The upper parts of the two side walls of the slurry distribution groove 13 and/or the washing liquid distribution groove 14 extending along the radial direction of the filter disc 10 are respectively provided with tooth-shaped overflow ports 16, so that uneven distribution caused by non-horizontal overflow parts at the top of the side walls is prevented, and uniform distribution along the radial direction of the filter disc 10 is ensured.
