Abstract
本发明提供了一种高阻隔罩布,其包括依次设置的基布层、连接层、第一TPU层、PVDC层和第二TPU层,第二TPU层固定铺设于PVDC层上,PVDC层固定铺设于第一TPU层上,第一TPU层固定铺设于连接层上,连接层固定铺设于基布层上。本发明可以与车辆实现更为牢固的连接,并且可以实现更强的阻隔作用,由此使得罩布的使用寿命可以更长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种罩布,具体而言,涉及一种高阻隔罩布及其制备方法。
背景技术
罩布被应用于生活、交通工具等多种领域,例如家电的罩布,火车、汽车等罩布等。这其中,由于例如火车、汽车等车辆所使用的罩布一般都会应用于室外环境,因此其牢固性和耐用性是基本的使用要求和衡量指标。但是,随着人们的使用需求的不断提高,现在对罩布也提出了新的要求,例如,与车辆等被覆盖对象可以实现更为牢固的连接,并且可以实现更强的阻隔作用,由此使得罩布的使用寿命可以更长。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提供了一种高阻隔罩布及其制备方法,旨在提高现有技术中的罩布的使用寿命。
本发明提供了一种高阻隔罩布,其包括依次设置的基布层、连接层、第一TPU层、PVDC层和第二TPU层,第二TPU层固定铺设于PVDC层上,PVDC层固定铺设于第一TPU层上,第一TPU层固定铺设于连接层上,连接层固定铺设于基布层上。
进一步地,上述基布层(1)为涤纶层。
进一步地,上述基布层(1)为尼龙层。
进一步地,上述连接层(2)为粘接层。
进一步地,上述基布层(1)固定铺设于防远红外层(6)上。
进一步地,上述第一TPU层(3)、PVDC层(4)和第二TPU层(5)之间压制复合连接。
本发明还提供了上述一种高阻隔罩布的制备方法,其包括以下制备步骤:
1)准备基布层(1);
2)在基布层(1)上均匀涂覆连接材料,形成连接层(2);
3)准备第一TPU层(3)、PVDC层(4)和第二TPU层(5),并将第一TPU层(3)、PVDC层(4)和第二TPU层(5)进行压制复合,形成面层;
4)将面层通过连接层(2)连接至基布层(1)上。
进一步地,上述一种高阻隔罩布的制备方法还包括步骤5),在基布层(1)下连接防远红外层(6)。
进一步地,上述连接材料为粘胶。
本发明提供的高阻隔罩布及其制备方法,主要设置了基布层、连接层、第一TPU层、PVDC层和第二TPU层,其中,第二TPU层固定铺设于PVDC层上,PVDC层固定铺设于第一TPU层上,第一TPU层固定铺设于连接层上,连接层固定铺设于基布层上;通过上述罩布的改进后结构,利用两层TPU和一层PVDC的结合,形成对外界氧、湿气等因素的高阻隔效果,同时可以适应高频焊接,从而可以与车辆实现更为牢固的连接,并且可以实现更强的阻隔作用,由此使得罩布的使用寿命可以更长。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示了本公开的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本公开而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了能够更透彻地理解本公开,并且能够将本公开的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。
参见图1至图2,图中示出了本发明实施例提供的一种高阻隔罩布。该高阻隔罩布包括依次设置的基布层1、连接层2、第一TPU层3、PVDC层4和第二TPU层5,第二TPU层5固定铺设于PVDC层4上,PVDC层4固定铺设于第一TPU层3上,第一TPU层3固定铺设于连接层2上,连接层2固定铺设于基布层1上。其中,TPU层代表热塑性聚氨酯层,PVDC层代表聚偏二氯乙烯层。
本实施例提供的高阻隔罩布,主要设置了基布层、连接层、第一TPU层、PVDC层和第二TPU层,其中,第二TPU层固定铺设于PVDC层上,PVDC层固定铺设于第一TPU层上,第一TPU层固定铺设于连接层上,连接层固定铺设于基布层上;通过上述罩布的改进后结构,利用两层TPU和一层PVDC的结合,形成对外界氧、湿气等因素的高阻隔效果,同时可以适应高频焊接,从而可以与车辆实现更为牢固的连接,并且可以实现更强的阻隔作用,由此使得罩布的使用寿命可以更长。
其中,上述基布层1具体可以为涤纶层或尼龙层;连接层2具体可以为粘接层。
参见图1,基布层1固定铺设于防远红外层6上,从而使得本罩布可以实现防红外功能。
参见图1,第一TPU层3、PVDC层4和第二TPU层5之间压制复合连接,可以实现更强的阻隔作用。而为了使得阻隔作用更强,还可以设置贯穿第一TPU层3和PVDC层4多个通孔(未示出),通孔的纵截面呈椭圆形,这样可以利用连接层中粘胶的反弹作用,使得第一TPU层3和PVDC层4内形成更强的密封作用,使得第一TPU层3和PVDC层4可以作为第二TPU层5的强密封层使用,从而可以更为有效地形成阻隔作用。
结合图1至图2,本实施例还提供了一种高阻隔罩布的制备方法,其包括以下制备步骤:
1)准备基布层1;
2)在基布层1上均匀涂覆连接材料,形成连接层2;
3)准备第一TPU层3、PVDC层4和第二TPU层5,并将第一TPU层3、PVDC层4和第二TPU层5进行压制复合,形成面层;
4)将面层通过连接层2连接至基布层1上。
其中,上述的连接材料具体可以为粘胶。
进一步地,还可以包括步骤5):在基布层1下连接防远红外层6,从而使得本罩布可以实现防红外功能。
本实施例提供的高阻隔罩布的制备方法的有益效果同于上述的高阻隔罩布,在此不再赘述。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (9)
1.一种高阻隔罩布,其特征在于,包括依次设置的基布层(1)、连接层(2)、第一TPU层(3)、PVDC层(4)和第二TPU层(5),所述第二TPU层(5)固定铺设于所述PVDC层(4)上,所述PVDC层(4)固定铺设于所述第一TPU层(3)上,所述第一TPU层(3)固定铺设于所述连接层(2)上,所述连接层(2)固定铺设于所述基布层(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔罩布,其特征在于,所述基布层(1)为涤纶层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔罩布,其特征在于,所述基布层(1)为尼龙层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔罩布,其特征在于,所述连接层(2)为粘接层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔罩布,其特征在于,所述基布层(1)固定铺设于防远红外层(6)上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔罩布,其特征在于,所述第一TPU层(3)、所述PVDC层(4)和所述第二TPU层(5)之间压制复合连接。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种高阻隔罩布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
1)准备基布层(1);
2)在所述基布层(1)上均匀涂覆连接材料,形成连接层(2);
3)准备第一TPU层(3)、PVDC层(4)和第二TPU层(5),并将所述第一TPU层(3)、所述PVDC层(4)和所述第二TPU层(5)进行压制复合,形成面层;
4)将所述面层通过所述连接层(2)连接至所述基布层(1)上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种高阻隔罩布的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤5),在所述基布层(1)下连接防远红外层(6)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种高阻隔罩布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述连接材料为粘胶。
