸缩性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及皮革制造领域,特别涉及一种伸缩性人造革的制造方法。
背景技术
人造革等皮革样片材由于具有天然皮革所不具有的柔软性及功能性,因此,被用于衣料、原材料等各种用途。从衣料用途中的穿着感、原材料用途中的成形加工性、以及缝制的容易性及做工漂亮等观点考虑,伸缩性作为重要的功能而备受瞩目。
因此,发明一种伸缩性人造革的制造方法来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种伸缩性人造革的制造方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种伸缩性人造革,包括表面层、高分子弹性体层和基底层,所述表面层与基底层之间设置有高分子弹性体层,且通过高分子弹性体层进行连接,所述表面层设置在高分子弹性体层顶部以及基底层设置在高分子弹性体层底部。
优选的,所述表面层是由尼龙/氨纶的特里科经编面料或%涤纶圆筒针织面料上进行聚氨酯加工而成,所述高分子弹性体层是由聚氨酯树脂材料制成,所述基底层是由纤维材料制成。
优选的,所述基底层采用的纤维是一种可极细化的纤维。
本发明还提供了一种伸缩性人造革的制造方法,其具体操作步骤为:
步骤一:制作表面层:
(1)将尼龙/氨纶的特里科经编面料或100%涤纶圆筒针织面料放置在聚氨酯溶液浸泡;
(2)利用冲孔机在晾干的(1)中的面料上打出若干个圆孔;
步骤二:制作高分子弹性体:将聚氨酯水洗乳液放在一定温度下进行固化;
步骤三:制作基底层:
(1)将可极细化的纤维制作成网状结构;
(2)将(1)中得到的纤维网抱合来制造抱合无纺布;
(3)将(2)中抱合无纺布中可极细化的纤维进行极细化来制造人造革用基底;
步骤四:成品:将步骤一中的表面层与步骤三中的基底层进行预热后与步骤二中的到分子弹性体进行粘合。
优选的,所述步骤一中表面层的冲孔密度为10~30个/cm2。
优选的,所述步骤二中高分子弹性体的厚度为40~75mm,所述聚氨酯水洗乳液的固化温度为55~75℃。
优选的,所述步骤四中的预热温度为60~90℃。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
1、通过在人造革的表面层进行冲孔,可使面料更时尚且透气,以表现出真皮般的细小纹理;
2、通过采用极细化的纤维制成网状结构,并将制得的纤维网抱合来制造抱合无纺布,大大提高了人造皮革的伸缩性能;
3、通过将固化态的聚氨酯水洗乳液在一定条件下对人造皮革的表面层与基底层进行粘合,可进一步提高人造皮革的伸缩性能。

实施例1:
根据图1所示的一种伸缩性人造革,包括表面层1、高分子弹性体层2和基底层3,所述表面层1与基底层2之间设置有高分子弹性体层2,且通过高分子弹性体层2进行连接,所述表面层1设置在高分子弹性体层顶部以及基底层3设置在高分子弹性体层3底部。
所述表面层1是由尼龙/氨纶的特里科经编面料或100%涤纶圆筒针织面料上进行聚氨酯加工而成,所述高分子弹性体层2是由聚氨酯树脂材料制成,所述基底层3是由纤维材料制成。
所述基底层3采用的纤维是一种可极细化的纤维。
本发明还提供了一种伸缩性人造革的制造方法,其具体操作步骤为:
步骤一:制作表面层:
(1)将尼龙/氨纶的特里科经编面料或100%涤纶圆筒针织面料放置在聚氨酯溶液浸泡;
(2)利用冲孔机在晾干的(1)中的面料上打出若干个圆孔,所述表面层冲孔密度为10个/cm2;
步骤二:制作高分子弹性体:将聚氨酯水洗乳液放在55℃温度下进行固化,且固化厚度为40mm;
步骤三:制作基底层:
(1)将可极细化的纤维制作成网状结构;
(2)将(1)中得到的纤维网抱合来制造抱合无纺布;
(3)将(2)中抱合无纺布中可极细化的纤维进行极细化来制造人造革用基底;
步骤四:成品:将步骤一中的表面层与步骤三中的基底层60℃的温度下进行预热后与步骤二中的到分子弹性体进行粘合。
实施例2:
根据图1所示的一种伸缩性人造革,包括表面层1、高分子弹性体层2和基底层3,所述表面层1与基底层2之间设置有高分子弹性体层2,且通过高分子弹性体层2进行连接,所述表面层1设置在高分子弹性体层顶部以及基底层3设置在高分子弹性体层3底部。

步骤二:制作高分子弹性体:将聚氨酯水洗乳液放在65℃温度下进行固化,且固化厚度为55mm;
步骤三:制作基底层:
(1)将可极细化的纤维制作成网状结构;
(2)将(1)中得到的纤维网抱合来制造抱合无纺布;
(3)将(2)中抱合无纺布中可极细化的纤维进行极细化来制造人造革用基底;
步骤四:成品:将步骤一中的表面层与步骤三中的基底层75℃的温度下进行预热后与步骤二中的到分子弹性体进行粘合。
实施例3:
根据图1所示的一种伸缩性人造革,包括表面层1、高分子弹性体层2和基底层3,所述表面层1与基底层2之间设置有高分子弹性体层2,且通过高分子弹性体层2进行连接,所述表面层1设置在高分子弹性体层顶部以及基底层3设置在高分子弹性体层3底部。

本发明还提供了一种伸缩性人造革的制造方法,其具体操作步骤为:
步骤一:制作表面层:
(1)将尼龙/氨纶的特里科经编面料或100%涤纶圆筒针织面料放置在聚氨酯溶液浸泡;
(2)利用冲孔机在晾干的(1)中的面料上打出若干个圆孔,所述表面层冲孔密度为30个/cm2;
步骤二:制作高分子弹性体:将聚氨酯水洗乳液放在75℃温度下进行固化,且固化厚度为75mm;
步骤三:制作基底层:
(1)将可极细化的纤维制作成网状结构;
(2)将(1)中得到的纤维网抱合来制造抱合无纺布;
(3)将(2)中抱合无纺布中可极细化的纤维进行极细化来制造人造革用基底;
步骤四:成品:将步骤一中的表面层与步骤三中的基底层90℃的温度下进行预热后与步骤二中的到分子弹性体进行粘合。
通过不同实施例的对比可以看出,当冲孔密度为20个/cm2,聚氨酯水洗乳液放在65℃温度下进行固化,且固化厚度55mm时,人造皮革的伸缩性最佳,同时,在75℃的温度下进行预热后,表面层、高分子弹性体层和基底层之间粘合效果最佳,粘合速率最高。

1.一种伸缩性人造革,包括表面层(1)、高分子弹性体层(2)和基底层(3),其特征在于:所述表面层(1)与基底层(2)之间设置有高分子弹性体层(2),且通过高分子弹性体层(2)进行连接,所述表面层(1)设置在高分子弹性体层顶部以及基底层(3)设置在高分子弹性体层(3)底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种伸缩性人造革,其特征在于:所述表面层(1)是由尼龙/氨纶的特里科经编面料或100%涤纶圆筒针织面料上进行聚氨酯加工而成,所述高分子弹性体层(2)是由聚氨酯树脂材料制成,所述基底层(3)是由纤维材料制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种伸缩性人造革,其特征在于:所述基底层(3)采用的纤维是一种可极细化的纤维。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的一种伸缩性人造革的制造方法,其具体操作步骤为:
步骤一:制作表面层:
(1)将尼龙/氨纶的特里科经编面料或100%涤纶圆筒针织面料放置在聚氨酯溶液浸泡;
(2)利用冲孔机在晾干的(1)中的面料上打出若干个圆孔;
步骤二:制作高分子弹性体:将聚氨酯水洗乳液放在一定温度下进行固化;
步骤三:制作基底层:
(1)将可极细化的纤维制作成网状结构;
(2)将(1)中得到的纤维网抱合来制造抱合无纺布;
(3)将(2)中抱合无纺布中可极细化的纤维进行极细化来制造人造革用基底;
步骤四:成品:将步骤一中的表面层与步骤三中的基底层进行预热后与步骤二中的到分子弹性体进行粘合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种伸缩性人造革的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中表面层的冲孔密度为10~30个/cm2。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种伸缩性人造革的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中高分子弹性体的厚度为40~75mm,所述聚氨酯水洗乳液的固化温度为55~75℃。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种伸缩性人造革的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤四中的预热温度为60~90℃。
