the method comprises the steps that a supervision terminal module regularly scans shared vehicles in an area, determines that the shared vehicles are in a suspicion of parking violation according to the time length or frequency of the shared vehicles staying in the same no-parking area if the time length or frequency exceeds a preset value, performs the photographing of the parking violation through a camera carried by the supervision terminal module, records current no-parking position information, identification codes of the no-parking suspicion shared vehicles and quantity information of the no-parking suspicion shared vehicles, summarizes the monitored information of the no-parking suspicion shared vehicles, eliminates repeated information and submits the repeated information to a supervision platform module;
the monitoring platform module receives the suspicious shared-vehicle information of the illegal parking sent by the monitoring terminal module in real time, and by combining with the fact that whether the shared-vehicle is currently in a locked-vehicle or unused state or not is known from an open interface of a shared-vehicle operator, if the fact that the shared-vehicle is illegal to park is confirmed, a to-be-processed database of the illegal-parking single vehicle is inquired:
if the record of the illegal parking shared bicycle exists, initializing the aging time of the illegal parking shared bicycle in a to-be-processed database of the illegal parking single bicycle;
if the shared unlawful parking single vehicle record does not exist, taking the current system time as the unlawful parking starting time, initializing the aging time, calculating the corresponding unlawful parking area code according to the current position of the supervision terminal, acquiring the unlawful parking grade of the area, combining the unlawful parking grade of the unlawful parking area, obtaining the area unlawful parking processing time and setting an unlawful parking processing timer; setting a mark of a contact shared bicycle operator, acquiring a code of the shared bicycle operator through the illegal parking shared bicycle identification code, and inserting the record of the illegal parking shared bicycle into a database to be processed of the illegal parking bicycle;
regularly inquiring a to-be-processed database of the unlawn single car, summarizing the unlawn shared single car information according to the mark of the contact shared single car operator, informing the affiliated shared single car operator of processing in specified time, traversing the to-be-processed database of the unlawn single car, and updating the aging time and the unlawn processing time;
when the aging time reaches a preset value, the illegal parking single vehicle is processed, the current system time is taken as the illegal parking ending time, and the illegal parking record is moved into a processed database of the illegal parking single vehicle;
when the illegal parking processing time reaches a preset value before the aging time, the illegal parking single vehicle is not processed in the specified time, warning information is sent to a sharing single vehicle operator to which the sharing single vehicle belongs, and city management personnel are notified;
when the aging time and the illegal parking processing time do not reach preset values, whether the shared bicycle is in a locked state or an unused state currently is obtained from an open interface of a shared bicycle operator, and whether the shared bicycle is illegal parking is continuously judged: if not, deleting the record from the illegal parking single vehicle to-be-processed database, and if so, not operating;
and judging whether the traversal is finished, if not, continuously traversing the illegal parking single vehicle to-be-processed database, and if the traversal is finished, waiting for the next time of timing query, and repeating the operation.

The supervision method based on the pile-less shared bicycle according to claim 1, wherein the supervision terminal module periodically scans the shared bicycle in the area, and comprises: the omnidirectional scanning supervision terminal regularly and omnidirectionally scans whether the shared bicycle in the dense population area is in a suspicious parking state or not, the directional scanning supervision terminal regularly scans whether the shared bicycle in the special road is in a suspicious parking state or not, and the mobile supervision terminal regularly scans and monitors whether the shared bicycle in the suspicious parking state is in a suspicious parking state or not when the urban management personnel patrol.
