背景技术
洋葱含有前列腺素A,能降低外周血管阻力,降低血黏度,可用于降低血压、提神醒脑、缓解压力、预防感冒。此外,洋葱还能清除体内氧自由基,增强新陈代谢能力,抗衰老,预防骨质疏松,是适合中老年人的保健食物。而黄皮洋葱是经提纯复壮的一种洋葱优良品种,其鳞茎扁圆形或圆球至高桩形,外皮铜黄色至淡黄色,肉质微黄色。肉质致密细嫩,味甜而辛辣,品质好、产量高、耐贮藏,适宜华北、西北、东北等地栽培,传统黄皮洋葱种子的催芽方法种子发芽率低,催芽时间长,田间发病率高,洋葱品质不高。所以,目前急需要一种能够提高发芽率,缩短催芽时间,减少发病率,提升洋葱品质的催芽方法。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种黄皮洋葱种子的催芽方法,具有发芽率高,催芽时间短,田间发病率低,品质高的优点。

为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种黄皮洋葱种子的催芽方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)经过晒种、选种的黄皮洋葱种子置于45-55℃的温水中搅拌30-40min,然后置于清水中浸泡,直到吸水量达到种子本身重量的40-50%时捞出,再投入到浸种液中进行超声振荡浸种,超声振荡浸种时间为40-60min,超声振荡的功率为200-400W,所述浸种液由以下重量百分含量的成分组成:赤霉素0.02-0.05%、ABT-生根粉0.03-012%、三十烷醇20-30ppm、磷酸钾0.1-0.8%、硫酸锌0.5-2.5%、海藻素0.8-2.5%、芸苔素1.5-3.5%、萘乙酸50-80ppm、嘧菌酯5-10ppm、余量为水,捞出清水洗净;
(2)将黄皮洋葱种子用纱布包好,放入冰箱中于1-5℃冷藏10-15h后取出,再迅速放入30-45℃的温水中浸泡4-8h,捞出,再次冷藏,如此反复三次后,捞出将种子阴干,在容器内加入高吸水树脂和水,待高吸水树脂将水完全吸收后,将种子放在高吸水树脂上,在种子上覆盖一层稻草,将容器放入电磁场中等待发芽,3-4d后即可出芽。

本发明提供了一种黄皮洋葱种子的催芽方法,具有以下有益效果:
复配的浸种液可以打破种子休眠,刺激种子萌发,高效催芽,而且超声振荡浸种可以使种子表皮以及种子细胞壁的空隙增大,促进对浸种液的吸收,提高浸种效果;置于电磁场可以增强种子的酶活性,作物种子的萌发和生长,是一系列酶促反应的表现和过程,而这种酶促反应的快慢又直接取决于反应时酶活性的大小。因此,电磁场促进种子萌发的重要方面就是体现于电磁场增强多种含有Mn,Cu,Zn,Fe等重要金属的酶的活性,加速种子内贮藏的淀粉、脂肪和蛋白质的转化,而且电磁场还可以加快了种子的吸水过程,促进了凝胶状的原生质转变溶胶状态,缩短了种子的发芽时间,利用本发明催芽的黄皮洋葱种子具有发芽率高,催芽时间短,田间发病率低,品质高的优点。

(2)将黄皮洋葱种子用纱布包好,放入冰箱中于4℃冷藏12h后取出,再迅速放入35℃的温水中浸泡6h,捞出,再次冷藏,如此反复三次后,捞出将种子13℃阴干,在容器内加入高吸水树脂和水,高吸水树脂和水的质量比为1:15,待高吸水树脂将水完全吸收后,将种子放在高吸水树脂上,在种子上覆盖一层稻草,将容器放入电磁场中等待发芽,发芽温度为30℃,磁场强度为60A/m,3-4d后即可出芽。
实施例2:
一种黄皮洋葱种子的催芽方法,包括以下步骤:
