Abstract

本发明公开了一种嘴棒成型纸,包括原纸层,所述原纸层的上表面或下表面形成有降焦功能层,其中,所述降焦功能层为包含升华温度为30℃‑120℃的升华材料的升华材料层。所述嘴棒成型纸的制造步骤包括:将升华材料与溶剂混合形成固含量为20%‑70%的升华材料混合液,然后通过涂布该升华材料混合液的方式在原纸层的上表面或下表面形成降焦功能层。本发明的嘴棒成型纸,通过降焦功能层的设置,可使得卷烟在燃烧时产生的热量在通过嘴棒时能迅速激发降焦功能层中的升华材料,使烟气降温,从而达到降低卷烟焦油含量的效果。

一种嘴棒成型纸及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸品及其制备方法,具体涉及一种用于卷烟包装的、能降低卷烟焦油含量的嘴棒成型纸及其制造方法,属于造纸技术领域。
背景技术
在降低卷烟焦油含量的同时且不改变卷烟的烟气量,一直以来都是卷烟行业所追求的目标。嘴棒成型纸作为烟用嘴棒成型的配套材料,其作用是起到烟用嘴棒的成型作用。近年来,如何在不影响成型纸本身的性能,如透气性等的前提下同时又使得成型纸具有有效的“降焦减害”的功能一直是卷烟行业的研究热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能降低卷烟焦油含量的嘴棒成型纸。此外,本发明的另一目的在于提供一种所述嘴棒成型纸的制造方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种嘴棒成型纸,包括原纸层,所述原纸层的上表面或下表面形成有降焦功能层,其中,所述降焦功能层为包含升华温度为30℃-120℃的升华材料的升华材料层。
进一步地:所述原纸层与降焦功能层之间形成有储存功能层。
进一步地:所述储存功能层为陶制材料粉末或高分子聚合物粉末层,其中,所述陶制材料粉末或高分子聚合物粉末的粉末粒径为1微米-100微米,比表面积为30g-2000g/㎡,并且,所述陶制材料粉末或高分子聚合物粉末的表面具有微孔,且所述微孔的孔径小于1nm。
再进一步地:所述降焦功能层的外表面形成有阻隔功能层。
更进一步地:所述原纸层的上表面或下表面从内至外依次层叠形成有储存功能层、降焦功能层以及阻隔功能层。
进一步地:所述升华材料为香紫苏醇。
本发明的另一目的,一种如上所述嘴棒成型纸的制造方法,其制造步骤包括:将升华材料与溶剂混合形成固含量为20%-70%的升华材料混合液,然后通过涂布该升华材料混合液的方式在原纸层的上表面或下表面形成降焦功能层。
进一步地:所述制造步骤还包括:在形成降焦功能层之前,通过涂布的方式在原纸层的上表面或下表面形成储存功能层;其中,所述储存功能层为陶制材料粉末或高分子聚合物粉末层,其中,所述陶制材料粉末或高分子聚合物粉末的粉末粒径为1微米-100微米,比表面积为30g-2000g/㎡,并且,所述陶制材料粉末或高分子聚合物粉末的表面具有微孔,且所述微孔的孔径小于1nm。
进一步地:所述制造步骤还包括:通过真空镀铝的方式在所述降焦功能层的外表面形成铝膜厚度为

的阻隔功能层;或者,利用固化材料,通过固化的方式在所述降焦功能层的外表面形成阻隔功能层。

本发明的有益效果在于,本发明的嘴棒成型纸,通过降焦功能层的设置,可使得卷烟在燃烧时产生的热量在通过嘴棒时能迅速激发降焦功能层中的升华材料,使烟气降温,从而达到降低卷烟焦油含量的效果。而通过储存功能层的设置则可达到辅助卷烟产品的水分平衡的作用,以保持卷烟产品的品质。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步说明。若无特别说明,本发明中所采用的各原材料均可通过市场购买得到。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种具有降低卷烟焦油含量功能的嘴棒成型纸,其具有如图1所示的结构,包括原纸层1,其中,所述原纸层1的上表面或下表面设置有降焦功能层2。
在本发明中,所示原纸层1可采用水松纸原纸层。所述降焦功能层2为升华材料层,具体地,所述升华材料的升华温度为30℃-120℃,进一步地,在本发明中,所述升华材料为香紫苏醇。所述降焦功能层2可通过凹版涂布印刷、凹版吻涂、逆向涂布以及钢丝刮刀涂布等涂布方式形成。具体地,所述涂布的步骤包括:将所述升华材料与一定量的溶剂混合形成固含量为20%-70%的升华材料混合液,然后利用版深为20微米-70微米的凹印版将该升华材料混合液进行涂布而成,其中,所述溶剂优选体积浓度≥95%的乙醇或是去离子水,并且涂布过程中,纸张表面温度控制在50℃以内,且涂布完成后的固化温度为50℃-130℃,所述降焦功能层2的干涂量为0.1g/㎡-5g/㎡。
根据本发明的另一实施方式,所述嘴棒成型纸还可包括设置于所述原纸层1与降焦功能层2之间的储存功能层3,即,如图2所示,所述嘴棒成型纸包括原纸层1,所述原纸层1的上表面或下表面从内至外依次层叠设置有储存功能层4和降焦功能层2。
具体地,所述储存功能层3为陶制材料粉末或高分子聚合物粉末层,其中,所述陶制材料粉末或高分子聚合物粉末的粉末粒径为1微米-100微米,比表面积为30g-2000g/㎡,并且,所述陶制材料粉末或高分子聚合物粉末的表面具有微孔,且所述微孔的孔径小于1nm。在本发明中,所述陶制材料粉末或高分子聚合物粉末也可通过凹版涂布印刷、凹版吻涂、逆向涂布以及钢丝刮刀涂布等涂布方式形成,其中,涂布过程中所采用的凹版凹坑深度为30微米-80微米,其固化温度为80-120℃。此外,所述储存功能层3的干涂量为1g/㎡-5g/㎡。
根据本发明的又一优选实施方式,如图3所示,所述嘴棒成型纸还可包括设置于所述降焦功能层2外表面的阻隔功能层4,即,所述嘴棒成型纸包括原纸层1,所述原纸层1的上表面或下表面从内至外依次层叠设置有降焦功能层2以及阻隔功能层4。
具体地,所述阻隔功能层4可以是铝膜厚度为

的真空镀铝层,其通过真空镀铝的方式形成于所述降焦功能层2的外表面,以对降焦功能层2起到保护和阻隔的作用。或者,所述阻隔功能层4也可以是固化材料层,所述固化材料的固化温度为80℃-150℃,其可通过热固化、风固化、自然固化等固化方式形成于所述降焦功能层4的外表面。
此外,根据本发明的再一优选实施方式,如图4所示,所述嘴棒成型纸可包括原纸层1,所述原纸层1的上表面或下表面从内至外依次层叠设置有储存功能层3、降焦功能层2以及阻隔功能层4。
实施例1
一种嘴棒成型纸,其具有如图1所示的结构,包括水松纸原纸层1以及层叠设置于所述水松纸原纸层1的上表面或下表面的降焦功能层2;其中,所述嘴棒成型纸的制造步骤包括:将香紫苏醇与一定量的95%乙醇混合配制成固含量为20%的香紫苏醇混合液,然后通过凹版吻涂的方式将该香紫苏醇混合液以0.5g/㎡的干涂量涂布于水松纸原纸层1的上表面或下表面形成降焦功能层2;其中,所述凹版吻涂的凹印版深度为20微米,并且,涂布过程中,水松纸原纸层1的表面温度控制在50℃以内,涂布完成后的固化温度为120℃。
实施例2
一种嘴棒成型纸,其具有如图2所示的结构,包括水松纸原纸层1,所述水松纸原纸层1的上表面或下表面从内至外依次层叠形成有储存功能层3以及降焦功能层2。其中,所述嘴棒成型纸的制造步骤包括:
1)通过凹版涂布印刷的方式将粒径为5微米、比表面积为40g/㎡、表面微孔孔径小于1nm的陶制材料粉末印刷至水松纸原纸层1的上表面或下表面形成储存功能层3,其中,所述凹版涂布印刷过程中所采用的凹版凹坑深度为30微米,固化温度为80℃,干涂量为1g/㎡;
2)将香紫苏醇与一定量的去离子水混合配制成固含量为40%的香紫苏醇混合液,然后通过逆向涂布的方式将该香紫苏醇混合液以2g/㎡的干涂量涂布于储存功能层3的外表面形成降焦功能层2;其中,所述逆向涂布的凹版辊深度为40微米,并且,涂布过程中,纸张的表面温度控制在50℃以内,涂布完成后的固化温度为60℃。
实施例3
一种嘴棒成型纸,其具有如图3所示的结构,包括水松纸原纸层1,所述水松纸原纸层1的上表面或下表面从内至外依次层叠形成有降焦功能层2和阻隔功能层4。其中,所述嘴棒成型纸的制造步骤包括:
1)将香紫苏醇与一定量的无水乙醇混合配制成固含量为70%的香紫苏醇混合液,然后通过凹版印刷的方式将该香紫苏醇混合液以5g/㎡的干涂量涂布于水松纸原纸层1的上表面或下表面形成降焦功能层2;其中,所述凹版印刷的凹印版深度为70微米,并且,涂布过程中,水松纸原纸层1的表面温度控制在50℃以内,涂布完成后的固化温度为100℃;
2)利用固化温度为120℃的固化材料,通过热固化的方式使其固化于所述降焦功能层2的外表面形成所述阻隔功能层4。
实施例4
一种嘴棒成型纸,其具有如图4所示的结构,包括水松纸原纸层1,所述水松纸原纸层1的上表面或下表面从内至外依次层叠形成有储存功能层3、降焦功能层2和阻隔功能层4。其中,所述嘴棒成型纸的制造步骤包括:
1)通过凹版吻涂的方式将粒径为100微米、比表面积为2000g/㎡、表面微孔孔径小于1nm的高分子聚合物粉末印刷至水松纸原纸层1的上表面或下表面形成储存功能层3,其中,所述凹版吻涂过程中所采用的凹版凹坑深度为80微米,固化温度为120℃,干涂量为5g/㎡;
2)将香紫苏醇与一定量的去离子水混合配制成固含量为50%的香紫苏醇混合液,然后通过凹版吻涂的方式将该香紫苏醇混合液以3g/㎡的干涂量涂布于储存功能层3的外表面形成降焦功能层2;其中,所述凹版吻涂的凹印版深度为40微米,并且,涂布过程中,纸张表面温度控制在50℃以内,涂布完成后的固化温度为130℃;
3)通过真空镀铝的方式在所述降焦功能层2的外表面形成一铝膜厚度为

2)将升华材料与溶剂混合形成固含量为20%-70%的升华材料混合液,然后通过涂布该升华材料混合液的方式在储存功能层的下表面形成降焦功能层,其中,所述升华材料为香紫苏醇,所述溶剂为体积浓度≥95%的乙醇或去离子水 ,涂布过程中,纸张表面温度控制在50℃以内,且涂布完成后的固化温度为50℃-130℃,所述降焦功能层的干涂量为0.1g/m2 -5g/m2 ;以及
3)通过真空镀铝的方式在所述降焦功能层的外表面形成阻隔功能层;或者,利用固化温度为80℃-150℃的固化材料,通过固化的方式在所述降焦功能层的外表面形成阻隔功能层。
