As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the extension pipe 1 according to the present embodiment is formed by abutting an extension pipe body 11 and an end pipe 12 located at an end of the extension pipe body 11, and usually, the extension pipe body 11 is formed of a metal material, the end pipe 12 is formed of a plastic material, and the extension pipe body 11 is inserted into the end pipe 12 and locked by an external collar 120 to be integrated. Of course, the extension pipe 1 may be integrally formed in other embodiments of the present invention.
The vacuum cleaner of the present invention further includes a locking assembly, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the locking assembly includes an elastic chuck 31 penetrating the peripheral wall of the extension pipe 1 and a locking portion 210 formed on the peripheral wall of the suction head 21. In the embodiment, a through hole (not labeled) is formed through the sidewall of the end tube 12, and the elastic clamp 31 is disposed in the through hole; the engaging portion 210 is a groove formed in the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential wall of the suction head 21.
The elastic chuck 31 is configured with a first state and a second state, the elastic chuck 31 in the first state has a first protruding height in the extension pipe 1, the elastic chuck 31 in the second state has a second protruding height in the extension pipe 1, and the second protruding height is smaller than the first protruding height.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: when the elastic chuck 31 is in the first state, after the suction head 21 is inserted into the end of the extension pipe 1, the elastic chuck 31 with the first protruding height in the extension pipe 1 can clamp the buckling part 210, so as to lock the suction head 21 in the extension pipe 1; when the elastic chuck 31 is in the second state, the elastic chuck 31 having the second protruding height in the extension pipe 1 can be separated from the engaging portion 210, so as to release the locking relationship between the suction head 21 and the extension pipe 1, and at this time, the suction head 21 can be inserted into the extension pipe 1 or pulled out from the extension pipe 1. In this embodiment, the second protrusion height may be zero, that is, the elastic clip 31 in the second state has no protrusion part inside the extension pipe 1.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 11, the elastic clip 31 is connected to an elastic sheet 32 outside the extension pipe 1 for driving the elastic clip 31 to automatically return to the first state. In the specific implementation process, the elastic sheet 32 is formed by adhering to the end pipe 12 and extends from the elastic chuck 31 to a side close to the extension pipe body 11, a first flange portion 121 is formed on the end pipe 12, one side of the elastic sheet 32 far away from the elastic chuck 31 abuts against the first flange portion 121, and the first flange portion 121 provides a supporting force for the elastic sheet 32.
The elastic chuck 31 and the elastic sheet 32 in this embodiment are integrally formed; of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the elastic clip 31 and the elastic piece 32 may be formed separately.
Referring to fig. 4, 5, 7, 9 and 10, in the present embodiment, the locking assembly further includes a movable sleeve 4 sleeved outside the end tube 12 to drive the elastic sheet 32 to compress and drive the elastic clamp 31 to enter the second state.

The rotation limiting assembly comprises a protrusion 22 and a slot 124 which are matched with each other; wherein, the protrusion 22 is fixedly arranged relative to the suction head 21, and the slot 124 is fixedly arranged relative to the extension pipe 1. When the extension pipe 1 is locked with the suction head 21, the protrusion 22 is inserted into the insertion groove 124, thereby preventing relative rotation between the extension pipe 1 and the suction head 21. In other embodiments of the present invention, the position relationship between the protrusion 22 and the slot 124 may be interchanged; in other embodiments, the cross-sectional profile of the suction tip 21 may be configured in a non-circular shape, and the extension tube 1 may have a socket matching the profile of the suction tip 21 for insertion of the suction tip 21, so that relative rotation between the extension tube 1 and the suction tip 21 is also prevented.
In addition, referring to fig. 9, in the present embodiment, a first sealing ring 211 is disposed on the circumferential outer wall of the suction head 21, a second sealing ring 122 is disposed inside the end pipe 12, when the suction head 21 is inserted into and locked at the end of the extension pipe 1, the first sealing ring 211 is sandwiched between the outer wall of the suction head 21 and the inner wall of the end pipe 12, the end of the suction head 21 abuts against the second sealing ring 122, and double sealing protection can ensure that the connection between the extension pipe 1 and the suction head 21 has good sealing performance.
The invention also provides a plug module, which comprises a hollow tube body and a plug head connected to the end of the tube body in a plug manner, wherein the tube body can be but is not limited to the end tube 12 described above, and the plug head can be but is not limited to the suction head 21 described above. The plug-in module can be applied to other structures which need to be connected and are not limited to the dust collector.
It should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment contains only a single technical solution, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should make the description as a whole, and the technical solutions in the embodiments can also be combined appropriately to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.
