In the actual operation process, the egg white separator is assembled firstly, then a plurality of eggs are crushed and then are uniformly placed in the egg white loading tray 4, egg yolk which is not separated by egg white is manually shifted along the direction of the second separating part 12 towards the egg yolk loading tray 4, and then falls into the egg yolk loading tray 4 through the first separating part 11. In the process, egg white of the egg which is not separated by egg white can flow out from the liquid leakage holes into the egg white loading tray 4 and the leakage-proof tray 2 after the egg is rubbed with the surface of the separating plate, so that egg white separation is realized.
In addition, the second separating portion 12 of the present application further has an extension portion 121 extending toward the bottom plane of the egg white loading tray 4, which can effectively assist the rapid shifting of eggs, which are not separated by egg white, along the second separating portion 12 toward the first separating portion 11.
