The baking-free brick is characterized by that it uses a reasonable scientific formula, and adds a coagulating agent and trace chemical additive according to a certain proportion, and makes the grain size, humidity and mixing degree be intensified by means of reasonable equipment process to obtain optimum plastic state, then makes the brick body be quickly hardened by means of high-pressure compression moulding, and its time is longer, effect is better, and the brick is good in practicability, and does not need to be soaked when building wall, and its appearance is neat. The material has high strength, good durability, standard size, complete appearance and uniform color, has simple and natural appearance, and can be used as a dry wall or any external decoration. Therefore, the brick is a promising updated product for replacing clay bricks. In order to save cost, the wall built by the baking-free bricks is not coated with materials on the surface, so that moss substances such as moss are easy to grow on the surface of the baking-free bricks in the using process, the service life of the baking-free bricks is influenced, and the decorative effect of the baking-free bricks is also influenced.
