本发明涉及电缆领域,具体涉及一种高强度耐热电缆护套料。该种电缆外护套料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:交联聚乙烯树脂70‑90份、丁晴橡胶15‑25份、三元乙丙橡胶10‑30份、二叔丁基过氧化物5‑10份、稀土稳定剂2‑8份、三聚氰胺6‑12份、改性钾长石粉6‑9份、高岭土7‑15份、乙烯基磺酸钠5‑8份、活性剂3‑7份和抗氧剂2‑6份。本发明具有优良的耐热性能和耐腐蚀能力,强度高,耐磨和阻燃性能优异,同时在拉伸强度、断裂延伸率、老化后的断裂伸出保持率和冲击脆化温度方面也具有优异的性能,适于矿井电缆的使用环境,延长电缆的使用寿命。

本发明涉及电缆领域,具体涉及一种高强度耐热电缆护套料。
背景技术
随着我国矿井工作标准化作业的发展,由于矿用电缆大多在井下恶劣环境中使用,矿井下大多高温、易燃、腐蚀性强,我国的矿用电缆经过几年的高速发展已形成相当的规模,生产能力已大大超过今年的预测需求数值,同时电线电缆企业均面临亟待提高产品技术含量的问题,如何制备一种机械强度高,且耐高温、防潮、防老性能优异的矿用电缆成为目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述背景中提到的问题,本发明目的在于提供一种高强度耐热电缆护套料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高强度耐热电缆护套料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:交联聚乙烯树脂70-90份、丁晴橡胶15-25份、三元乙丙橡胶10-30份、二叔丁基过氧化物5-10份、稀土稳定剂2-8份、三聚氰胺6-12份、改性钾长石粉6-9份、高岭土7-15份、乙烯基磺酸钠5-8份、活性剂3-7份和抗氧剂2-6份。
进一步,上述高强度耐热电缆护套料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:交联聚乙烯树脂80-90份、丁晴橡胶22-25份、三元乙丙橡胶20-30份、二叔丁基过氧化物7-10份、稀土稳定剂6-8份、三聚氰胺9-12份、改性钾长石粉7-9份、高岭土10-15份、乙烯基磺酸钠7-8份、活性剂5-7份和抗氧剂4-6份。
进一步,上述高强度耐热电缆护套料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:交联聚乙烯树脂80份、丁晴橡胶25份、三元乙丙橡胶20份、二叔丁基过氧化物7份、稀土稳定剂6份、三聚氰胺9份、改性钾长石粉7份、高岭土10份、乙烯基磺酸钠7份、活性剂5份和抗氧剂4份。
本发明具有优良的耐热性能和耐腐蚀能力,强度高,耐磨和阻燃性能优异,同时在拉伸强度、断裂延伸率、老化后的断裂伸出保持率和冲击脆化温度方面也具有优异的性能,适于矿井电缆的使用环境,延长电缆的使用寿命。

一种高强度耐热电缆护套料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:交联聚乙烯树脂90份、丁晴橡胶25份、三元乙丙橡胶30份、二叔丁基过氧化物10份、稀土稳定剂8份、三聚氰胺12份、改性钾长石粉9份、高岭土15份、乙烯基磺酸钠8份、活性剂7份和抗氧剂6份。

一种高强度耐热电缆护套料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:交联聚乙烯树脂80份、丁晴橡胶25份、三元乙丙橡胶20份、二叔丁基过氧化物7份、稀土稳定剂6份、三聚氰胺9份、改性钾长石粉7份、高岭土10份、乙烯基磺酸钠7份、活性剂5份和抗氧剂4份。
