Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a service content playing method according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
The service content playing method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
a (step 401), the sensing module 101 senses whether a user is present in a predetermined range of the play terminal, and generates a first sensing result. Specifically, the sensing module 101 senses whether a customer is present in the predetermined range (for example, a space with a front radius of 2 meters) of the cast terminal, and generates the first sensing result.
B (step 402), the first determining module 102 determines whether the time that the user is in the predetermined range is greater than a first predetermined time when the first sensing result is that the user is in the predetermined range of the playback terminal, and generates a first determining result. Specifically, the first determining module 102 determines whether the time spent by the customer who appears in the predetermined range of the playback terminal exceeds the first predetermined time (e.g., 3 seconds), and generates the first determination result.
C (step 403), the playing control module 103 controls the playing terminal to play the service content when the first determination result indicates that the time that the user is in the predetermined range is greater than the first predetermined time.

d (step 404), the sensing module 101 senses whether the user leaves the predetermined range of the play terminal, and generates a second sensing result.
E (step 405), the first determining module 102 determines whether the time that the user leaves the predetermined range is greater than a second predetermined time and generates a second determination result when the second sensing result is that the user leaves the predetermined range of the playback terminal.
F (step 406), the playing control module 103 controls the playing terminal to stop playing the service content when the second determination result indicates that the time that the user leaves the predetermined range is greater than the second predetermined time.
As shown in fig. 5, in the service content playing method of this embodiment, the step a (step 401) includes:

a2 (step 4012), the second determining module 1012 determines whether the wavelength of the first infrared ray is within a first predetermined wavelength interval, and generates a third determination result, where the third determination result corresponds to the first sensing result. The first preset wavelength interval is the wavelength interval of infrared rays corresponding to the temperature of the human body. That is, the second determining module 1012 determines whether or not a customer enters the predetermined range according to whether or not the first infrared ray is received and whether or not the wavelength of the first infrared ray corresponds to the wavelength of the infrared ray of the human body.
As shown in fig. 6, the step D (step 404) includes:

d2 (step 4042), the second determining module 1012 determines whether the wavelength of the second infrared ray is within a second predetermined wavelength interval, and generates a fourth determination result, where the fourth determination result corresponds to the second sensing result. The second preset wavelength interval is the wavelength interval of the infrared rays corresponding to the temperature of the human body. The first predetermined wavelength interval may be the same as the second predetermined wavelength interval. The second determining module 1012 determines that the customer leaves the predetermined range according to whether the second infrared ray is received and whether the wavelength of the second infrared ray corresponds to the wavelength of the infrared ray of the human body.

Wherein the users include store clerks and customers. Specifically, the facial image acquisition module 104 acquires the facial image of the user by shooting.
H (step 408), the identity recognition module 105 recognizes the identity of the user according to the face image and generates identity information. Specifically, the identification module 105 identifies whether the user is a clerk, and if not, the user's identity can be identified as a customer. Wherein the facial features of the clerk are pre-stored in the database, the identification module 105 determines whether the facial features of the user match the facial features of the pre-stored clerk by using a face recognition technology, if the facial features of the user match the facial features of the clerk, the user can be identified as the clerk, and if the facial features of the user do not match the facial features of the clerk, the user can be identified as the customer.
I (step 409), the playing control instruction generating module 106 generates a playing control instruction according to the identity information.
The step C (step 403) is as follows:
the playing control module 103 controls the playing of the service content according to the playing control instruction when the first determination result indicates that the time that the user is in the predetermined range is longer than the first predetermined time, at this time, the playing control module 103 controls the playing terminal to play the service content according to the playing control instruction when the identity of the user is a customer, and the playing control module 103 controls the playing terminal not to play the service content according to the playing control instruction when the identity of the user is a clerk.
The second embodiment of the service content playing method of the present invention is similar to the first embodiment, and the difference is that:
as shown in fig. 7, in the service content playing method of this embodiment, the step a (step 401) includes:
a3 (step 4013), the thermal imaging picture acquiring module 1013 acquires a first thermal imaging picture within the predetermined range of the play terminal. The thermal imaging picture acquiring module 1013 acquires the first thermal imaging picture by a thermal imaging technique.
a4 (step 4014), the thermal imaging picture analysis module 1014 analyzes the first thermal imaging picture to analyze whether there is an area of a predetermined color in the first thermal imaging picture and generate a first analysis result, wherein the first analysis result corresponds to the first sensing result. The predetermined color is a color corresponding to a temperature of a human body in a thermal imaging field. The area of the thermal imaging frame where the predetermined color exists corresponds to a user's presence within the predetermined range.
As shown in fig. 8, the step D (step 404) includes:
d3 (step 4043), the thermal imaging picture acquiring module 1013 acquires a second thermal imaging picture within the predetermined range of the playback terminal. The thermal imaging picture acquiring module 1013 acquires the second thermal imaging picture by a thermal imaging technique.
d4 (step 4044), the thermal imaging picture analysis module 1014 analyzes the second thermal imaging picture to analyze whether there is an area of a predetermined color in the second thermal imaging picture and generate a second analysis result, wherein the second analysis result corresponds to the second sensing result. An area of the thermal imaging screen where the predetermined color is not present corresponds to the user leaving the predetermined range.
Through the technical scheme, the method and the system can play the business content only under the condition that the audience is in front of the screen, save energy consumption and solve advertisement resources.
