Abstract

本发明公开了一种金属密封固定球阀的内置式分体先导阀的泄压结构,由阀杆、钢珠I、先导阀芯、先导阀体、钢珠II、钢珠座、弹簧、先导阀盖组成,钢珠I、先导阀芯、钢珠II、和钢珠座从外至内依次安置于先导阀体内,钢珠II安装于钢珠座的球形槽内,该组合通过安置在钢珠座另一侧的先导阀盖进行限位,先导阀盖内设置有弹簧孔,先导阀体中部开有孔直通先导阀体。本发明密封性能可靠,泄压速度快,可以大大降低固定式球阀的扭矩,延长球阀的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种泄压结构。
背景技术
目前现有固定式球阀启闭时扭矩偏大,影响操作,导致所需的驱动装置承载力大,增加了成本。若采用内置泄压装置,可以降低阀门部分扭矩,但因为内置先导阀,各种零部件的不可靠性增加,先导阀密封能力差,一旦失效,有可能会导致阀门出现内漏情况,危害更大。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的问题是固定式球阀启闭时扭矩偏大,影响操作,导致所需的驱动装置承载力大,增加了成本,而内置泄压装置,可以降低阀门部分扭矩,但因为内置先导阀,各种零部件的不可靠性增加,先导阀密封能力差,一旦失效,有可能会导致阀门出现内漏情况,危害更大
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种金属密封固定球阀的内置式分体先导阀的泄压结构,其特征在于:包括阀杆、钢珠I、先导阀芯、先导阀体、钢珠II、钢珠座、弹簧、先导阀盖,钢珠I、先导阀芯、钢珠II、和钢珠座从外至内依次安置于先导阀体内,钢珠II安装于钢珠座的球形槽内,在钢珠座另一侧设置先导阀盖,先导阀盖内设置有弹簧孔,先导阀体上开有孔直通先导阀体,先导阀盖上设有与先导阀体的孔相通的通孔;先导阀体中部设有与阀腔内部相通的开孔;球阀关闭时,介质直通弹簧孔,同时介质力也提供给钢珠座,增大先导阀的密封能力;当球阀开启时,钢珠Ⅰ在阀杆的带动下推离阀杆凹槽,同时顶开先导阀芯,先导阀体顶开钢珠Ⅱ,先导阀开启,介质压力通过先导阀体中部开孔直通阀腔内部,完成泄压。
先导阀内部采用先导阀芯、钢球Ⅱ、钢球座的三段式结构,并没有将其整合在一起,这样结构避免了在加工时出现的误差累积而导致密封性能不可靠。同时钢球在钢球孔内有一定微量间隙,球面可以更好的自定心于密封面上。此结构密封性能可靠,泄压速度快,可以大大降低固定式球阀的扭矩,延长球阀的使用寿命。
通过技术改进后,先导阀密封性能提高,泄压效果迅速,可大大降低固定式球阀的扭矩,增加了其可靠性,同时先导阀整套装置拆装方便,增大了其可维修性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种金属密封固定球阀的内置式分体先导阀的泄压结构,由阀杆、钢珠I、先导阀芯、先导阀体、钢珠II、钢珠座、弹簧、先导阀盖组成,钢珠I、先导阀芯、钢珠II、和钢珠座从外至内依次安置于先导阀体内,钢珠II安装于钢珠座的球形槽内,该组合通过安置在钢珠座另一侧的先导阀盖进行限位,先导阀盖内设置有弹簧孔,先导阀体上开有孔直通先导阀体,先导阀盖上设有与先导阀体的孔相通的通孔;球阀关闭时,介质直通弹簧孔,同时介质力也会提供给钢珠座,增大了先导阀的密封能力;当球阀开启时,钢珠Ⅰ在阀杆的带动下推离阀杆凹槽,同时顶开先导阀芯,先导阀体顶开钢珠Ⅱ,先导阀开启,介质压力通过先导阀体中部开孔直通阀腔内部,瞬间完成了泄压。

1.一种金属密封固定球阀的内置式分体先导阀的泄压结构,其特征在于:包括阀杆、钢珠I、先导阀芯、先导阀体、钢珠II、钢珠座、弹簧、先导阀盖,钢珠I、先导阀芯、钢珠II、和钢珠座从外至内依次安置于先导阀体内,钢珠II安装于钢珠座的球形槽内,在钢珠座另一侧设置先导阀盖,先导阀盖内设置有弹簧孔,先导阀体上开有孔直通先导阀体,先导阀盖上设有与先导阀体的孔相通的通孔;先导阀体中部设有与阀腔内部相通的开孔;球阀关闭时,介质直通弹簧孔,同时介质力也提供给钢珠座,增大先导阀的密封能力;当球阀开启时,钢珠Ⅰ在阀杆的带动下推离阀杆凹槽,同时顶开先导阀芯,先导阀体顶开钢珠Ⅱ,先导阀开启,介质压力通过先导阀体中部开孔直通阀腔内部,完成泄压。
