A user can put tree sections needing to be peeled into the peeling placing seat 6 of the device, then the motor 10 of the device can be started, the motor 10 can drive the peeling roller 5 to rotate through the motor driver 11, the transmission case 8 and the peeling roller driver 4, the peeling roller 5 can peel the tree sections through rotating, when the device is used or needs to be retracted, the user can pull the rotating handle 31006 rightwards to separate the rotating handle 31006 from the machine base main body 301, then the knob 31007 is rotated through the rotating handle 31006, the knob 31007 drives the sixth gear 31107 to rotate through the lifting control shaft 31001, the sixth gear 31107 can drive the second gear 30801 to lift through the fifth gear 31106, the second transmission 31105, the first transmission shaft 31104, the fourth gear 31103, the third gear 31102 and the second gear 31001, the second rack 30801 drives the peeling roller assembly seat 302 to lift through the second connecting top plate 30802, in order to maintain the lifting balance, the change gear 30803 can simultaneously drive the first rack 30702 to rotate through the first gear 30704, the first rack 30702 can drive the peeling roller assembly seat 302 to lift through the first connecting top plate 30701, meanwhile, when the change gear 30803 rotates, the second anti-reverse-blocking tooth 30804 coaxial with the change gear can rotate, and because of the tooth-shaped characteristic of the second anti-reverse-blocking tooth 30804, the second anti-reverse-blocking rod 30901 can be pushed to rotate anticlockwise, but can be blocked by the first anti-reverse-blocking head 314 when the change gear 30803 rotates clockwise, so that the coaxial change gear 30803 can only drive the peeling roller assembly seat 302 to lift, and can be blocked when the peeling roller assembly seat 302 descends, and the same, the first gear 30704 can only rotate clockwise because of the first anti-reverse-blocking tooth 30703, and can be blocked by the second anti-reverse-blocking head 316 when the peeling roller assembly seat 302 descends, the first gear 30704 can only drive the peeling roller assembly seat 302 to ascend and be clamped when the peeling roller assembly seat 302 descends, and when the peeling roller assembly seat 302 is required to descend, a user can push the reverse starting shaft 31505 upwards to enable the reverse starting shaft 31505 to be separated from the reverse knob 31504, enable the reverse knob 31504 to be separated from a locking state, enable the first anti-reverse chuck 314 to be loosened by pulling of the first pull rope 31508, enable the first spring 313 to pull the first anti-reverse chuck 314 to move rightwards, enable the second anti-reverse chuck 30901 to be separated from the lock joint, enable the change gear 30803 to rotate clockwise, and similarly, due to the loosening of the second pull rope 31511, enable the second spring 317 to pull the second anti-reverse chuck 316 to move leftwards, enable the first gear 30704 to rotate anticlockwise, and enable the peeling roller assembly seat 302 to descend.
Compared with the traditional processing base, the processing base 3 provided by the invention can lift the peeling roller through the mechanisms such as the gear, the reverse gear, the ejector rod, the spring, the pull rope and the like when the device is used, so that the lifting roller can better match with tree sections with different sizes for peeling, can be retracted for protection when not used, and is convenient to use.
The invention solves the problems that in the prior art, because the peeling roller is fixedly assembled, the peeling of tree sections with different sizes and weights can not be better performed, and because the peeling roller is exposed outside for a long time, the tree sections are easy to collide and damage, so that the tree sections are inconvenient.
