Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a communication session page in the related art. Assuming that the home terminal user is "small black" and the opposite terminal user is "small white", the two users communicate through the communication session established in the preset communication application, and fig. 1 may be a communication session page corresponding to the communication session of the home terminal user "small black". As shown in fig. 1, the home terminal user "small black" sends two communication messages to the opposite terminal user "small white", respectively, so that the communication session page not only shows the message frame containing the sent communication message, but also shows the read state of the corresponding sent communication message near the message frame (left side of the message frame in fig. 1), that is, the sent communication message is read by the opposite terminal user "small white"; for example in fig. 1, the communication message "whilet" has been sent, the meeting in the afternoon has been started 2 a bit earlier "has been read by the end user" whilet ", and thus has been marked as read by" read ", and the communication message" was yesterday said the material is ready? "has not been read" in small white "by the end user, and is therefore marked as unread by" unread ".
Then, the local user "black and small" can know the reading condition of the sent communication message, such as the above, by the opposite user "white and small" by looking at the communication session page shown in fig. 1, thereby ensuring the smooth execution of the follow-up matters.
However, the local user "small black" may communicate with many other peer users in addition to the peer user "small white", and thus the local user "small black" needs to be repeatedly switched to the communication session page corresponding to each peer user to check whether the sent communication message has been read by the corresponding peer user. Therefore, for the 'little black' of the home terminal user, the operation is complicated, and the checking of part of the communication session is probably omitted in the repeated operation process, so that the delay or delay of subsequent matters is caused, and the communication efficiency is influenced.
Therefore, the present application solves the technical problems of the related art by improving the display scheme in the communication application. For further explanation of the present application, the following examples are provided:
fig. 2 is a flowchart of a presentation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method is applied to a client of a preset communication application, and may include the following steps:
step 202, showing a session list page of the preset communication application, where the session list page includes a session page entry corresponding to the communication session in which the home terminal user participates.
In this embodiment, the present application does not limit the type of the preset communication application. For example, the predetermined communication application may be an Instant communication application, such as Enterprise Instant Messaging (EIM) application "nail (DING Talk)" or the like.
In this embodiment, by installing a client Application (APP) of a preset communication application on an electronic device and logging in a registered account of a home terminal user at the preset communication application, the electronic device can be configured as a client of the preset communication application corresponding to the home terminal user. The electronic device may be a mobile device such as a mobile phone and a tablet, or the electronic device may also be a non-mobile electronic device such as a PC host, which is not limited in the present application. Of course, when an online "client" such as HTML5 technology is used, the client can be run on the electronic device without installing a corresponding application on the electronic device.
In this embodiment, the session list page is used to collectively display the session page entries corresponding to each communication session, and when detecting a user trigger operation for any session page entry, the session list page may be transferred to the communication session page of the communication session corresponding to the any session page entry, so that the home terminal user views the received communication message from the peer terminal user based on the communication session page, or sends the communication message to the peer terminal user.
In this embodiment, the client may perform group presentation on the session page entries in the session list page according to a preset dimension; wherein different groups of session page entries are shown in the show areas at different locations in the session list page. Wherein the preset dimension may include at least one of: the time period of the latest communication time, group affiliation information, the set-top status, etc., which are not limited in this application. By grouping and displaying the session page entries, a home terminal user can conveniently select the interested session page entries based on the grouping condition without traversing all the session page entries in the session list page, which is beneficial to improving the communication efficiency.
In this embodiment, when there are no unread received communication message and unread sent communication message in any communication session, the client may fold and hide the session page entry corresponding to any communication session in the display area corresponding to the group to which the client belongs. On one hand, the conversation page entrance with the unread received communication messages is reserved and displayed, so that the home terminal user can directly and timely check the corresponding unread reminder (usually displayed in the display area of the corresponding conversation page entrance), and the home terminal user can quickly know the reading condition of the opposite terminal user on the sent communication messages by reserving and displaying the conversation page entrance with the unread state and improving the communication efficiency; on the other hand, by folding and hiding the conversation page entries without unread received communication messages and unread sent communication messages, the displayed content of the conversation list page can be simplified under the condition that the conversation list page contains more conversation page entries, so that the same-screen display of all the conversation page entries can be realized as far as possible, the local user does not need to turn over the conversation list page, the user operation is simplified, and the communication efficiency is improved. Of course, if the home terminal user wishes to view and operate the session page entry which is folded and hidden, the home terminal user may perform a corresponding unfolding operation, so that the session page entry which is originally folded and hidden may be redisplayed in the session list page.
In this embodiment, when a session removal instruction for any group is detected, the client may delete all session page entries corresponding to any group from the session list page, that is, implement collective deletion of all session page entries in the same group, without requiring the user to manually search and delete each session page entry, which is helpful to simplify user operations.
In this embodiment, the session page entries in the session list page may include session page entries that satisfy a preset condition, and the session page entries that do not satisfy the preset condition are hidden. In other words, the session list page may only show the session page entries satisfying the preset condition, but not show the session page entries not satisfying the preset condition, so that the display content of the session list page can be simplified, which is helpful for improving the reading of the session list page by the user and improving the communication efficiency. For the situation that only the session page entries meeting the preset conditions are shown, the above grouping display scheme may be implemented for the session page entries meeting the preset conditions, that is, the grouping display is performed according to the preset dimension, so as to further improve the communication efficiency.
In this embodiment, the preset condition may include at least one of the following:
the corresponding communication session comprises at least one received communication message in an unread state, and the received communication message can be a received single chat message or a received group chat message.
The corresponding communication session comprises at least one received group chat message in an unread state, and the received group chat message comprises individual notification indication information aiming at the home terminal user. The individual notification indication information may take such forms as "@ + member name" or others; when the form of "@ + member name" is adopted, if the "member name" is the name information of the home terminal user, it indicates that the received group chat message contains the individual notification indication information for the home terminal user. The individual notification indication information has higher notification authority, so that even if the corresponding communication session is shielded (for example, the function of 'no disturbance' is started), as long as the received group chat message in an unread state contains the individual notification indication information for the local terminal user, the corresponding message reception reminder can still be triggered.
And the opposite-end communication party of the corresponding communication session is a preset concerned user of the local-end user.
And the corresponding communication session group is a preset concerned group of the home terminal user.
The corresponding communication session is not masked; the home terminal user can shield single chat communication session and can also shield group communication session.
The corresponding communication session is used for transmitting the function message related to the application function in the preset communication application. The application function may be a built-in function in the preset communication application, or may be a third-party function, which is not limited in this application. Usually, the function message is sent to the local user by the server of the preset communication application in a push mode or the like; the local user can read the function message, reply to the function message, or perform other operations.
Of course, other conditions may also be applied to the technical solutions of the present application, which are not listed here, and the present application does not limit this.
In this embodiment, an efficient mode can be set for the session list page and is controlled by, for example, the home terminal user. When the efficient mode of the session list page is configured to be in an open state, the session page entries in the session list page only include the session page entries meeting the preset conditions, so that the home terminal user can perform efficient processing conveniently; and when the efficient mode of the session list page is configured to be in a closed state, the session page entries in the session list page comprise session page entries corresponding to all communication sessions participated by the home terminal user, so that the home terminal user can view and process the session page entries comprehensively.
Step 204, determining the read state of the sent communication message of the local user in at least one communication session.
In this embodiment, the sent communication message may include any type of communication content, such as text, picture, audio, video, document, task (a reminding message with a processing deadline), management event (for example, in a group management event, an attendance event, an approval event, etc.), and the like, which is not limited in this application.
Step 206, in the display area of the session page entry corresponding to the at least one communication session, showing the predefined state identifier corresponding to the read state.
In this embodiment, the communication session page is used for displaying the communication message from the opposite-end user and receiving the communication message input by the home-end user, and requires a large display and operation area, so that the communication session page is usually required to be displayed on a full screen on a screen of the electronic device; the session page entries usually only contain the name of the communication session, the head portrait of the opposite-end user, the preview content of the latest communication message, the communication time and other preview information, and the occupied display and operation area is small, so that all the session page entries can be simultaneously displayed in a session list page, and the local-end user can simultaneously view all the session page entries in the session list page and select and operate any session page entry.
Then, the read state is shown in the display area of the entrance of the session page, so that the home terminal user can directly know the condition that the sent communication message is read by the opposite terminal user from the session list page without switching to the communication session page, thereby greatly simplifying the operation complexity of the home terminal user and improving the communication efficiency. Meanwhile, all the session page entries can be displayed simultaneously by the session list page, so that when a home terminal user views the session page entry corresponding to any one communication session, the home terminal user can view other session page entries by the way, changes of read states of other session page entries can be found in time, a reminding effect on the home terminal user can be achieved, the situation that partial communication sessions are omitted is avoided, and the communication efficiency is improved.
In an embodiment, when the read status indicates that there is a sent communication message in an unread status in any communication session, the client may show a predefined unread flag, and for a communication session in which all sent communication messages are in a read status, no predefined status flag may be shown, so that a session page entry containing the unread flag can be clearly distinguished from other session page entries in the session list page (i.e., a session page entry not containing the unread flag), so that the home terminal user can quickly find a communication session containing a sent communication message in an unread status when browsing the session list page.
In another embodiment, when the read status indicates that all sent communication messages in any communication session are in a read status, the client may show a predefined read identifier, and for a communication session in which sent communication messages in an unread status exist, no predefined status identifier may be shown, so that a session page entry containing the read identifier can be clearly distinguished from other session page entries in the session list page (i.e., a session page entry not containing the read identifier), so that the home terminal user can quickly find a communication session of a sent communication message not containing the read status when browsing the session list page.
In yet another embodiment, the client may simultaneously show the predefined unread flag when the read status indicates that there is a sent communication message in an unread status in any communication session, and show the predefined read flag when the read status indicates that all sent communication messages in any communication session are in a read status, so that when browsing the session list page, the home terminal user can quickly distinguish different session page entries based on the read flag and the unread flag, and determine the read condition of the sent communication message in the corresponding communication session.
In this embodiment, when the preview content of the communication message of any communication session is displayed in the display area of the session page entry corresponding to any communication session, the predefined state identifier may be displayed near the preview content, for example, the predefined state identifier may be displayed in front of the preview content, so that when the home terminal user views the corresponding session page entry, the home terminal user may preferentially view the predefined state identifier, so as to quickly determine the read state of the corresponding sent communication message.
In this embodiment, when the trigger operation for the predefined state identifier is detected, if the read state corresponding to the predefined state identifier is an unread state, the information of the peer user that has sent the communication message is shown to be unread, so that the home terminal user can quickly and efficiently know the information of the peer users without entering a corresponding communication session page, which is helpful for improving the operation efficiency of the home terminal user. The trigger operation may be in any form, for example, the home terminal user may adopt a click, a long press, a heavy press, and the like, which is not limited in the present application.
In this embodiment, for a single chat communication session between the home terminal user and any opposite terminal user, when the group affiliation information of the home terminal user and the any opposite terminal user is inconsistent, the group affiliation information of the any opposite terminal user may be shown in a display area of a session page entry corresponding to the single chat communication session; and for a group chat communication session of any group to which the home terminal user belongs, when group affiliation information exists in any group, the group affiliation information of any group can be shown in a display area of a session page entry corresponding to the group chat communication session, and consistency between the home terminal user and the group affiliation information of any group can be indicated. Therefore, when browsing the session page entries, the home terminal user can quickly know the group affiliation condition of the corresponding communication session by checking the display area of each session page entry, so that the home terminal user can determine the communication content in the corresponding communication session, for example, when the communication session is inconsistent with the group affiliation information of the home terminal user, the private content related to the group content in the communication content should be avoided, and the communication security is improved. Meanwhile, by showing the contents of the community attribution information and the like, even if the information of the communication session and the like can be modified by the opposite terminal user, the community attribution information can be used for fast and effectively distinguishing.
According to the technical scheme, the read states of the sent communication messages are shown at the entrance of the conversation page in the conversation list page, so that the read states corresponding to all communication sessions can be uniformly displayed in the conversation list page, and a home terminal user can know the read states of the sent communication messages in the corresponding communication sessions without respectively entering the communication session page corresponding to each communication session, so that the user operation can be simplified, and the communication efficiency can be improved.
The following describes the technical solution of the present application by taking an enterprise instant messaging application "nailing" as an example, with reference to the accompanying drawings:
fig. 3A is a schematic diagram of a session list page provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3A, the session list page is vertically arranged, and session page entries corresponding to a plurality of communication sessions are shown, including a session page entry of a single chat communication session between a home terminal user "small black" and an opposite terminal user "small white", a session page entry of a group chat communication session of a group "serious work group" to which the home terminal user "small black" belongs, a session page entry of a group "X project" to which the home terminal user "small black" belongs, and a session page entry of a single chat communication session between the home terminal user "small black" and the opposite terminal user "white". When any session page entry is triggered, the session list page shown in fig. 3A may be switched to the communication session page of the corresponding communication session; for example, when a session page entry for a single chat communication session between a home user "little black" and an opposite user "little white" is triggered, a switch may be made to the communication session page shown in fig. 1.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3A, the session list page is shown as being derived from a nailing client (i.e. a client of the enterprise instant messaging application "nailing") corresponding to the home terminal user "little black", that is, a registered account number of the home terminal user "little black" is logged on the nailing client, so that the nailing client uniquely corresponds to the home terminal user "little black". Then, the nailing client used by the home terminal user "little black" can respectively determine the read status of the sent communication message of the home terminal user "little black" in each communication session (i.e. the situation of being read by the corresponding opposite terminal user).
Take a single chat communication session between the home terminal user 'little black' and the opposite terminal user 'little white' as an example. Suppose that the home user "little black" sends a communication message "yesterday material ready" to the opposite user "little white? "; then, similar to the above-mentioned nailing client used by the local user "small black", there is also a nailing client corresponding to the opposite user "small white", and the nailing client can perform message reminding to the opposite user "small white" according to the above-mentioned communication message sent by the local user "small black", then when the opposite user "small white" responds to the message reminding, it can read the corresponding communication message, and the nailing client corresponding to the opposite user "small white" can send a read notification to the nailing client corresponding to the local user "small black", so that the nailing client corresponding to the local user "small black" determines that the read state of the sent communication message is the read state, and when the read notification is not received, determines that the read state of the sent communication message is the unread state. Based on the above process, the nailing client corresponding to the "little black" of the home terminal user can respectively determine the read status of each sent communication message in each communication session.
Then, the staple client corresponding to the "little black" of the home terminal user may show the predefined unread mark in the display area of the session page entry corresponding to any communication session when the read status indicates that there is a sent communication message in the unread status in any communication session. For example:
for the single chat communication session between the home terminal user 'small black' and the opposite terminal user 'small white', the 'unread' can be shown in the corresponding display area of the session page entry to serve as the unread identifier, which indicates that the sent communication message which is not read yet by the opposite terminal user 'small white' exists in the single chat communication session.
For the group chat communication session of the group "earnest work group" to which the local user "little black" belongs, the "3 unread ]" can be shown in the display area of the corresponding session page entry to serve as the unread flag, which indicates that the local user "little black" has 1 sent communication message in an unread state in the group chat communication session, and 3 group members in the group "earnest work group" do not read the sent communication message.
For the group chat communication session of the group "X item" to which the home terminal user "black and small" belongs, the "2 unread ]" can be shown in the display area of the corresponding session page entry to serve as the unread flag, which indicates that the home terminal user "black and small" has 2 sent communication messages in an unread state in the group chat communication session, and for each sent communication message, at least one group member does not read the sent communication message in the group "X item".
For a single chat communication session between the home user "little black" and the peer user "white", if all the sent communication messages have been read by the peer user "white", no predefined status indication may be shown.
Then, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 3A, when browsing the session list page, the home terminal user "small black" may determine whether there is an unread sent communication message in the corresponding communication session according to whether the presentation area of each session page entry contains the unread flag in the form of "[ unread ]", "[ 3 unread ]", "[ 2 unread ]", or the like: if the unread message contains the unread identifier, the sent communication message containing the unread state is indicated, and if the unread message does not contain the unread identifier, the sent communication message containing no unread state is indicated.
In which, a single chat communication session between a home terminal user 'small black' and an opposite terminal user 'small white' is taken as an example. As shown in fig. 3A, assume that the last communication message of the single chat communication session is "yesterday's material ready? "the preview content of the communication message, i.e.," yesterday's material … "shown in fig. 3A, can be shown in the presentation area of the corresponding session page entry; accordingly, the unread flag "[ unread ]" may be displayed near the preview content, for example, in front of the preview content in fig. 3A (according to the current normal reading habit, the "front" may be understood as "left" in fig. 3A), so that the unread flag is preferentially viewed by the local user "black and small", thereby quickly knowing that the sent communication message in the unread state exists in the corresponding communication session. Similarly, in other single chat communication sessions or group chat communication sessions, the unread mark may also be displayed near the preview content in the corresponding display area, which is not described herein again; and, for the read identifiers in the following embodiments, the read identifiers may also be displayed near the preview content in the corresponding display area, which is not described herein again.
Further, when detecting the triggering operation of the local user 'little black' on any predefined state identifier, if the read state corresponding to the predefined state identifier is an unread state, it may show that the information of the corresponding opposite user that has sent the communication message is not read. As shown in fig. 3B, taking a group chat communication session of a group "earnestly work group" to which the home-end user "Xiao-Kui" belongs as an example: when detecting the triggering operation of the home terminal user "little black" on the shown unread flag "[ 3 unread ]", information of the opposite terminal user who has not read the corresponding sent communication message may be shown, for example, the head portrait and the name of the opposite terminal user such as A, B, E may be shown in the popup window shown in fig. 3B to indicate that the opposite terminal user a, the opposite terminal user B and the opposite terminal user E have not read the corresponding sent communication message. The scheme is also suitable for single chat communication session, and based on the triggering operation of the home terminal user on the unread identifier, the corresponding information of the opposite terminal user can be shown; of course, for the single chat communication session, since the information such as the head portrait and the name of the opposite end user is also shown in the display area of the corresponding session page entry, the home end user may not have a trigger incentive for the unread identifier, but this does not affect the application of the embodiment to the scenario of the single chat communication session. Further, a reminder identifier may be shown in the pop-up window shown in fig. 3B, for example, the reminder identifier may be "DING" in the upper right corner of the pop-up window shown in fig. 3B, when the trigger operation for the reminder identifier is detected, a reminder message (for example, "DING message" provided by "nail") may be directly sent to an opposite user in the pop-up window (i.e., an opposite user who does not read the corresponding sent communication message) to remind him to read the corresponding sent communication message, and in another case, the page may be switched to an edit page of the reminder message, and the opposite user in the pop-up window is automatically added as a receiving party, so that the local user further determines whether to send the reminder message.
The triggering operation adopted by the home terminal user may include various forms, such as clicking, long pressing, and heavy pressing the unread identifier, which is not limited in the present application.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of another session list page provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, in a session list page similar to that in fig. 3A, when the read status indicates that all sent communication messages in any communication session are in the read status, the nailing client corresponding to the local user "black and small" may show a predefined read identifier in the display area of the session page entry corresponding to the communication session. For example:
for the single chat communication session between the home terminal user 'small black' and the opposite terminal user 'small white', the 'read' can be shown in the display area of the corresponding session page entry to serve as the read identifier, which indicates that all the sent communication messages in the single chat communication session are read by the opposite terminal user 'small white'.
For the group chat communication session of the group "earnest work group" to which the home terminal user "little black" belongs, no predefined status identifier may be shown in the display area of the corresponding session page entry, indicating that the home terminal user "little black" has at least one sent communication message in an unread status in the group chat communication session, and at least one group member in the group "earnest work group" does not read the sent communication message.
For the group chat communication session of the group "X project" to which the home terminal user "little black" belongs, the "all read" can be shown in the display area of the corresponding session page entry as the read identifier, which indicates that all the sent communication messages of the home terminal user "little black" in the group chat communication session are read by all the group members in the group "X project".
Then, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 4, when browsing the session list page, the home terminal user "black and small" may determine whether there is a sent communication message in a read state in the corresponding communication session according to whether the display area of each session page entry contains a read identifier in the form of "[ read ]", "[ all read ]", or the like: if the read identification is contained, all the sent communication messages are in the read state, and if the read identification is not contained, at least one sent communication message in the unread state exists.
Of course, the unread tags and the read tags can be applied simultaneously to mark the communication sessions in the session list page respectively. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of another session list page provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, in a session list page similar to that of fig. 3A-4, the nailing client corresponding to the home end user "little black" can simultaneously implement: when the read state indicates that the sent communication message in the unread state exists in any communication session, the predefined unread mark is shown in the display area of the session page inlet corresponding to any communication session, and when the read state indicates that all the sent communication messages in any communication session are in the read state, the predefined read mark is shown in the display area of the session page inlet corresponding to any communication session.
It should be noted that: in the above embodiments, the predefined status identifiers in the form of "[ unread ]", "[ 3 unread ]", "[ 2 unread ]", "[ read ]", "[ all read ]" and the like are exemplary embodiments, and any other predefined status identifiers may be used, and the present application is not limited thereto. The predefined state identifier is shown in the session list page, so that when a home terminal user looks up the session list page, all shown session page entries can be simultaneously checked, whether the sent communication message in an unread state exists in each communication session is quickly identified based on the predefined state identifier, and the user does not need to enter each communication session page for checking independently, so that the user operation can be simplified, and the communication efficiency is improved.
In the technical solution of the present application, a home terminal user "little black" may participate in a communication session with any contact, or participate in a communication session established for a group, and then session page entries corresponding to these communication sessions are respectively shown in a session list page such as that shown in fig. 3A-5; meanwhile, in addition to presenting the session page entries, the session list page may also show the function page entries corresponding to other application functions in the enterprise instant messaging application "nailing" (or any other messaging application) for the application function pages of the application functions, for example, the other application functions may include: mail function, contact person recommendation function, group management function (such as attendance function and approval function), etc. In summary, since the above-mentioned session page entries, function page entries, etc. need to be shown simultaneously in the session list page, and the screen size of the electronic device is limited, the display content in the session list page is likely to exceed the display capability of the screen of the electronic device, resulting in "overload" of the display content of the session list page.
When overload occurs, the electronic device or the nailing client does not have the problems of display error and the like, but causes inconvenience in the browsing process of the user. For example, as shown in fig. 6, the rectangular frame of the black thick line corresponds to the screen specification of the electronic device, and when the session list page is "overloaded," the specification of the session list page will exceed the screen specification, so that a user (for example, the above-mentioned home end user "black and small") needs to swipe the session list page up and down, and swipe the display content of the page desired to be browsed into the rectangular frame, so as to be able to browse the display content of the corresponding page.
Therefore, since the session list page displays the topmost page display content in the screen of the electronic device by default (i.e., is placed in the rectangular frame shown in fig. 6), in the technical solution of the present application, the page display content that the user may be more interested in is preferentially displayed in the screen of the electronic device by ordering the entries of the session pages in the session list page, and the user does not need to manually turn over the session list page. For example, as shown in fig. 7, the entries of the session pages in the session list page may be arranged according to the following rules:
1) and preferentially displaying the conversation page entrance corresponding to the communication conversation with the unread message. For example, when there is a single chat communication session between the home terminal user "small black" and the opposite terminal user "small white", when there is a received communication message from the opposite terminal user "small white" that has not been read by the home terminal user "small black", the corresponding session page entry may be displayed at the top, and the reminder identifier "r" may be shown in the display area of the session page entry to indicate that there is an unread message (i.e., the reminder identifier may be the remaining number of unread messages, although the present application does not limit this).
When multiple communication sessions exist simultaneously and all unread messages exist, the corresponding multiple session page entries can be arranged according to a preset sequence. For example, the session page entries corresponding to the communication sessions may be arranged in reverse order according to the receiving time of the latest unread message in each communication session, that is, the arrangement position of the corresponding session page entry is higher when the receiving time is later, so that the user can view the latest communication message preferentially.
2) And preferentially showing a session page entry corresponding to the communication session of the sent communication message with the unread state in the communication session without the unread message. For example, for a group chat communication session of a group "earnest work group" to which the home terminal user "small black" belongs, assuming that there are 1 communication messages sent by the home terminal user "small black", and there are 3 group members in the group "earnest work group" that do not read the sent communication messages, an unread mark in the form of "[ 3 unread ]" is shown in a corresponding session page entry. And, for a single chat communication session between the home user "little black" and the opposite user "little north", it is assumed that what is the "most recent" sent communication message of the home user "little black? "not yet read by the opposite end user" little north ", an unread identification in the form of" [ unread ] "is shown in the corresponding session page entry.
Then, based on the above rule 1), the session page entries corresponding to the group "earnest work group" to which the home-end user "little black" belongs and the single chat communication session between the home-end user "little black" and the opposite-end user "little north" are all arranged behind the session page entries corresponding to all communication sessions in which unread messages exist (for example, the session page entries corresponding to the single chat communication sessions between the home-end user "little black" and the opposite-end user "little white" are all arranged below in fig. 7), and are all arranged in front of the session page entry corresponding to the communication session of the sent communication message which has neither unread message nor unread status (for example, all arranged above the session page entry corresponding to the group chat communication session of the group "X item" to which the home terminal user "little black" belongs, and the single chat communication session between the home terminal user "little black" and the opposite terminal user "white" in fig. 7).
Meanwhile, when there are sent communication messages in an unread state in each of the plurality of communication sessions, the sent communication messages may be arranged in a preset order, similarly to the above rule 1). For example, the session page entries corresponding to the communication sessions may be arranged in reverse order according to the receiving time of the latest unread sent communication message in each communication session; alternatively, the session page entries corresponding to the communication sessions may be arranged in reverse order according to the communication time of the latest communication message in each communication session.
Of course, the logic of rule 1), rule 2) above is to consider: priority of unread message > priority of sent communication message in unread state > sent communication message in read state. In fact, based on any change to the above logic, the above rules may also be changed accordingly, for example, when the priority of the sent communication message in the unread state is greater than the priority of the unread message, the priority display order of the "unread message" and the "sent communication message in the unread state" in the above rules 1) and 2) may be changed accordingly, and details are not described herein again.
In the technical scheme of the application, for the session page entry of the communication session shown in the session list page, the nailing client may display and remind the local user according to the group attribution information corresponding to each communication session and the group attribution information of the local user, so that the local user can determine the speaking content in the corresponding communication session page, for example, the sending of private content inside an enterprise in an external group is avoided, so as to improve the communication security, and especially, under the condition that the session page entry in the session list page is not displayed in a grouping manner according to the group attribution information, the nailing client can effectively remind the local user. For example:
in an embodiment, for a single chat communication session between a home terminal user and any opposite terminal user, when the group affiliation information of the home terminal user and the group affiliation information of the any opposite terminal user are inconsistent, the group affiliation information of the any opposite terminal user may be shown in a display area of a session page entry corresponding to the single chat communication session. As shown in fig. 8, taking a single chat communication session between the home terminal user "little black" and the opposite terminal user "little north" as an example, assuming that the group attribution information of the home terminal user "little black" is an AA enterprise, and the group attribution information of the opposite terminal user "little north" is a ZZ enterprise, that is, the home terminal user "little black" is inconsistent with the group attribution information of the opposite terminal user "little north", the group attribution information "ZZ enterprise" of the opposite terminal user "little north" may be shown in the display area of the corresponding session page entry to serve as a prompt to the home terminal user "little black"; further, to make the description of the inconsistency of the community attribution information more explicit, the "foreign contact @ ZZ business" in fig. 8 may be shown to indicate that the opposite end user "little north" is a "foreign contact" with respect to the AA business to which the home end user "little black" belongs. In the embodiment shown in fig. 8, the "external contact @ ZZ business" (or "ZZ business") may be displayed at the bottom of the presentation area of the session page entry of the communication session, although this is not a limitation of the present application.
In another embodiment, for a group chat communication session of any group to which a home terminal user belongs, when group affiliation information exists in any group, the group affiliation information of any group may be shown in a display area of a session page entry corresponding to the group chat communication session, and consistency between the home terminal user and the group affiliation information of any group may be indicated. Wherein:
as shown in fig. 8, taking a group "earnest work group" to which the home-end user "little black" belongs as an example, assuming that group affiliation information of the group "earnest work group" exists as an AA enterprise, the group "earnest work group" may show the "AA enterprise" in the display area of the session page entry of the corresponding group chat communication session; further, the above "AA enterprise" may be further updated to "AA enterprise internal group", so that the "internal group" indicates that the home terminal user "black and small" is consistent with the group affiliation information of the group "earnest work group".
Taking the group "X project" to which the local user "small black" belongs as an example, assuming that the group "X project" has group affiliation information of XX department of AA enterprise, the "AA enterprise XX department" may be shown in the display area of the session page entry of the corresponding group chat communication session to indicate the affiliation relationship between the group affiliation information of the group "X project" and the corresponding main enterprise "AA enterprise", and may also indicate that the local user "small black" is consistent with the group affiliation information of the group "X project" in the form of "AA enterprise XX department internal group".
Taking a group "cooperative development" to which the home-end user "little black" belongs as an example, assuming that group attribution information of the group "cooperative development" exists as AA enterprises and BB enterprises, that is, the group is a cross-group between the AA enterprises and BB enterprises, the "AA enterprise-BB enterprise" can be shown in the display area of the session page entry of the corresponding group chat communication session, so as to correspond to the "cross-group between the AA enterprise and BB enterprise". And, it can also indicate that the local user 'Xiao-Black' is consistent with the group attribution information of the group 'X project' in part by adopting the form of 'cross enterprise group @ AA enterprise-BB enterprise', for example, the local user 'Xiao-Black' belongs to AA enterprise, and the group 'X project' corresponds to both AA enterprise and BB enterprise.
In the technical scheme of the application, when a session list page of a preset communication application is shown, session page entries in the session list page can be displayed in groups according to a preset dimension, so that session page entries of different groups are displayed in display areas at different positions in the session list page. Then, the user can quickly locate the group where the communication session of interest is located based on the currently adopted packet dimension, and find the session page entry corresponding to the communication session of interest from the group, so that the communication efficiency based on the communication application is improved by increasing the search speed of the user for the session page entry of the communication session.
In one embodiment, the preset dimension for grouping the session page entries may include: the state of the top is set, and the entries of the session pages in the session list page are divided into two groups according to the state of the top: a set top group and a non-set top group. The conversation page entrance of the set-top group is located in a first display area in a conversation list page, the conversation page entrance of the non-set-top group is located in a second display area in the conversation list page, and the first display area is different from the second display area. Taking the session list page shown in fig. 9 as an example, when the session page entries in the session list page are sequentially arranged along the longitudinal direction, the first display area corresponding to the set-top group may be located at the top of the session list page, and the second display area corresponding to the non-set-top group may be located below the first display area, so that when the user opens the session list page under a default condition, the session page entries in the first display area can always be preferentially viewed, so as to facilitate to know the relevant information of the interested communication session as soon as possible. For example, in fig. 9, a triangle may be displayed in the upper right corner of the display area of the conversation page entry in the set-top group, but the conversation page entry in the non-set-top group is not displayed, which is not limited in this application.
In another embodiment, the preset dimension for grouping the session page entries may include: a time period of a latest communication time (i.e. a communication time corresponding to a latest communication message in a communication session, if the latest communication message is sent by a home terminal user, the communication time is a corresponding sending time, and if the latest communication message is received by the home terminal user, the communication time is a corresponding receiving time). For example, as shown in fig. 10, based on the time period of the latest communication time, it can be divided into "today", "yesterday", "this week", "this month (assumed to be 11 months)", "10 months", "earlier", etc., so that the "today" group includes the session page entries of all communication sessions whose latest communication time is "today (e.g., 2016, 11 months, 11 days, fridays)", "yesterday" group includes the session page entries of all communication sessions whose latest communication time is "yesterday (e.g., 2016, 11 months, 10 days, fridays)", "this week" group includes the session page entries of all communication sessions whose latest communication time is "yesterday" and is within "this week" (e.g., 2016, 11 months, 6 days, to 2016, 11 months, 9 days), and so on.
Of course, any other type of preset dimension may be used for grouping, which is not limited in the present application; for example, the group attribution information may be divided into "intra-enterprise", "cooperative enterprise", "non-cooperative enterprise", "no enterprise person", and the like, so that a grouping effect similar to the above-mentioned dimension may be achieved, and details are not described here. For example, as shown in fig. 10, the same session list page may be divided into a set-top group and a non-set-top group based on a "set-top condition", and further, a session page entry in the non-set-top group is divided into several groups, such as "today", "yesterday" … … "earlier" based on a "time period in which the latest communication time is located" (of course, the session page entry in the set-top group may be further divided based on the "time period in which the latest communication time is located", but is not adopted in the embodiment shown in fig. 10); in fact, any of a plurality of types of preset dimensions can be applied to group division of session page entries in the same session list page, and details are not repeated here. For some dimensions such as 'set-top condition', a user can configure the group to which each conversation page entrance belongs according to actual requirements; and for the dimensions of the time period of the latest communication time, the community attribution information and the like, the division is carried out particularly on the basis of the entrance of the session page or the self attribute of the communication message of the session page, so that the user cannot configure manually.
In this embodiment, in each of the groups obtained by the division, the received communication message and the sent communication message in each communication session may be respectively identified, and when there is no unread received communication message and unread sent communication message in any communication session, the session page entry corresponding to any communication session is folded and hidden in the display area corresponding to the group to which the communication session belongs. For example, as shown in fig. 9, there are sent communication messages in an unread state in the communication session corresponding to the group "earnest work group" to which the local user "little black" belongs (which may be marked by an unread flag "[ 3 people unread ]"), and there are unread received communication messages in the communication session corresponding to the group "X item" to which the local user "little black" belongs (which are marked by a flag "c" in total 3 pieces), so that the session page entries of the two communication sessions can be displayed in the display area corresponding to the set-top group, and the other session page entries in the set-top group can be folded and hidden, and only the option "click to display all" shown in fig. 9 is used instead. By folding and hiding part of the session page entries, on one hand, the attention points of the home terminal user can be focused on unread received communication messages and unread sent communication messages without actively turning over and searching by the home terminal user, and on the other hand, the session page entries which the home terminal user possibly pays attention to can be displayed on the electronic equipment on the same screen as much as possible, namely, all the session page entries are displayed in a rectangular frame such as that shown in fig. 6 in a concentrated manner without turning over the session list page by the home terminal user, so that the operation of the user is simplified, and the information acquisition efficiency of the home terminal user is improved. When the home terminal user is interested in the mouth feel of the folded and hidden conversation page, the originally folded and hidden conversation page entry can be called by triggering the 'click display all' option shown in fig. 9, so that the home terminal user can conveniently view or trigger the interested conversation page entry.
Of course, the folding hiding process for the session page entry is not limited to the "set top group" shown in fig. 9; in fact, in any group based on any preset dimension, a similar approach can be adopted, namely: and when any communication session in any group has no unread received communication message and unread sent communication message, folding and hiding a session page entrance corresponding to any communication session in a display area corresponding to the group. For example, as shown in fig. 10, for a "today" group, a "yesterday" group, and the like in a non-set group, the session page entry corresponding to the above description may be folded and hidden, and will not be described herein again.
In this embodiment, when a session removal instruction for any group is detected, all session page entries corresponding to the group may be deleted from the session list page. For example, as shown in fig. 10, an operation identifier may be shown in the upper right corner of each group of "today", "yesterday", "this week", "this month", and so on; taking "yesterday" group as an example, when a first trigger operation (e.g., a click operation) for the operation identifier at the upper right corner of "yesterday" group is detected, the operation identifier may be updated to the "remove dialog (32)" prompt identifier shown in fig. 11, and when a second trigger operation for the prompt identifier is detected, all session page entries under the "yesterday" group may be deleted, resulting in the session list page shown in fig. 12. Then, the "session removal instruction" may be considered to be divided into two parts, which respectively correspond to the "first trigger operation" and the "second trigger operation", that is, only when the "first trigger operation" and the "second trigger operation" are detected, the "session removal instruction" is considered to be received, so that the "second trigger operation" is equivalent to providing a chance of "secondary confirmation" to the home terminal user, and after the home terminal user performs the "first trigger operation" by mistake, the "second trigger operation" may be rejected to avoid deleting the session page entries of the corresponding group by mistake.
Of course, the above-mentioned "session elimination instruction" may not include "secondary confirmation", and still taking "yesterday" group shown in fig. 10 as an example, the nailing client may delete all session page entries under "yesterday" group when detecting a trigger operation (e.g. click operation) for the operation identifier in the upper right corner of the "yesterday" group, so as to obtain the session list page shown in fig. 12.
Therefore, by carrying out group division on the session page entries in the session list page, the home terminal user can delete all the session page entries in the same group at the same time without deleting each session page entry one by one, which is beneficial to simplifying user operation and improving the management efficiency of the session page entries.
In the above embodiment, the session list page includes session page entries of all communication sessions in which the home terminal user participates, and the session page entries are displayed in groups. However, for some session page entries, the home terminal user may not actually care about the communication messages in the corresponding communication session, and therefore, the session page entries waste the display space on the session list page, which originally belongs to a scarce resource, and may affect the processing efficiency of the home terminal user on the concerned communication session.
Therefore, the application further provides an efficient mode for the session list page, and the communication efficiency of the home terminal user can be further improved. The efficient mode based presentation scheme is described in detail below in conjunction with fig. 13-17.
As shown in fig. 13, a mode switch 1301 may be added to the session list page, and the local user may set the mode switch 1301 to determine whether to implement the efficient mode in the session list page. In the session list page shown in fig. 13, the mode switch 1301 is located at the left closed position, which indicates that the efficient mode is not yet opened, and thus, the session page entries corresponding to all communication sessions in which the home terminal user participates are all shown in the session list page; when the home terminal user slides the mode switch 1301 to the right side, the efficient mode may be opened, and the session list page may only show the session page entries that satisfy the preset condition, and the session page entries that do not satisfy the preset condition need not be shown, and the preset condition may be set by the home terminal user according to actual requirements, so as to ensure that the session page entries displayed by the session list page all can satisfy the actual requirements of the home terminal user, which is helpful for improving the communication efficiency of the home terminal user.
The home terminal user can set the above-mentioned preset conditions to be adopted through the filtering condition setting page shown in fig. 14. For example, alternative screening conditions may include:
1) there is an unread message. The session list page may show the session page entries corresponding to the communication sessions in which the unread messages exist, but not show the session page entries corresponding to the communication sessions in which the unread messages do not exist.
2) And paying attention to the single chat session corresponding to the user. The session list page may show the communication session of the single chat type corresponding to the concerned user corresponding to the home-end user, but not show the communication session of the single chat type corresponding to the unaccepted user. The concerned user can be set by the local user, or the concerned user can be determined by the electronic device, the nail client or the nail server according to the historical data of the local user, for example, if the historical communication frequency between the local user and a certain user is found to be higher than the preset frequency according to the historical data, the concerned user can be set as the concerned user of the local user automatically.
3) And paying attention to the group chat session corresponding to the group. The session list page may show the group chat type communication session corresponding to the concerned group corresponding to the home terminal user, but not show the group chat type communication session corresponding to the group not concerned. Similar to the concerned user, the concerned group may be set by the home terminal user, or may be analyzed and determined by the electronic device, the nail client, or the nail server according to the historical data of the home terminal user, and details are not repeated here.
In addition to the above three conditions, the present application may also apply other conditions, and the end user may also create new conditions according to actual needs (for example, by triggering the conditions in fig. 14)
Figure BDA0001293185790000221
Icon, start create operation), which is not limited in this application. When the end user starts a plurality of conditions at the same time, the conditions can adopt the action mode of 'union' or 'intersection'. For example, assuming that the home-end user selects "there is an unread message" and "pay attention to a single chat session corresponding to the user," when the "union" action mode is adopted, the session page entry only needs to satisfy at least one of the two conditions, and can be determined to satisfy the preset condition, and when the "intersection" action mode is adopted, the session page entry only needs to satisfy the two conditions at the same time and can be determined to satisfy the preset condition.
In the following, assuming that the preset condition is "existence of unread messages", the presentation scheme based on the present application may include: as shown in fig. 15, when the high-efficiency mode is turned on, all the session page entries in fig. 13 that do not contain the unread messages are hidden (i.e., not shown), but only the session page entries that contain the unread messages are shown, including the session page entries of the group communication sessions corresponding to the group "X item", "smart customer service", "collaborative development" (the smart customer service "turns on the do-not-disturb function, and thus the way of" do-not-disturb mark 1501+ black dots "is adopted as the prompt information of the" unread messages ", which is different from the prompt information of the other communication sessions in the form of" number of unread messages + black circular background "), the session page entries of the single-chat communication sessions corresponding to the user" white small ", and the session page entries corresponding to the function message" birthday blessing ", etc.
Further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 15, similar to the embodiments shown in fig. 9 to 12, the session page entries in the session list page may be displayed in groups according to a preset dimension, where the "preset dimension" may refer to the description in the embodiments, and is not described herein again. For example, in fig. 15, the session page entries in the session list page may be divided into multiple groups, such as "set top message", "@ my message", "focused user or group chat", "function message", and the like, and the session page entries corresponding to the respective groups are respectively displayed in the corresponding display areas, so that the local user can quickly search for the interested group, or perform overall management (such as overall deletion) on the session page entries in the same group, which is helpful for improving the operation efficiency.
Assuming that the home terminal user views the communication session page of the group "collaborative development" so that the group "collaborative development" no longer contains unread messages, as shown in fig. 16, the corresponding session page entry may no longer be displayed in the session list page; further, if the home terminal user has viewed all unread messages respectively, so that there is no communication session containing the unread messages, the session list page may not show any session page entries, and show the prompt information such as "√" and "congratulatory characters, handling all messages" and the like, as shown in fig. 17.
Of course, if the home terminal user wishes to search for a session page entry that does not satisfy the preset condition, the session list page may redisplay the session page entries of all communication sessions in which the home terminal user participates by closing the efficient mode, so that the home terminal user may search for a session page entry corresponding to an interested communication session.
