本发明涉及一种燃气蒸箱装备,尤其涉及一种多用途余热回收利用及蓄水保温燃气蒸箱装备,属于厨房设备余热利用。包括散热架,所述的散热架中设有散热片组件,所述的散热架的外壁设有与散热架相贴合的外置加热水箱,所述的散热片组件的一端与外置加热水箱相连通,所述的外置加热水箱与蒸汽水箱相连通。一种多用途余热回收利用及蓄水保温燃气蒸箱装备,结构紧凑度高,提高余热利用率,节能环保。

一种多用途余热回收利用及蓄水保温燃气蒸箱装备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃气蒸箱装备,尤其涉及一种多用途余热回收利用及蓄水保温燃气蒸箱装备,属于厨房设备余热利用。
背景技术
对于厨房设备中可利用的余热主要烟气余热,蒸汽余热利用,目前对于全国酒店及社会餐饮对于余热回收利用都没对于余热回收利用作为本单位节能减排的重要项目,目前现有厨房都是对于烟气直接通过烟罩排到室外,完全是一种可回收能源的浪费。也有相关专利方案提出对于厨房烟气的余热利用提出了改善方案,但往往非本行业人士非专业的加装利用烟气余热,可能影响到设备本身排烟问题,CO超标产品不合格,或者是烟气回收利用结构方案不合理,利用率不高,且增加相对高的成本。
中国专利201621250926.7,公开一种带空混系统的烟气余热回收装置,其特征是由烟气冷凝器、锅炉、蓄水池、空气混合器和鼓风机组成,锅炉的排烟烟道与烟气冷凝器相连,烟气冷凝器的热水管路与蓄水池相连,烟气冷凝器的气体出口与空气混合器相连,空气混合器的冷风进口与鼓风机相连,空气混合器通过热风出口与锅炉相连,一条侧排烟烟道底部通过烟道阀与锅炉的排烟烟道,侧排烟烟道的顶部与空气混合器出口相通。此结构是一套独立的设备,独立于设备外,结构相对复杂,而且体积较大,循环性能较弱,吸收热能效果相对不足。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种结构简单,厨房设备烟气余热回收,改善厨房温度环境,增加相对较少的成本,进而提高增加更高的余热利用率,及为厨房其它使用热水地方提供热水资源,废蒸汽相对加湿烟气,使CO2溶于H2O通过烟罩排除,降低烟气温度,减少CO2排放,节能环保的一种多用途余热回收利用及蓄水保温燃气蒸箱装备。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种多用途余热回收利用及蓄水保温燃气蒸箱装备,包括散热架,所述的散热架中设有散热片组件,所述的散热架的外壁设有与散热架相贴合的外置加热水箱,所述的散热片组件的下端与外置加热水箱相连通,所述的散热片组件的上端与蒸汽水箱相连通,所述的蒸汽水箱入水箱与外置加热水箱相连通;
散热片组件,吸收厨房烟气中的余热,将带有温度的水进入到外置加热水箱中;
蒸汽水箱入水箱,当蒸汽水箱入水箱中的水位不足时,通过信号控制外置加热水箱进行注水;
蒸汽水箱,当外置加热水箱的水位不足时,通过信号控制蒸汽水箱进行注水。
作为优选,所述的散热片组件包括盘肠型加热水管,所述的盘肠型加热水管的两侧壁分别设有散热片,所述的散热片的横截面呈波浪状分布,所述的盘肠型加热水管的一端与蒸汽水箱相连通,所述的蒸汽水箱的另一端与外置加热水箱相连通。
作为优选,所述的外置加热水箱的横截面呈“U”型状,所述的散热架与外置加热水箱呈嵌入式分布,所述的外置加热水箱的左上端设有水箱满水口,所述的外置加热水箱的右上端设有水位阀,所述的外置加热水箱的左下端设有出水口,所述的外置加热水箱的右下端设有排污口。
作为优选,所述的蒸汽水箱入水箱的上端设有入水箱满水口,所述的蒸汽水箱入水箱中设有与出水口相通的入水口,所述的蒸汽水箱入水箱中设有浮球阀。
作为优选,所述的蒸汽水箱通过入水管与盘肠型加热水管的上端相连通。
作为优选,所述的散热架的下端设有若干烟气出口,所述的散热架底部分别设有支撑脚。
一种多用途余热回收利用及蓄水保温燃气蒸箱装备的操作方法,按以下步骤进行:
(1)、组装:
将散热架和散热组件加入至有蒸汽或烟气的设备中,并进行固位,保证不会产生位移,测试散热组件的使用功效,保证热能转换;
(2)、操作:
当燃气蒸箱使用时,烟气从烟气出口排出,此时烟气加热外置加热水箱,散热片通过烟气加热水,最终流入外置加热水箱中,直至水加满到水箱满水口停止加水,浮球阀低水位时给出信号热水从出水口加入到蒸汽水箱入水箱中,达到高水位时停止加入水;
整个外置加热水箱使加入蒸汽水箱的水原来的常温25度现在提高到85度左右,有效地提高了热效率,且为其他用水资源提供热水资源,具体数据。
根据汽车散热片结构水箱原理,结构尺寸调整及更换材料制作散热片结构吸热水箱,达到增加相对较少的成本,进而提高更高的余热利用率,及为厨房其它使用热水方面提供热水资源。
燃气蒸箱在正常使用情况下0.5h可将25度水加热到68度,按照热功率计算Q=4.2x103J/kg.℃ x40Kgx40℃=6.72MJ,换算成功率单位1KW=3.6MJ/h,外置加热水箱实际热功率为W=6.72X2MJ/h/3.6=3.73KW/h,实际增加热效率η=3.73KW/42KW蒸箱设计热负荷=8.8%,对于燃气蒸箱原来热效率84%(二级能效)增加后达到92.8%(一级能效)。
经济效益:每天按照8小时计算按照商业电能的单位成本计算1KW=1.2,一个中型酒店配备蒸箱10台计算。
每年蒸箱余热利用节约成本3.73x1.0x8x10x360=107424元。
因此,本发明的一种多用途余热回收利用及蓄水保温燃气蒸箱装备,结构紧凑度高,提高余热利用率,节能环保。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例1:如图所示,一种多用途余热回收利用及蓄水保温燃气蒸箱装备,包括散热架1,所述的散热架1中设有散热片组件2,所述的散热架1的外壁设有与散热架1相贴合的外置加热水箱3,所述的散热片组件2的下端与外置加热水箱3相连通,所述的散热片组件2的上端与蒸汽水箱4相连通,所述的蒸汽水箱入水箱17与外置加热水箱3相连通;
散热片组件,吸收厨房烟气中的余热,将带有温度的水进入到外置加热水箱中;
蒸汽水箱入水箱,当蒸汽水箱入水箱中的水位不足时,通过信号控制外置加热水箱进行注水;
蒸汽水箱,当外置加热水箱的水位不足时,通过信号控制蒸汽水箱进行注水。
所述的散热片组件2包括盘肠型加热水管5,所述的盘肠型加热水管5的两侧壁分别设有散热片6,所述的散热片6的横截面呈波浪状分布,所述的盘肠型加热水管5的一端与蒸汽水箱4相连通,所述的蒸汽水箱4的另一端与外置加热水箱3相连通。
所述的外置加热水箱3的横截面呈“U”型状,所述的散热架1与外置加热水箱3呈嵌入式分布,所述的外置加热水箱3的左上端设有水箱满水口7,所述的外置加热水箱3的右上端设有水位阀8,所述的外置加热水箱3的左下端设有出水口9,所述的外置加热水箱3的右下端设有排污口10。
所述的蒸汽水箱入水箱17的上端设有入水箱满水口11,所述的蒸汽水箱入水箱17中设有与出水口9相通的入水口12,所述的蒸汽水箱入水箱17中设有浮球阀13。
所述的蒸汽水箱4通过入水管14与盘肠型加热水管5的上端相连通。
所述的散热架1的下端设有若干烟气出口15,所述的散热架1底部分别设有支撑脚16。
一种多用途余热回收利用及蓄水保温燃气蒸箱装备的操作方法,按以下步骤进行:
(1)、组装:
将散热架和散热组件加入至有蒸汽或烟气的设备中,并进行固位,保证不会产生位移,测试散热组件的使用功效,保证热能转换;
(3)、操作:
当燃气蒸箱使用时,烟气从烟气出口排出,此时烟气加热外置加热水箱,散热片通过烟气加热水,最终流入外置加热水箱中,直至水加满到水箱满水口停止加水,浮球阀低水位时给出信号热水从出水口加入到蒸汽水箱入水箱中,达到高水位时停止加入水;

1.一种多用途余热回收利用及蓄水保温燃气蒸箱装备,其特征在于:包括散热架(1)、散热片组件(2)、外置加热水箱(3)、蒸汽水箱(4)和蒸汽水箱入水箱(17),所述的散热架(1)中设有散热片组件(2),所述的散热架(1)的外壁设有与散热架(1)相贴合的外置加热水箱(3),所述的散热片组件(2)的下端与外置加热水箱(3)相连通,所述的散热片组件(2)的上端与蒸汽水箱(4)相连通,所述的蒸汽水箱入水箱(17)与外置加热水箱(3)相连通;
散热片组件,吸收厨房蒸汽或烟气中的余热,将带有温度的水进入到外置加热水箱中;
蒸汽水箱入水箱,当蒸汽水箱入水箱中的水位不足时,通过信号控制外置加热水箱进行注水;
蒸汽水箱,当外置加热水箱的水位不足时,通过信号控制蒸汽水箱进行注水;
所述的散热片组件(2)包括盘肠型加热水管(5),所述的盘肠型加热水管(5)的两侧壁分别设有散热片(6),所述的散热片(6)的横截面呈波浪状分布,所述的盘肠型加热水管(5)的一端与蒸汽水箱(4)相连通,所述的蒸汽水箱(4)的另一端与外置加热水箱(3)相连通;
所述的外置加热水箱(3)的横截面呈“U”型状,所述的散热架(1)与外置加热水箱(3)呈嵌入式分布,所述的外置加热水箱(3)的左上端设有水箱满水口(7),所述的外置加热水箱(3)的右上端设有水位阀(8),所述的外置加热水箱(3)的左下端设有出水口(9),所述的外置加热水箱(3)的右下端设有排污口(10);

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多用途余热回收利用及蓄水保温燃气蒸箱装备,其特征在于:所述的蒸汽水箱(4)通过入水管(14)与盘肠型加热水管(5)的上端相连通。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种多用途余热回收利用及蓄水保温燃气蒸箱装备的操作方法,其特征在于按以下步骤进行:
(1)、组装:
将散热架和散热片组件加入至有蒸汽或烟气的设备中,并进行固位,保证不会产生位移,测试散热片组件的使用功效,保证热能转换;
(2)、操作:
当燃气蒸箱使用时,蒸汽或烟气从烟气出口排出,此时烟气加热外置加热水箱,散热片通过烟气加热水,最终流入外置加热水箱中,直至水加满到水箱满水口停止加水,浮球阀低水位时给出信号,热水从出水口加入到蒸汽水箱入水箱中,达到高水位时停止加入水;
整个外置加热水箱使加入蒸汽水箱的水由原来的常温25度提高到85度。
