Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于国V汽油的品质提升剂,包含如下重量份的化合物:烷基酚15‑18份、润滑剂5‑10份、聚醚胺15‑20份、硝基甲烷10‑18份、N,N‑二仲丁基对苯二胺10‑15份、碳酸二甲酯10‑20份、溶剂油18‑22份,其中,所述的润滑剂为为甲基萘、环烷酸、乙酰乙酸己酯、喹啉、油酸己酯中的一种或几种;溶剂油为120#、200#溶剂油其中的一种或两种。与现有技术相比,本发明产品呈中性,不会对发动机造成任何酸碱腐蚀,可养护发动机延长发动机使用寿命。它能够有效提高燃油效率,同时降低缸内摩擦损耗,提升燃油经济性;还能解决国V汽油硫含量降低而带来的润滑性问题,提高汽油机的润滑性;并可同时降低NOx和HC、CO等气态污染物排放和降低油耗,具有重要的实用价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽油添加剂,特别是用于提升国V汽油品质性能的燃油添加剂。
背景技术
近年来,我国中东部地区持续出现大范围雾霾天气,受影响国土面积达230万平方千米,受影响人口达6亿左右。机动车尾气排放污染是我国空气污染的主要来源,是造成灰霾,光化学烟雾污染的重要原因,机动车污染防治的紧迫性日益凸显。据2014年国家环保部发布的《中国机动车污染防治年报》统计,2013年碳氢化合物(HC)、一氧化碳(CO)、颗粒物(PM)和氮氧化物(NOx)四项污染物排放总量达4570.9万吨,其中汽油车CO和HC排放量超过排放总量的70%。提升燃油品质,降低机动车尾气排放污染对治理大气环境污染具有重要意义。
目前市场上的汽油添加剂主要有以下几种:清净型、节油型、抗氧化型和防腐型等。这些产品性能单一,如清净型添加剂主要功能集中在对进气阀的清净性上,难以适应新标准汽油对添加剂的性能要求,也无法在节油的同时达到减排的功效,尤其是无法解决HC、CO与NOx同时降低的难题。因此,研制同时具备节油降低污染物排放增加润滑性等功能的综合型汽油添加剂是未来市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对国V汽油的特性,提供一种高性能高品质燃油添加剂。为此本发明公开的技术方案是:这种用于国V汽油的品质提升剂,包含如下重量份的化合物:
烷基酚 15-18份
润滑剂 5-10份
聚醚胺 15-20份
硝基甲烷 10-18份
N,N-二仲丁基对苯二胺 10-15份
碳酸二甲酯 10-20份
溶剂油 18-22份
其中,所述的润滑剂为为甲基萘、环烷酸、乙酰乙酸己酯、喹啉、油酸己酯中的一种或几种;溶剂油为120#、200#溶剂油其中的一种或两种。
这种用于国V汽油的品质提升剂制备过程主要是将前述重量份的化合物依次加入反应釜中并在30~45℃条件下反应20~25分钟,最后制备出汽油品质提升剂。
这种国V汽油品质提升剂使用方法是:按照汽油品质提升剂:国V汽油=1:1000~2000的比例将汽油品质提升剂均匀分散到国V汽油中即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明产品呈中性,不会对发动机造成任何酸碱腐蚀,可养护发动机延长发动机使用寿命。它能够有效提高燃油效率,同时降低缸内摩擦损耗,提升燃油经济性;还能解决国V汽油硫含量降低而带来的润滑性问题,提高汽油机的润滑性能;并可同时降低NOx和HC、CO等气态污染物排放和降低油耗,具有重要的实用价值。
具体而言,本发明具有如下特点:
1、本产品绿色环保不含重金属及磷、氯等有害成分,与国V汽油具有很好的互溶性。润滑剂的加入可解决国V汽油硫含量骤降带来的润滑性差这一问题。
2、组份中硝基甲烷可提高汽油着火性,着火延迟期短,使达到着火点时燃烧室内积存汽油量最佳,发火性好,发动机工作变得更柔和,防止“爆震”现象发生。
3、组份中聚醚胺具有极性基团和非极性基团,通过这两种基团的共同作用,促进汽油喷雾更细腻,使单位时间喷油粒子流变细,以致其比表面积增大,使微油滴在燃烧室高温作用下加速膨胀气化,并使燃气混合均匀,从而使其蒸发速度加快,着火温度降低,以致燃烧速度加快,使火焰传播速度有序,燃烧更加充分,燃油热效率提高,降低了燃油消耗量。同时降低了HC和CO 等污染气体的排放。
4、组分中碳酸二甲酯可使冷车易启动、减少噪音和延长发动机的使用寿命。
5、组份中聚醚胺、烷基酚可有效提高发动机燃油系统机件的使用寿命,能防止油泵柱塞、燃油器烧结等现象发生。
6、组份中N,N-二仲丁基对苯二胺、聚醚胺和烷基酚能有效抑制发动机供油系统和燃烧室沉积物(如积碳、胶质物等)的生成,并能有效清除已形成的沉积物。

将上述化合物按质量份数依次加入反应釜中于40℃条件下反应20~25分钟,制得样品D。
将未加入任何添加剂的93#国V汽油样品标记为A,将加入上述三种具体实施方式制备汽油品质提升剂的 93#国V汽油样品分别标记为B、C、D,然后使用同一辆2.0排量的起亚K5轿车,按照GB18352.5-2013《轻型汽车污染物排放限值及测量方法》(中国第五阶段)要求进行整车试验测量轿车的污染物排放,污染物排放试验数据如表1所示。

从测试结果可以看出,加入本发明中汽油品质提升剂后,轿车主要污染物HC、CO、NOx排放量下降率平均达7.9%、12%和10%。因此本发明能同时降低气态污染物HC、CO和NOx排放,此外,还能降低燃油消耗,具有重要的实用价值。

1.一种用于国V汽油的品质提升剂,包含如下重量份的化合物:
烷基酚 15-18份
润滑剂 5-10份
聚醚胺 15-20份
硝基甲烷 10-18份
N,N-二仲丁基对苯二胺 10-15份
碳酸二甲酯 10-20份
溶剂油 18-22份
其中,所述的润滑剂为甲基萘、环烷酸、乙酰乙酸己酯、喹啉、油酸己酯中的一种或几种;溶剂油为120#、200#溶剂油其中的一种或两种。
2.权利要求1所述的一种用于国V汽油的品质提升剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包含将前述重量份的化合物依次加入反应釜中并在30~45℃条件下反应20~25分钟的步骤。
3.权利要求1所述的一种用于国V汽油的品质提升剂的使用方法,其特征在于:按照汽油品质提升剂:国V汽油=1:1000~2000的比例将汽油品质提升剂均匀分散到国V汽油中即可。
