Description

Anti-mildew filter material for bath filter, filter and manufacturing method of filter material
Technical Field
The invention relates to a filter material for an anti-mildew bath filter, a filter and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
In the process of tap water disinfection in China, chlorine is generally adopted as a main disinfection method, and the chlorine has the characteristics of good disinfection effect, low cost and the like when being used for tap water disinfection. Chlorine gas is dissolved in water and reacts with water to generate hypochlorous acid and hydrochloric acid, and the main effect in the whole disinfection process is hypochlorous acid. For the inorganic substance generating odor, it can oxidize and disinfect it thoroughly, and for the living natural substance such as algae, bacteria, it can penetrate cell wall, oxidize its enzyme system (enzyme is biocatalyst) to make it inactive, so that the life activity of bacteria is hindered and the bacteria can die. The residual chlorine refers to the effective chlorine remained in the water after the water is disinfected by adding chlorine and contacted for a certain time. Residual chlorine, as an effective sterilization and disinfection means, is still used by more than 80% of water plants in the world. Therefore, a certain amount of residual chlorine must be maintained in municipal tap water to ensure the microbiological indicator of the drinking water is safe. However, when chlorine reacts with organic acids, many carcinogenic by-products, such as chloroform, etc., are produced. Chlorine in excess of a certain amount can itself cause many hazards to the human body and carry an unpleasant odor. If the concentration of the residual chlorine in the tap water is too high, the main hazards are as follows:
1. the irritation is strong, and the respiratory system is damaged.
2. It is easy to react with organic matters in water to generate carcinogens such as chloroform, trichloromethane and the like.
3. When contacting with human protein, the skin protein can react to cause a series of skin problems such as skin aging, rough skin and the like.
4. Residual chlorine has strong oxidizing property and is easy to react with scalp protein, thus causing symptoms such as hair roughness, scalp inflammation and the like.
5. Residual chlorine has certain irritation to the skin of infants, and skin problems such as pruritus, red swelling, allergy and the like easily occur.
Therefore, the effective removal of residual chlorine in tap water before the tap water is used is an important measure for improving the health level of people, and particularly, new harmful substances cannot be introduced in the residual chlorine removal process, and secondary pollution cannot be generated. The filter material of the filter sold on the market at present can not be completely nontoxic and harmless, and the filter has low adaptation degree with the shower head, and can not simultaneously meet the effects of removing residual chlorine, preventing mildew, identifying color, identifying smell and the like.

the vitamin C derivatives include sodium salt of vitamin C, magnesium salt of vitamin C, vitamin C phosphate, ascorbyl palmitate, ascorbyl glucoside, ascorbyl palmitate phosphate;
the glucose value of the maltodextrin is 14-20%;
the water-soluble polymer comprises sodium polyacrylate, polyacrylamide, water-soluble vegetable gum and cellulose derivatives;
the food-grade mildew preventive comprises benzoic acid and sodium benzoate, sorbic acid and potassium sorbate, p-hydroxybenzoate, propionate, dehydroacetic acid and sodium dehydroacetate.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the perfume further comprises 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of natural essential oil or spice, including pine essence, lavender essence, green tea essence, violet essence, lemon essence, and mint essence.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the food-grade pigment further comprises 0.1 to 2 parts by mass.
The invention also provides an anti-mildew bath filter, which comprises a shell and a filter material;
the shell is provided with a plurality of small holes, is arranged in the inner cavity of the shower head and is matched with the inner cavity of the shower head in shape;
the filter material is filled in the shell and comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of vitamin C derivatives; 5-20 parts of maltodextrin; 1-10 parts of a water-soluble polymer; 0.1-3 parts of a food-grade mildew preventive; 0.1-10 parts of natural essential oil or spice; 0.1-2 parts of food-grade pigment.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the housing is made of plastic, and includes ABS, PP, PE, and PC.
The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the anti-mildew bath filter, which comprises the following steps:
① preparation of the filter material, which comprises mixing 100 weight parts of vitamin C derivative, 5-20 weight parts of maltodextrin, 1-10 weight parts of water-soluble polymer, 0.1-3 weight parts of food-grade mildew preventive, 0.1-10 weight parts of natural essential oil or spice, 0.1-2 weight parts of food-grade pigment and a proper amount of water;
② filling, namely, taking one plastic round pipe, injecting the filter material prepared in the step ① into the plastic round pipe at the temperature of 0-50 ℃, fully drying and removing water, sealing the plastic round pipe by hot melt adhesive, and forming a plurality of small holes on the plastic round pipe.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mass of the filter material in the plastic round tube after drying is 90-110 g.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step ①, a standard mixing mode with rotation and revolution equal to 7:3 is adopted by the planetary stirrer, and the average rotation speed is 800 rpm and the mixing time is 5-15 minutes.
The choice of vitamin C derivative is the basis of the present invention. In the residual chlorine eliminating process, the residual chlorine has oxidizing property, and the reductive product can realize the residual chlorine eliminating effect. However, in the process of purifying tap water, the tap water cannot be polluted by harmful substances, and secondary pollution is caused, so that products such as calcium sulfite, copper-zinc alloy and the like are mostly adopted. The vitamin C derivative has good biological reducibility and no toxicity, has certain whitening and protecting effects on skin, and has certain auxiliary effects on solving skin problems. Therefore, the selection of the vitamin C derivatives realizes the high-efficiency and non-toxic effects of the filter material.
Maltodextrin, which is a product selected to have a certain water solubility, can control the dissolution rate of the vitamin C derivative to a certain extent. The maltodextrin used in the invention mainly refers to maltodextrin with a glucose value (DE value) of 14-20%.
The water-soluble polymer is good in water solubility due to the fact that maltodextrin is good in water solubility, and the preparation of the long-acting filter material is difficult to achieve.
Aiming at the problem that maltodextrin is easy to go moldy in water body to cause water body pollution, a food-grade mildew preventive is further added to ensure the long-acting property of the filter material.
In order to improve the olfactory identification degree of the product in the using process, natural perfume or essential oil is further added to improve the olfactory sensation of users.
In order to improve the visual identification degree of the product in the using process, food-grade pigment is further added, and the using process of the filter material is detected.
Compared with the background technology, the technical scheme has the following advantages:
1. the filter material is non-toxic and anti-mildew, and does not carry toxic substances in the process of eliminating residual chlorine through the slow release action of the vitamin C derivative, so that secondary pollution is generated; and the service life is long, and more than 80 percent of residual chlorine in 15 tons of tap water can be eliminated by 100 grams of filter material.
2. The preparation method is simple, the plastic shell can be matched with the inner cavities of the shower heads with various sizes and shapes, the operation is convenient, and the practicability is good.
3. The filter material is used in a bath product, and does not mildew within 30 days after being used, and the mildew-proof effect is good.
4. The formula of natural essential oil or essence and food-grade pigment not only can meet the basic functions of residual chlorine and mildew resistance, but also has the effects of color identification, odor identification and the like.
