本发明涉及一种办公椅，包括椅座(1)和椅背(2)，椅座(1)为圆台状，椅座(1)顶面下凹形成球面凹槽；还包括瑜伽球(3)，瑜伽球(3)可放置在椅座(1)上并与球面凹槽贴合。本发明兼具运动和座椅功能，能够锻炼肩部、背部，且不伤腰部，适合长期坐着办公、学习的人群使用。

本发明涉及一种办公椅。
背景技术
瑜伽球是采用柔软的PVC材料制成的充气球，坐在瑜伽球上，使用者就会不由自主地挺直腰板、两肩向后张，这是身体为防止摔倒而做出的本能反应，也是一种正确坐姿。长期坐在电脑前办公，员工会感觉很疲劳，也容易导致肩背疼痛等身体不适，目前，为员工的健康着想，越来越多的公司采用瑜伽球替代办公椅。
但在实际应用中，申请人发现，坐在瑜伽球上虽然能让人们保持正确的坐姿，对肩部、背部能起到一定的锻炼作用，但坐的时间不宜过久，否则腰部用力过多会造成损伤，特别是在连续坐了2-3个小时后，腰椎特别难受；同时，有医生指出，长期使用瑜伽球替代座椅确实会造成腰椎突出的结果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种兼具运动和座椅功能的办公椅。
本发明的技术方案是：办公椅，包括椅座和椅背，椅座为圆台状，椅座顶面下凹形成球面凹槽；还包括瑜伽球，瑜伽球可放置在椅座上并与球面凹槽贴合。
其中，椅背上设置有把手。
其中，椅座的高度为20-30cm，瑜伽球的直径为40-50cm。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明椅座为圆台状，椅座顶面下凹形成球面凹槽；还包括瑜伽球，瑜伽球可放置在椅座上并与球面凹槽贴合，用瑜伽球替代了传统座椅的椅面，能够让人们保持正确的坐姿；设置有椅背，当人们坐久了可靠在椅背上休息，与单纯采用瑜伽球替代座椅相比，不会造成腰部长期使力而损伤的情况；瑜伽球可取下，单独用作锻炼器材使用，此时椅座还能当作矮凳使用；本发明能够锻炼肩部、背部，且不伤腰部，适合长期坐着办公、学习的人群使用。

如图1至图2所示，本发明办公椅，包括椅座1和椅背2，椅座1为圆台状，椅座1顶面下凹形成球面凹槽；还包括瑜伽球3，瑜伽球3可放置在椅座1上并与球面凹槽贴合。
优选的，椅背2上设置有把手。
优选的，椅座1的高度为20-30cm，瑜伽球3的直径为40-50cm。
