Abstract
The invention discloses a low-foam environment-friendly cleaning surfactant which is prepared by compounding a component A, a component B and a component C; the component A consists of one or more natural linear lauryl alcohol-polyoxyalkyl ether; the component B consists of one or more isomeric fatty alcohol-polyoxyalkyl ether; the C component consists of one or more alkyne diol-polyoxyalkyl ethers. The low-foam environment-friendly cleaning surfactant has the characteristics of good wetting and foam inhibiting effects, strong emulsifying capacity, good decontamination and oil removal effects, easy biodegradation and the like, and has good compatibility with other surfactants and auxiliaries, so that the surfactant can replace the traditional alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether compounds and can be widely applied to daily chemical cleaning and industrial cleaning.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of surfactants, in particular to a low-foam environment-friendly cleaning surfactant.
Background
In recent years, the detergent industry in China shows a continuous and rapid growth trend, and the continuous growth of the total amount of the detergent necessarily pulls the rapid growth of the surfactant industry. The rapid growth of cleaning agents has not only had a dramatic impact on the surfactant production requirements, but also has placed new demands on the performance properties of the surfactants.
The conventional cleaning surfactant in the current market is rich in foam, and a large amount of foam rises in the cleaning process to cause overflow of working solution, waste of materials and generation of stains on the surface of a cleaned workpiece. However, the low-foaming surfactants in the market can greatly reduce the oil removing capability of cleaning products and the stability of the formula in the using process. The common low-foam surfactant mentioned in the Chinese patent publication No. CN 106637251 contains organic silicon, defoaming agent and other substances harmful to human body, and has low cleaning efficiency and poor oil removing effect, and can not meet the non-foam or low-foam industrial washing process standard of various normal-temperature and medium-temperature production lines.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention aims to provide a low-foam environment-friendly cleaning surfactant with low foam and strong dirt-removing power.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides a low-foam environment-friendly cleaning surfactant which is prepared by compounding a component A, a component B and a component C;
the component A consists of one or more natural linear lauryl alcohol-polyoxyalkyl ether;
the component B consists of one or more isomeric fatty alcohol-polyoxyalkyl ether;
the C component consists of one or more alkyne diol-polyoxyalkyl ethers.
Further, the natural linear lauryl alcohol-polyoxyalkyl ether is a random block or alternating polymer of natural linear lauryl alcohol and Ethylene Oxide (EO) and/or Propylene Oxide (PO).
Further, the natural linear lauryl alcohol-polyoxyalkyl ether has a polyoxyalkyl chain length of 3 to 25.
Further, the isomeric fatty alcohol-polyoxyalkyl ether is a random block or alternating polymer of an isomeric fatty alcohol and Ethylene Oxide (EO) and/or Propylene Oxide (PO).
Further, the chain length of the polyoxyalkyl group of the isomeric fatty alcohol-polyoxyalkyl ether is 5 to 22, and the lipophilic group of the isomeric fatty alcohol-polyoxyalkyl ether is the long alkyl chain of carbon atoms 7 to 18.
Further, the acetylenic diol-polyoxyalkyl ether is a random block or alternating polymer of acetylenic diol and Ethylene Oxide (EO) and/or Propylene Oxide (PO).
Still further, the polyoxyalkylene chain length of the alkynediol-polyoxyalkylene ether is from 6 to 24; the alkyne diol of the alkyne diol-polyoxyalkyl ether is an unsaturated symmetric structure with 10, 12, 14 and 16 carbon atoms.
Furthermore, the low-foam environment-friendly cleaning surfactant comprises a component A, a component B and a component C according to the mass ratio of (22.0-58.5): (27.4-60.8): (12.3-21.6).
Optimally, the low-foam environment-friendly cleaning surfactant is prepared from a component A, a component B and a component C according to a mass ratio of 37.5: 49.3: 13.2.

The wetting, emulsifying, foaming and oil removing performances of the compound surfactant are improved by adjusting the chain length of polyoxyalkyl in the structure of the component A, the chain length of isomeric alcohol alkyl and polyoxyalkyl in the component B, the chain length of alkynol alkyl and polyoxyalkyl in the component C, and the ethylene oxide/propane block mode of an alkoxy chain in the component A, B, C, and adjusting the content of the component A, B, C. Moreover, the low-foam environment-friendly cleaning surfactant has the characteristics of good wetting and foam inhibiting effects, strong emulsifying capacity, good decontamination and oil removal effects, easy biodegradation and the like, and has good compatibility with other surfactants and auxiliaries, so that the surfactant can replace the traditional APEO and can be widely applied to daily chemical cleaning and industrial cleaning.

The foam properties of the prepared samples were tested according to the GB/T7462-94 foaming power test of the surfactant, the Ross-Mile method is improved, the detergency is tested according to the national standard comprehensive GB/T6371-2008, JB/T4323.2-1999, and the comparison results with the conventional cleaning surfactant (alkylphenol ethoxylate NP-10) on the market are as follows:

the isomeric fatty alcohol-polyoxyalkyl ether is a random block or alternating polymer of an isomeric fatty alcohol and Ethylene Oxide (EO) and/or Propylene Oxide (PO);
the alkyne diol-polyoxyalkyl ether is a random block or alternating polymer of alkyne diol and Ethylene Oxide (EO) and/or Propylene Oxide (PO);
the low-foam environment-friendly cleaning surfactant comprises a component A, a component B and a component C according to the mass ratio of (22.0-58.5): (27.4-60.8): (12.3-21.6);
the chain length of the polyoxyalkyl of the natural straight-chain lauryl alcohol-polyoxyalkyl ether is 3-25;
the chain length of polyoxyalkyl of the isomeric fatty alcohol-polyoxyalkyl ether is 5 to 22, and the lipophilic group of the isomeric fatty alcohol-polyoxyalkyl ether is a long alkyl chain of carbon atoms 7 to 18;
the length of the polyoxyalkyl chain of the alkynediol-polyoxyalkyl ether is 6-24; the alkyne diol of the alkyne diol-polyoxyalkyl ether is an unsaturated symmetric structure with 10, 12, 14 and 16 carbon atoms.
