The invention discloses an automatic patch discharging method of a pressure sensor, which comprises the following steps: the indexing turntable is driven by the divider to rotate intermittently, and N working stations are arranged outside the indexing turntable; the periphery of the indexing turntable is provided with (2N-1) positioning tools for positioning the pressure sensors; in an initial state, the devices of the N working stations respectively correspond to odd-numbered positioning tools; in the rotation process of the indexing turntable, one of the odd-numbered positioning tool and the even-numbered positioning tool is used for machining the front side of the pressure sensor, the other is used for machining the back side of the pressure sensor, double-sided automatic surface mounting of the pressure sensor is achieved through the indexing turntable, the working efficiency is high, and the automation degree is high.

The indexing turntable is provided with 13 positioning tools in total, wherein the number of the positioning tools is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13, the number of the processing stations is 7, the processing stations comprise a conveying mechanism, a fixing adhesive coating device, a strain gauge pasting device, an elastic membrane pasting device, a covering membrane pasting device, an extruding device and a turning device which are sequentially arranged along the rotation direction of the indexing turntable, and the fixing adhesive coating device, the strain gauge pasting device, the elastic membrane pasting device, the covering membrane pasting device, the extruding device and the turning device respectively correspond to the positions of one positioning tool;
the conveying mechanism conveys the pressure sensor to a positioning tool;
the fixed glue coating device coats the pressure sensor with glue;

the covering film pasting device is used for pasting a covering film on the pressure sensor;

The conveying mechanism comprises a feeding conveying line, a finished product conveying line and a defective product conveying line which are arranged in parallel, and further comprises a truss robot stretching across the feeding conveying line, the finished product conveying line and the defective product conveying line, and the truss robot transmits the pressure sensor between the conveying line and the indexing turntable.
The fixed glue coating device is a glue coater.
The strain gauge pasting device, the elastic membrane pasting device and the covering membrane pasting device are all robots, and pasting is operated by the robots.

Manually taking and placing materials in the same working area through a conveying line, conveying the materials through a belt line mode by using a material conveying line, placing the materials on a turntable positioning tool (to-be-machined area) by using a truss robot, and respectively operating each station;
the equipment patch adopts a single-side pasting mode, after single-side pasting is completed, the upper surface and the lower surface of a part are overturned by an overturning station and are placed in a turntable tool again, another single-side pasting action is performed, after pasting is completed, a code is swept, and a material part is placed on a conveying line by a truss robot.
