本发明涉及汽油添加剂领域,具体为一种高效汽油节油净化剂,其主要成分及其组质量分配比范围为:十六酸十六酯65~75、二十二酸甲酯12~15、己酸己酯2~3、季戊四醇0.5~1.5、辛酸辛酯5~7、苯二甲酸季戊四醇酯3~5、叔丁锂0.4~1.2、叔丁酸甲酯0.1~0.7、机油0.5~1、钛酸四异丙酯11~13。该高效汽油节油净化剂可大幅度降低油泥、积碳的生成,还可清洗已生成的沉积物,催化助燃、节约燃料,有效改善汽车发动机动力性能,降低尾气排放中由于燃烧不完全而产生的有害物质含量。

技术领域
本发明属汽油添加剂领域,具体为一种高效汽油节油净化剂。
背景技术
二十一世纪是环保世纪,降低汽车尾气中有害气体的排放是一个急待解决的问题。尾气排放中的重要污染物是碳氢化合物、一氧化碳和氧化氮。碳氢化合物排入大气后与氧化氮在阳光下容易生成臭氧而形成化学烟雾,高空的臭氧可以遮蔽紫外线,对人体有利,而低空的臭氧则会损害人体的呼吸系统,还会影响农作物生长。一氧化碳进入人体血液与血红蛋白结合,会降低血液输送功能,严重时导致中毒甚至致人死亡。氧化氮不仅影响人体呼吸系统,导致气管炎、肺炎和肺部疾病的发生,也是生产酸雨的主要成分。
中国汽油组成同国外汽油相比有很大差异,最主要的是催化裂化组分所占比例高,催化裂化的主要组成是烯烃,烯烃含量高的汽油在高温下极易氧化、聚合生成弱酸性的油泥和积碳,这就会造成发动机油路堵塞,空燃比失调,燃烧不完全,发动机功率下降,导致排放尾气中有害气体量增加。
在汽油中加入高效汽油节油净化剂是解决这一问题的有效办法之一。高效汽油节油净化剂不仅有润滑和清洗发动机油路系统的功效,也有一定的催化助燃作用,而且能够将清洗下来的颗粒分散,由汽油带走燃烧,从而恢复发动机的正常供油功能,改善发动机燃烧状态,降低由燃烧不完全而增加的排放污染。
本发明的主要目的是提供一种高效汽油节油净化剂,该添加剂加入量小,可大幅度降低油泥、积碳的生成,还可清洗已生成的沉积物,催化助燃、节约燃料,有效改善汽车发动机动力性能,降低尾气排放中由于燃烧不完全而产生的有害物质含量。
发明内容
本发明是在现有理论和技术的基础上提供一类可作为汽油清洁剂的新组合物体系。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种高效汽油节油净化剂,所述的高效汽油节油净化剂主要组分及添加比例为:十六酸十六酯65~75、二十二酸甲酯12~15、己酸己酯2~3、季戊四醇0.5~1.5、辛酸辛酯5~7、苯二甲酸季戊四醇酯3~5、叔丁锂0.4~1.2、叔丁酸甲酯0.1~0.7、机油0.5~1、钛酸四异丙酯11~13,基础液余量。
优选地,所述的高效汽油节油净化剂的制备方法是:将各原料按比例加入反应釜中,边加热边搅拌直到温度达到75~80℃,持续搅拌20min,待各化合物全部溶解后,从反应釜下端放出混合物于一制冷器中,待彻底冷却后,将其制成粉末即可。
优选地,所述的高效汽油节油净化剂在汽油中的体积分数为0.03~0.05%。
本发明中除了机油和基础液外,其他组分均可起到催化助燃作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明的一种高效汽油节油净化剂的制备方法具体如下:
(1)制备
将各原料按比例加入反应釜中,边加热边搅拌直到温度达到75~80℃,恒温持续搅拌30min,待各化合物全部溶解后,从反应釜下端放出混合物于一制冷器中,待彻底冷却后,机械打碎制成粉末即可。
(2)质量检测
对本发明产品进行质量指标的检测,其中密度(20℃)/(g/cm3)采用GB/T 1881标准检测;铜片腐蚀(50℃,3h)采用GB/T 5096标准检测;氮含量采用电量法测定;闭口闪点采用GB/T 261标准检测。
(3)尾气排放检测
将本发明高效汽油节油净化剂按照0.03~0.05%的浓度加入到92#汽油中,进行低怠速和高怠速尾气排放检测。
实验结果如下表:
由实验结果表明,使用了加入了高效汽油节油净化剂的汽油,可降低汽车排放尾气中的有害物质,汽车运行工况良好。

1.一种高效汽油节油净化剂,其特征在于,主要组分的质量添加量分别为十六酸十六酯65~75、二十二酸甲酯12~15、己酸己酯2~3、季戊四醇0.5~1.5、辛酸辛酯5~7、苯二甲酸季戊四醇酯3~5、叔丁锂0.4~1.2、叔丁酸甲酯0.1~0.7、机油0.5~1、钛酸四异丙酯11~13,基础液余量。
2.如权利要求书1所述的一种高效汽油节油净化剂,其特征在于,所述的净化剂在汽油中的添加量为体积分数0.03~0.05%。
