Abstract

本发明公开了一种促进香稻籽粒锌铁富集的调控剂及其施用方法。所述的调控剂包括如下组分:γ‑氨基丁酸、柠檬酸、七水合硫酸锌、七水合硫酸亚铁、九二0、磷酸二氢钾和多效唑。本发明的调控剂能显著提高香稻籽粒中锌离子、铁离子含量,并能显著提高香稻稻米产量;且该调控剂的配制成分无毒害,对人体刺激性小,施用方法简单,易于推广应用。

一种促进香稻籽粒锌铁富集的调控剂及其施用方法
技术领域
本发明属于香稻栽培领域,特别涉及一种促进香稻籽粒锌铁富集的调控剂及其施用方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们越发注重他们食用的稻米品质,而香气品质和营养品质是香稻稻米品质的重中之重,香稻的香气是他在稻米市场中具备强大竞争力的主要原因,其次香稻的高经济价值加剧了水稻生产者对种植优质的香稻品种及应用新型增香栽技术的强烈需求。但由于香稻品种选育受到时间和空间的限制,无法使审定的品种适时大范围推广种植,并且种植的香稻品种籽粒中的锌、铁等元素积累量受到种植区域土壤元素分布的影响,因而无法提供富含锌、铁等元素的优质米,保障人们日常对锌、铁等元素的摄入量的需求。因此,创制一种提高香稻籽粒中锌离子、铁离子含量和稻米单位产量的调控剂并配套施用方法,可以适应多地区大范围推广应用,既能够有效缓解稻米市场对香稻的供需压力,也可以保障香稻稻米的高营养价值。
发明内容
本发明的首要目的在于克服现有技术的缺点与不足,提供一种促进香稻籽粒锌铁富集的调控剂。
本发明的另一目的在于提供所述促进香稻籽粒锌铁富集的调控剂的施用方法。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种促进香稻籽粒锌铁富集的调控剂,包括如下组分:γ-氨基丁酸、柠檬酸、七水合硫酸锌、七水合硫酸亚铁、九二0、磷酸二氢钾和多效唑。
所述的促进香稻籽粒锌铁富集的调控剂优选为由以下按重量百分比计的组分组成:γ-氨基丁酸3.54%、柠檬酸8.50%、七水合硫酸锌11.33%、七水合硫酸亚铁18.41%、九二0 0.42%、磷酸二氢钾56.67%和多效唑1.13%。
所述的促进香稻籽粒锌铁富集的调控剂更优选为由γ-氨基丁酸、柠檬酸、七水合硫酸锌、七水合硫酸亚铁、九二0、磷酸二氢钾和多效唑配置而成的液态水剂。
所述的液态水剂中各组分的浓度为:γ-氨基丁酸250mg/L,柠檬酸600mg/L,七水合硫酸锌800mg/L,七水合硫酸亚铁1300mg/L,九二0 30mg/L,磷酸二氢钾4g/L和多效唑80mg/L。
所述的促进香稻籽粒锌铁富集的调控剂的施用方法,为以叶面肥的形式施用,每亩香稻用所述的促进香稻籽粒锌铁富集的调控剂353g兑水50kg,于香稻破口期喷施一次,喷施于水稻叶片上到叶片有水珠聚集而不滴落。
本发明相对于现有技术具有如下的优点及效果:
1、本发明调控剂是γ-氨基丁酸、柠檬酸、七水合硫酸锌、七水合硫酸亚铁、九二0、磷酸二氢钾和多效唑配置而成。选用玉香油占、巴斯马蒂、云粳优14为供试香稻品种,其它栽培技术与正常栽培相同,经试验发现,调控剂能显著提高香稻籽粒中锌离子、铁离子含量,并能显著提高香稻稻米产量。
2、本发明的调控剂配制成分无毒害,对人体刺激性小,施用方法简单,易于推广应用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
本发明涉及的调控剂为将下列组分按重量百分比配比混合:γ-氨基丁酸3.54%、柠檬酸8.50%、七水合硫酸锌11.33%、七水合硫酸亚铁18.41%、九二0 0.42%、磷酸二氢钾56.67%和多效唑1.13%。以每袋353g的小包装进行包装,在使用时,每亩用353g调控剂加水50kg在香稻破口期喷施一次。
实施例2
本发明供试材料为玉香油占、巴斯马蒂和云粳优14。以喷施促进香稻籽粒锌铁富集的调控剂为处理,以喷超纯水为对照(CK),其试验结果见表1。结果表明:用本发明促进香稻籽粒锌铁富集的调控剂能显著提高香稻籽粒中锌离子、铁离子的平均含量,并能显著提高香稻稻米产量。

上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种促进香稻籽粒锌铁富集的调控剂,其特征在于,所述的调控剂包括如下组分:γ-氨基丁酸、柠檬酸、七水合硫酸锌、七水合硫酸亚铁、九二0、磷酸二氢钾和多效唑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的促进香稻籽粒锌铁富集的调控剂,其特征在于,所述的调控剂由以下按重量百分比计的组分组成:γ-氨基丁酸3.54%、柠檬酸8.50%、七水合硫酸锌11.33%、七水合硫酸亚铁18.41%、九二0 0.42%、磷酸二氢钾56.67%和多效唑1.13%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的促进香稻籽粒锌铁富集的调控剂,其特征在于:所述的调控剂为由γ-氨基丁酸、柠檬酸、七水合硫酸锌、七水合硫酸亚铁、九二0、磷酸二氢钾和多效唑配置而成的液态水剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的促进香稻籽粒锌铁富集的调控剂,其特征在于,所述的液态水剂中各组分的浓度为:γ-氨基丁酸250mg/L,柠檬酸600mg/L,七水合硫酸锌800mg/L,七水合硫酸亚铁1300mg/L,九二0 30mg/L,磷酸二氢钾4g/L和多效唑80mg/L。
5.权利要求2所述的促进香稻籽粒锌铁富集的调控剂的施用方法,其特征在于:每亩用权利要求2所述的调控剂353g加水50kg,在香稻破口期喷施一次。
