一种拉簧式举臂器的使用方法,由框架、导向滑轮、并列滑轮、拉绳、手环、拉簧和踏板相连组成;框架制作成门字形,在框架上分别开设有两个上槽、角槽和下槽,在上述的槽内分别安装有滑轮,在滑轮上分别穿入一段拉绳,在两根拉绳的上端分别连接有手环,在拉绳的下端分别连接有拉簧,拉簧的接头踏板的挂钩挂接相连成一体,人踩在踏板上能够通过拉绳牵引双臂向上举起,双手在举起的过程中能够逐步向上合拢伸直,通过这样循序渐进的反复锻炼能够逐步扩大手臂向上举起的活动范围,最终消除活动的疼痛禁区而治愈肩周炎。

一种拉簧式举臂器的使用方法,属于健身器材领域。
背景技术
患有肩周炎的人越来越多,治疗的方法也各有千秋;但唯一能够使患肢恢复正常功能的有效方法,就是借助器械进行忍痛锻炼,通过不断的增加锻炼的活动幅度,才能最终收到康复的效果,且经济、无毒副作用。因此,为了健身,人们需要一种脚踩式举臂器,借此达到自我锻炼、自我理疗的效果。
发明内容
本申请的目的是要提供一种拉簧式举臂器的使用方法,使人们通过锻炼治好肩周炎;该举臂器由框架、导向滑轮、并列滑轮、拉绳、手环、拉簧和踏板相连组成;
框架制作成门字形,框架的底端和地面的基础垂直相连成一体;框架的高度大于人体举臂后的高度;框架采用圆的钢管焊接做成;在框架上分别开设有两个上槽、角槽和下槽,上槽、角槽、下槽为长方形的洞口;上槽、角槽、下槽分别分布在框架的横梁、拐角和竖梁上;两个上槽、角槽、下槽的位置相对称;开设好的上槽处在框架中线的两侧,两个上槽之间的距离大于人体头颅的宽度,而又小于肩膀的宽度;在框架的垂直拐角处开设有角槽,角槽开设在拐角处的内侧;下槽开设在支架的竖梁内侧;上槽、角槽、下槽都不是通槽(只在管壁的一侧开槽),以此遮挡雨水;在上槽、角槽、下槽内分别安装有导向滑轮、并列滑轮,上槽、角槽内安装的是导向滑轮,导向滑轮对拉绳有转向作用;下槽内安装的是并列滑轮,并列滑轮的轮缘相切;相切后的轮缘形成一个0型的洞孔,该洞孔供拉绳穿入使用;并列滑轮倾斜的安装在下槽内,并列滑轮对拉绳有导向定位的作用;上述每个滑轮的侧板(外壳)和框架分别固定相连成一体;
在相对应的上槽、角槽、下槽内的滑轮上分别穿入一段拉绳,拉绳有一部分处在框架的管道内;拉绳采用一段软轴做成;每根拉绳分别绕过上槽、角槽、下槽内的滑轮后从框架的管道内引出,在两根拉绳的上端分别连接有手环,手环做成圆或椭圆形;手环用钢管加工而成,手环和拉绳固定相连成一体;在两根拉绳的下端分别连接有一段拉簧;在每根拉簧的两端分别制作有圆环形的接头,拉簧的弹力能够承载人体的重量,拉簧的一端通过接头和拉绳打结相连成一体;在两根拉簧之间串接有一块踏板,踏板用一块椭圆形的钢板做成,在踏板的周边制作有向下的折边,以此提高踏板的受力强度;在踏板的两端折边上设置有挂钩,踏板通过挂钩和拉簧的接头挂接相连成一体;
使用方法是:使用时,人站在框架下,双手抓住手环后向外伸直双臂(开始只能够达到平伸的状况),一脚踩在踏板上用力使踏板下行(拉簧在此起到了缓冲的作用),下行的踏板通过拉绳牵引双臂向上举起,双手在举起的过程中能够逐步向上合拢伸直(此时,有吊起的感觉),通过这样循序渐进的反复锻炼,使踏板不断的下行、上升,能够逐步扩大手臂向上举起的活动范围,最终消除活动的疼痛禁区而治愈肩周炎。
本申请有益的技术效果是:不用吃药打针,通过自身的健身运动而治愈疾病。

框架1制作成门字形,框架1的底端和地面的基础垂直相连成一体;框架1的高度大于人体举臂后的高度;框架1采用圆的钢管焊接做成;在框架1上分别开设有两个上槽7、角槽8和下槽9,上槽7、角槽8、下槽9为长方形的洞口;上槽7、角槽8、下槽9分别分布在框架1的横梁、拐角和竖梁上;两个上槽7、角槽8、下槽9的位置相对称;开设好的上槽7处在框架1的中线两侧,两个上槽7之间的距离大于人体头颅的宽度,而又小于肩膀的宽度;在框架1的垂直拐角处开设有角槽8,角槽8开设在拐角处的内侧;下槽9开设在框架1的竖梁的内侧;上槽7、角槽8、下槽9都不是通槽(只在管壁的一侧开槽),以此遮挡雨水;在上槽7、角槽8、下槽9内分别安装有导向滑轮2、并列滑轮10;上槽7、角槽8内安装的是导向滑轮2,导向滑轮2对拉绳3有转向作用;下槽9内安装的是并列滑轮10,并列滑轮10的轮缘相切;相切后的轮缘形成一个0型的洞孔,该洞孔供拉绳3的穿入使用;并列滑轮10倾斜的安装在下槽9内,并列滑轮10对拉绳3有导向定位的作用;上述每个滑轮2的侧板(外壳)和框架1分别固定相连成一体;
在相对应的上槽7、角槽8、下槽9内的滑轮2上分别穿入一段拉绳3,拉绳3有一部分处在框架1的管道内;拉绳3采用一段软轴做成;每根拉绳3分别绕过上槽7、角槽8、下槽9内的滑轮2后从框架1的管道内引出,在两根拉绳2的上端分别连接有手环4,手环4做成圆或椭圆形;手环4用钢管加工而成,手环4和拉绳3固定相连成一体;在两根拉绳3的下端分别连接有一段拉簧5;在每根拉簧5的两端分别制作有圆环形的接头12,拉簧5的弹力能够承载人体的重量,拉簧5的一端通过接头12和拉绳3打结相连成一体;在两根拉簧5之间串接有一块踏板6,踏板6用一块椭圆形的钢板做成,在踏板6的周边制作有向下的折边,以此提高踏板6的受力强度;在踏板6的两端折边上设置有挂钩11,踏板6通过挂钩11和拉簧5的接头12挂接相连成一体;

框架(1)制作成门字形,框架(1)的底端和地面的基础垂直相连成一体;框架(1)的高度大于人体举臂后的高度;框架(1)采用圆的钢管焊接做成;在框架(1)上分别开设有两个上槽(7)、角槽(8)和下槽(9),上槽(7)、角槽(8)、下槽(9)为长方形的洞口;上槽(7)、角槽(8)、下槽(9)分别分布在框架(1)的横梁、拐角和竖梁上;两个上槽(7)、角槽(8)、下槽(9)的位置相对称;开设好的上槽(7)处在框架(1)的中线两侧,两个上槽(7)之间的距离大于人体头颅的宽度,而又小于肩膀的宽度;在框架(1)的垂直拐角处开设有角槽(8),角槽(8)开设在拐角处的内侧;下槽(9)开设在框架(1)的竖梁的内侧;上槽(7)、角槽(8)、下槽(9)都不是通槽,以此遮挡雨水;在上槽(7)、角槽(8)、下槽(9)内分别安装有导向滑轮(2)、并列滑轮(10),上槽(7)、角槽(8)内安装的是导向滑轮(2),导向滑轮(2)对拉绳(3)有转向作用;下槽(9)内安装的是并列滑轮(10),并列滑轮(10)的轮缘相切;相切后的轮缘形成一个0型的洞孔,该洞孔供拉绳(3)的穿入使用;并列滑轮(10)倾斜的安装在下槽(9)内,并列滑轮(10)对拉绳(3)有导向定位的作用;上述每个滑轮(2)的侧板和框架(1)分别固定相连成一体;
在相对应的上槽(7)、角槽(8)、下槽(9)内的滑轮(2)上分别穿入一段拉绳(3),拉绳(3)有一部分处在框架(1)的管道内;拉绳(3)采用一段软轴做成;每根拉绳(3)分别绕过上槽(7)、角槽(8)、下槽(9)内的滑轮(2)后从框架(1)的管道内引出,在两根拉绳2的上端分别连接有手环(4),手环(4)做成圆或椭圆形;手环(4)用钢管加工而成,手环(4)和拉绳(3)固定相连成一体;在两根拉绳(3)的下端分别连接有一段拉簧(5);在每根拉簧(5)的两端分别制作有圆环形的接头(12),拉簧(5)的弹力能够承载人体的重量,拉簧(5)的一端通过接头(12)和拉绳(3)打结相连成一体;在两根拉簧(5)之间串接有一块踏板(6),踏板(6)用一块椭圆形的钢板做成,在踏板(6)的周边制作有向下的折边,以此提高踏板(6)的受力强度;在踏板(6)的两端折边上设置有挂钩(11),踏板(6)通过挂钩(11)和拉簧(5)的接头(12)挂接相连成一体;
使用方法是:使用时,人站在框架(1)下,双手抓住手环(4)后向外伸直双臂,一脚踩在踏板(6)上慢慢用力使踏板(6)下行,下行的踏板(6)通过拉绳(3)牵引双臂向上举起,双手在举起的过程中能够逐步向上合拢伸直,通过这样循序渐进的反复锻炼,使踏板(6)不断的下行、上升,能够逐步扩大手臂向上举起的活动范围,最终消除活动的疼痛禁区而治愈肩周炎。
