Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic glomerulonephritis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Chronic glomerulonephritis, called chronic nephritis for short, is a group of diseases with long disease course caused by various primary glomerular diseases and clinically manifested by proteinuria, hematuria, edema, hypertension and the like. Chronic glomerulonephritis is difficult to treat, has poor prognosis, and can cause severe complications such as anemia, uremia and retinopathy along with the progress of the disease, and most chronic glomerulonephritis evolves into chronic renal failure.
Aiming at chronic glomerulonephritis, western medicine generally adopts symptomatic treatment at present, except that the intake of sodium and protein in diet is limited, and the blood pressure is reduced, the deterioration of the state of an illness is generally delayed by taking glucocorticoid and immunosuppressant, although a certain symptomatic treatment effect is obtained, adverse reactions such as peptic ulcer, osteoporosis, aseptic femoral head necrosis and the like caused by infection are often induced or even aggravated, and therefore, an ideal curative effect cannot be obtained.
The chronic glomerulonephritis generally belongs to the categories of edema, lumbago, hematuria, stranguria and the like in the traditional Chinese medicine, so different treatment methods such as spleen strengthening, kidney tonifying, heat clearing, dampness removing, blood circulation promoting, collateral dredging and the like exist for the chronic glomerulonephritis, and a certain curative effect is obtained, for example, according to reports of Baizheng theory and the like, the Ningshui decoction containing Chinese yam, astragalus, glossy privet fruit, pyrrosia lingua, cicada slough, fructus forsythiae and leech can remarkably improve the treatment of proteinuria, hematuria, renal function and the like of a patient with the chronic glomerulonephritis, and can effectively delay the pathological process of the chronic glomerulonephritis. The characteristics of slow progress, difficult treatment and poor prognosis of chronic glomerulonephritis proposed by scholars belong to the category of kidney-wind in traditional Chinese medicine, and the kidney-wind is generated by the invasion of pathogenic wind into the human body, the invasion of the pathogenic wind along the channels and the injury of the kidney. Wind pathogen has the characteristics of being capable of rising, dispersing, ascending and outward, generally easily invades yang positions of throat, waist and back and the like, when the wind pathogen is in the kidney, the kidney can not store essence, essence and qi are excreted to form proteinuria, the wind pathogen penetrates through kidney membrane and blood collaterals to cause membrane collaterals to be damaged, blood can be excreted to form hematuria, the wind is the long of all diseases, cold, heat, dampness, toxin and the like can adhere to the wind pathogen to invade the human body, so that the kidney is damaged, the early stage shows wind cold, wind-dampness, wind-heat, damp-heat and the like, and the later stage shows damp turbidity, blood stasis and the like. Because the cause of kidney-wind is wind, wind-herbs such as Ma Huang, Fang Feng, Han Fang Ji, Chan tui, Lemna minor, Qing Feng Teng and Tripterygium wilfordii are used for kidney-wind. Because wind evil is always accompanied by a disease, clinically, except for dispelling wind in the treatment process, according to different clinical symptoms, treatment methods of dispelling wind, relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling wind, promoting diuresis, dispelling wind, activating blood circulation, dispelling wind, clearing heat, dispelling wind, tonifying kidney, dispelling wind, calming liver and the like exist, and favorable treatment effects are obtained, for example, in the report of Wanggang and the like, the effective rate of treating chronic glomerulonephritis by adding the wind-dispelling and kidney-tonifying radix angelicae pubescentis and Chinese taxillus herb decoction containing radix angelicae pubescentis, loranthus parasiticus, radix sileris, radix achyranthis bidentatae, ligusticum wallichii, radix paeoniae rubra, radix rehmanniae, radix astragali, periostracum cicadae, earthworm, scorpion, caulis sinomenii acutissimae and stiff silkworm is 90.41%, and the traditional Chinese medicine is shown to.
Although wind and its complicated cold, heat, dampness, toxicity, etc. aggravate the clinical symptoms of kidney wind, the treatment methods of inducing diuresis, clearing heat, relieving exterior syndrome, etc. are adopted to effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of edema, hypertension, etc. while dispelling wind, the chronic glomerulonephritis is also characterized by kidney deficiency and affecting spleen and lung, and the symptoms of the invasion and injury of kidney by various pathogens of wind, cold, heat, dampness, toxicity, etc. are sufficient kidney qi, so that the water metabolism is normal, and the essence is kept in balance, and the symptoms of edema, proteinuria, hematuria, etc. can not appear. Therefore, the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis mainly aims at tonifying kidney and spleen, and is assisted with dispelling wind, promoting diuresis and relieving exterior syndrome, so that both symptoms and root causes can be realized.
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic glomerulonephritis and a preparation method thereof.

TABLE 1 influence of Chinese medicinal composition on Adriamycin induced chronic nephritis rat urine protein
Comparison with model groups: p <0.05, P < 0.01.
Table 1 the experimental results show that the 24-hour urine protein capacity of the model group rats is significantly increased for the normal group and gradually increased as the experiment progresses, indicating that chronic nephritis of the model group rats is progressively increased as the experiment progresses. Although the 24-hour urine protein amounts of the rats in the example 1 group and the comparative examples 1 to 3 were approximately equivalent to those in the model group on the first day of administration, the 24-hour urine protein amounts of the rats in the example 1 group on the 7 th day of administration were significantly decreased relative to those in the model group, and the 24-hour urine protein amounts of the rats in the example 1 group were approximately equivalent to those in the normal group on the 21 st day of administration, which demonstrates that the Chinese medicinal composition in example 1 of the present application has an excellent chronic nephritis treatment effect and can rapidly correct the proteinuria of the rats with chronic nephritis.
The 24-hour urine protein amount of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the group of the comparative example 1 on the 7 th day of administration is reduced to a certain extent relative to the 24-hour urine protein amount on the first day of administration, so that the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the group of the comparative example 1 also has a certain effect of reducing the urine protein amount of rats with chronic nephritis, but the 24-hour urine protein amount of the rats in the group of the comparative example 1 shows a gradual increase trend along with the experimental dosage form, which indicates that the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the group of the comparative example 1 can only delay the deterioration of the chronic nephritis.
Comparative example 2 the traditional Chinese medicine composition of the group of the traditional Chinese medicine composition of the present application example 1 only replaced prepared rehmannia root with epimedium herb, and tortoise-plastron glue for nourishing yin and tonifying kidney was removed. The 24-hour urine protein amount of the rats in the comparative example 2 is reduced to a certain extent on the 7 th day, the 14 th day and the 21 st day compared with that of the model group, but the reduction amplitude is obviously reduced, and the 24-hour urine protein amount of the rats with chronic nephritis still gradually increases along with the experiment, which shows that the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the comparative example 2 can only play a role in delaying the deterioration of the chronic nephritis of the rats after the prepared rehmannia roots are replaced by the epimedium herb and the tortoise-plastron glue for nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney is removed.
Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the group of the embodiment 1, the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the group of the comparative example 3 reduces the dosage of kidney-tonifying medicines, the 24-hour urine protein amount of a chronic nephritis rat on the 7 th day of administration of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the group of the comparative example 3 is approximately equivalent to that of a model group, the 24 th day of administration of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the group of the comparative example 3 is reduced to a certain extent relative to that of the model group, and the 24 th day of administration of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the group of the comparative example 3 is obviously reduced relative to that of the model group, so that the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the group of the comparative example 3 also has the effect of treating the.
