Because manual shoe polishing is time-consuming and labor-consuming, the full-automatic shoe polishing machine replaces the traditional manual shoe polishing and is suitable for transportation.
The shoe polish filling system of the prior shoe polisher is a shoe polish cup, a nozzle is arranged at the lowest part of the shoe polish cup, the nozzle is screwed on the shoe polish cup through a small spring, a glass ball and the nozzle, the oil discharging principle of the shoe polish filling system is the same as that of a ball pen, and the shoe polish filling system can discharge the shoe polish by forcibly pushing. After the oil outlet electromagnetic valve 40 is electrified, the valve core of the oil outlet electromagnetic valve 40 is attracted to the adjusting frame 53, the adjusting frame 53 moves towards the direction of the valve core to drive the conical needle 51 to move towards the oil nozzle, a gap is formed between the conical needle 51 and the shoe polish opening, and the pasty shoe polish uniformly flows out from the gap; the application realizes the continuous and stable extrusion of the paste shoe polish of the automatic shoe polisher.

When the push plate 60 in the storage barrel 30 is full of shoe polish, the push plate 60 is located at the top of the storage barrel 30, the push plate 60 moves downwards along with the extrusion of the extrusion spring 70 to enable the shoe polish to flow out gradually, when the push plate 60 moves to contact with the protrusion 32 below, the pressure sensor located on the protrusion 32 below is triggered, the oil injection electromagnetic valve 33 is opened after receiving the signal, and meanwhile, the extrusion device in the oiling barrel is also started after receiving the signal.
Preferably, the extruding device comprises an extruding pipe 92 arranged in the middle of the oil filling barrel 90, and an I-shaped extruding rod 93 sleeved in the extruding pipe 92; the squeeze tube 92 is connected to the filler tube 91 at the bottom through a check valve and communicates with the cavity of the filler barrel 90 at the bottom side. When the squeeze rod 93 moves downward, the check valve is opened under pressure to squeeze the shoe cream in the cream filling barrel 90 into the cream filling pipe 91, and when the squeeze rod 93 moves upward, the check valve is closed, and the shoe cream in the cream filling barrel 90 enters the squeeze pipe 92 from the bottom of the squeeze pipe 92.
