本发明公开了胶粘剂技术领域,具体领域为一种防火抗酸胶水,其原材料组成和相应的重量百分比为:硅酸钠30%~45%、硅微粉30%~45%、氢氧化钠8%~15%、硅酸盐0.5%~5%、其余为水,硅微粉一种无毒、无味、对环境无污染的无机非金属材料,其具备较好的耐温性能、耐酸碱腐蚀性能和导热系数高等优点,硅微粉与硅酸钠、氢氧化钠和硅酸盐水泥一同在水中搅拌,其填充与硅酸钠和硅酸盐水泥颗粒间的空隙中,四种材料与水共同作用生成胶体,有效提升硅酸钠和硅酸盐水泥防火性能和耐酸性能,本发明一种防火抗酸胶水,其制备过程较简单,且制备过程中无需特殊环境条件,有利于大规模生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶粘剂技术领域,具体领域为一种防火抗酸胶水。
背景技术
能将同种或两种以上同质或异质的制件或材料连接在一起,固化后具有足够强度的有机或无机,天然或合成的一类物质统称为胶粘剂,俗称胶水,近年来胶粘剂有了越来越广泛的应用,胶接技术也日趋发展成熟,胶接与焊接、机械连接并称为当代三大连接技术;在一些特殊环境中,需要胶水具有防火和抗酸功能,如建筑接缝和电缆贯穿孔的密封中,现有防火胶水具有防火功能,但不具备抗酸性,如遇酸性物质接触,则胶水粘着性将显著下降,被粘接物体脱离,易导致危险情况反生,且现有防火胶水制备过程较复杂,给大规模生产带来一定不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防火抗酸胶水,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防火抗酸胶水,其原材料组成和相应的重量百分比为:硅酸钠30%~45%、硅微粉30%~45%、氢氧化钠8%~15%、硅酸盐0.5%~5%、其余为水。
优选的,所述硅微粉粒径为0.1~0.3μm。
优选的,所述硅酸盐为硅酸盐水泥。
优选的,一种防火抗酸胶水,其制备方法为:
首先将水加入到反应容器中,然后将硅酸钠、硅微粉、氢氧化钠和硅酸盐按序依次加入到水中,在室温下进行搅拌,搅拌时间为30~60min,至反应物均匀分散与水中即可。
本发明的有益效果是:一种防火抗酸胶水,硅微粉一种无毒、无味、对环境无污染的无机非金属材料,其具备较好的耐温性能、耐酸碱腐蚀性能和导热系数高等优点,硅微粉与硅酸钠、氢氧化钠和硅酸盐水泥一同在水中搅拌,其填充与硅酸钠和硅酸盐水泥颗粒间的空隙中,四种材料与水共同作用生成胶体,有效提升硅酸钠和硅酸盐水泥防火性能和耐酸性能,本发明一种防火抗酸胶水,其制备过程较简单,且制备过程中无需特殊环境条件,有利于大规模生产。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
首先将31.5%水加入到反应容器中,然后将30%硅酸钠、30%硅微粉、8%氢氧化钠和0.5%硅酸盐按序依次加入到水中,在室温下进行搅拌,搅拌时间为30min,至反应物均匀分散与水中即可。
实施例2:
首先将28.5%水加入到反应容器中,然后将30%硅酸钠、35%硅微粉、10%氢氧化钠和1.5%硅酸盐按序依次加入到水中,在室温下进行搅拌,搅拌时间为37min,至反应物均匀分散与水中即可。
实施例3:
首先将19.5%水加入到反应容器中,然后将35%硅酸钠、35%硅微粉、10%氢氧化钠和0.5%硅酸盐按序依次加入到水中,在室温下进行搅拌,搅拌时间为45min,至反应物均匀分散与水中即可。
实施例4:
首先将18%水加入到反应容器中,然后将32%硅酸钠、38%硅微粉、10%氢氧化钠和2%硅酸盐按序依次加入到水中,在室温下进行搅拌,搅拌时间为52min,至反应物均匀分散与水中即可。
实施例5:
首先将10%水加入到反应容器中,然后将40%硅酸钠、41%硅微粉、8%氢氧化钠和1%硅酸盐按序依次加入到水中,在室温下进行搅拌,搅拌时间为60min,至反应物均匀分散与水中即可。
实施例1~5耐火和耐酸性能试验数据见下表:其中耐酸性能检测方法为使用浓度为10%的硫酸溶液滴加在定量样品上,滴加量为样品体积的10%,60min后,对样品的粘度防火性能和燃烧性能再次测试
由试验数据可知,本发明一种防火抗酸胶水具有较好防火性能同时耐酸性能佳。

1.一种防火抗酸胶水,其特征在于:其原材料组成和相应的重量百分比为:硅酸钠30%~45%、硅微粉30%~45%、氢氧化钠8%~15%、硅酸盐0.5%~5%、其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火抗酸胶水,其特征在于:所述硅微粉粒径为0.1~0.3μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火抗酸胶水,其特征在于:所述硅酸盐为硅酸盐水泥。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火抗酸胶水,其特征在于:其制备方法为:
首先将水加入到反应容器中,然后将硅酸钠、硅微粉、氢氧化钠和硅酸盐按序依次加入到水中,在室温下进行搅拌,搅拌时间为30~60min,至反应物均匀分散与水中即可。
