Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of terminal technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for managing a communication session.
Background
With the popularization and development of instant messaging technology, more and more users can communicate and exchange through an instant messaging platform. In a conversation entrance display page of the instant messaging platform, corresponding conversation entrances are ordered according to the time sequence of receiving or sending conversation messages, however, as the number of communication conversations participated by a user is gradually increased, conversation messages or urgent conversation messages which the user wants to see are often submerged in a plurality of communication conversations, and the user needs to adopt browsing operations such as sliding or page turning to find out the needed communication conversations and view the corresponding conversation messages, so that important conversation messages are very easy to miss.

In response to the call instruction, the electronic device may call the session application "emergency command" and display the session message 503 "typhoon plan 1.Pdf" sent by the session application "emergency command" in the session page 500, so as to implement quick call to the session application, and of course, the electronic device may also automatically call a corresponding session application when reaching a predefined trigger condition of a certain session application, which is not limited in this specification.
In this embodiment, prompt information of the to-be-processed event associated with the local user and sent by any of the above-mentioned session applications "emergency command", "schedule", and "weather forecast" may be presented in the session page 500 as shown in fig. 5, for example, "5 @ my messages" and "2 approval items" shown in fig. 5, and may jump to the context session message containing any approval item in response to the selection operation of "2 approval items" by the user, so that the user may process the approval item.
In this embodiment, when the call result of the session application "emergency command" is associated with the co-processing task, the to-be-processed option included in the co-processing task may be presented in the session page 500, as shown in fig. 6. In the session page 600 shown in fig. 6, the session message "field report" sent by the session application "emergency command" belongs to a collaborative processing task, and the collaborative processing task needs to be filled by session members in the "emergency working group", and a text input box of a to-be-processed option "field condition description" and a risk option of a "risk class" contained in the to-be-processed task "field report" can be displayed in a display area 601 shown in fig. 6, so that each session member can directly process the collaborative processing task, and can replace low-efficiency collaborative processing in a text chat form and a voice chat form, thereby improving the convenience of operation.
In this embodiment, the user may also display corresponding preset function options in the session page 500 by triggering the session message "initiate emergency plan 1" in the session page 500 shown in fig. 5, as shown in fig. 7. In the function option display area 701 shown in fig. 7, function options such as "ring", "creating schedule", and "submitting approval" may be displayed, and the session message "start emergency plan 1" may be correspondingly processed according to the function option selected by the user, so as to implement a preset function, for example, when the user selects the option "create schedule", the electronic device may add the session message "start emergency plan 1" to the list corresponding to the "create schedule" option, and may transmit the session message out of the communication session.
The session page 500 shown in fig. 5 may include a message presentation sub-page "chat", a resource precipitation sub-page "group file", a resource precipitation sub-page "group member" and a collaborative presentation sub-page "group collaboration", where the resource precipitation sub-page "group file" may be used to present various files within the screened communication session "emergency work group", for example, files belonging to pdf format, word format or ppt format; the resource precipitation sub-page 'group members' can be used for displaying all session member information in the communication session 'emergency work group', for example, the session members can be displayed in groups according to a preset display mode; the collaborative presentation sub-page "group collaboration" may be used to quickly present collaborative content associated with conversational applications "emergency conductor", "calendar" and "weather forecast" pre-associated to "emergency work team".
In this embodiment, assuming that the user selects the resource precipitation sub-page "group file" in the session page 500 shown in fig. 5, the related file associated with the resource precipitation sub-page "group file" may be presented, as shown in fig. 8. In the resource precipitation sub-page 800 shown in fig. 8, the files "typhoon plan 1.pdf", "typhoon plan 2.pdf", and "report of research results" screened from the communication session "emergency work team" may be centrally displayed, so that the user may directly view the focused file.
In this embodiment, assuming that the user selects the collaboration presentation sub-page "group collaboration" in the session page 500 shown in fig. 5, collaborative content associated with the communication session "emergency work team" may be presented, as shown in fig. 9. In the collaborative presentation sub-page 900 shown in fig. 9, a presentation area 901 may be used to present collaborative content related to a conversation application "calendar", a presentation area 902 may be used to present collaborative content related to a conversation application "weather forecast", and so on. Of course, the corresponding session application may also be invoked in response to a triggering operation of the user for collaborative content within the collaborative presentation sub-page 900, which is not limited in this specification.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 10, at the hardware level, the device includes a processor 1002, an internal bus 1004, a network interface 1006, a memory 1008, and a non-volatile memory 1010, although other hardware required by other services is possible. The processor 1002 reads a corresponding computer program from the nonvolatile memory 1010 into the memory 1008 and then runs, and forms a management device of a communication session on a logical level. Of course, in addition to software implementation, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure do not exclude other implementation manners, such as a logic device or a combination of software and hardware, etc., that is, the execution subject of the following processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, but may also be hardware or a logic device.
Referring to fig. 11, in a software implementation, the management device of the communication session may include a screening unit 1102 and a presentation unit 1104. Wherein:
a screening unit 1102, configured to screen communication sessions participated by a user to obtain a target session group, where the target session group includes a plurality of communication sessions associated in a preset dimension;
and a display unit 1104, configured to aggregate and display the communication session included in the target session group in a session entry display page.
Optionally, the screening unit 1102 is specifically configured to:
and determining the communication session matched with the preset dimension according to the pre-added label information of each communication session participated by the user.
Optionally, the screening unit 1102 is specifically configured to:
determining the communication session matched with the preset dimension by identifying the characteristic information of each communication session participated by the user, wherein the characteristic information comprises at least one of the following steps: historical session messages, session names, session member information.
Optionally, the display unit 1104 is specifically configured to:
creating an aggregation entry corresponding to the preset dimension;
the target session group is associated to the syndication inlet and the syndication inlet is presented in the session inlet presentation page.
Optionally, in the case that the aggregation entry is selected, a session entry corresponding to the communication session contained in the target session group is displayed in the session entry display page.
Optionally, the display unit 1104 is specifically configured to:
the conversation entrance display page comprises tag pages respectively corresponding to the dimensions;
and associating the target session group to a tag page corresponding to the preset dimension so as to display a session entry corresponding to the corresponding communication session in the tag page.
Optionally, the display unit 1104 is specifically configured to:
displaying options corresponding to each dimension respectively;
and determining the dimension corresponding to the selected option as the preset dimension.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
an application calling unit 1106, configured to, in a session page corresponding to any communication session, respond to a calling instruction sent by a user to a session application pre-associated to the any communication session, call the session application and display a corresponding calling result in the session page;
and a result display unit 1108, configured to display, in a session page corresponding to the any communication session, a call result obtained by calling the session application, where the session application is automatically called when a predefined trigger condition is reached.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
an option display unit 1110, configured to display, in the session page, an option to be processed included in the collaborative processing task, where the call result is related to the collaborative processing task;
and the processing unit 1112 is used for responding to a processing instruction sent by a user to the option to be processed to process the collaborative processing task.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
the prompt information display unit 1114 is configured to display, in a session page corresponding to any communication session, prompt information of a to-be-processed event associated with a user and sent by a session application pre-associated to the any communication session;
the event processing unit 1116 is configured to respond to a selection instruction sent by the user to the prompt information, and display or process the event to be processed.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
the conversation page corresponding to any communication conversation comprises a message display sub-page and at least one cooperative display sub-page, wherein the message display sub-page is used for displaying historical conversation messages of any communication conversation;
an acquisition unit 1118 configured to acquire collaborative content associated with a session application pre-associated with the any communication session;
The first association unit 1120 is configured to associate the collaborative content to a corresponding collaborative display sub-page, so as to perform quick display on the collaborative content in the collaborative display sub-page.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
the conversation page corresponding to any communication conversation comprises a message display sub-page and at least one resource precipitation sub-page, wherein the message display sub-page is used for displaying historical conversation messages of any communication conversation;
a screening unit 1122, configured to screen out a message resource focused by a user from the historical session messages of any communication session;
and a second association unit 1124 configured to associate the message resources to a corresponding resource precipitation sub-page, so as to perform centralized presentation on the message resources in the resource precipitation sub-page.
The system, apparatus, module or unit set forth in the above embodiments may be implemented in particular by a computer chip or entity, or by a product having a certain function. A typical implementation device is a computer, which may be in the form of a personal computer, laptop computer, cellular telephone, camera phone, smart phone, personal digital assistant, media player, navigation device, email device, game console, tablet computer, wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
In a typical configuration, a computer includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.

Computer-readable media, as defined herein, does not include transitory computer-readable media (transmission media), such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Claims (15)
1. A method for managing a communication session, comprising:
screening the communication session participated by the user to obtain a target session group, including: identifying the characteristic information of each communication session participated by the user, and determining the communication session matched with the preset dimension; wherein the target session group comprises a plurality of communication sessions associated in the preset dimension, and the characteristic information comprises at least one of the following: historical session information, session names, session member information;
in the session entry display page, performing aggregate display on the communication session contained in the target session group, including: the target conversation group is associated to a label page corresponding to the preset dimension, so that conversation inlets corresponding to the corresponding communication conversations are displayed in the label page; wherein the session entry presentation page includes tab pages corresponding to respective dimensions.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the screening the communication sessions in which the user participates to obtain the target session group comprises:
and determining the communication session matched with the preset dimension according to the pre-added label information of each communication session participated by the user.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein aggregating and displaying the communication sessions contained in the target session group in a session entry display page comprises:
creating an aggregation entry corresponding to the preset dimension;
the target session group is associated to the syndication inlet and the syndication inlet is presented in the session inlet presentation page.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of,
and under the condition that the aggregation entry is selected, displaying a session entry corresponding to the communication session contained in the target session group in the session entry display page.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the preset dimension comprises:
displaying options corresponding to each dimension respectively;
and determining the dimension corresponding to the selected option as the preset dimension.
6. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
in a session page corresponding to any communication session, responding to a call instruction sent by a user to a session application pre-associated to the any communication session, calling the session application and displaying a corresponding call result in the session page;
or, in the session page corresponding to any communication session, displaying a calling result obtained by calling the session application, wherein the session application is automatically called when a predefined trigger condition is reached.
7. The method as recited in claim 6, further comprising:
under the condition that the calling result is related to the collaborative processing task, displaying options to be processed contained in the collaborative processing task in the session page;
and responding to a processing instruction sent by a user to the options to be processed, and processing the collaborative processing task.
8. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
displaying prompt information of an event to be processed, which is associated with a user and sent by a session application pre-associated to any communication session, in a session page corresponding to the any communication session;
And responding to a selection instruction sent by the user to the prompt information, and displaying or processing the event to be processed.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein a session page corresponding to any communication session includes a message presentation sub-page and at least one co-presentation sub-page, wherein the message presentation sub-page is configured to present historical session messages of the any communication session; the method further comprises the steps of:
acquiring collaborative content associated with a session application pre-associated with the any communication session;
and associating the collaborative content to a corresponding collaborative display sub-page so as to rapidly display the collaborative content in the collaborative display sub-page.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein a session page corresponding to any communication session comprises a message presentation sub-page and at least one resource precipitation sub-page, wherein the message presentation sub-page is configured to present historical session messages of the any communication session; the method further comprises the steps of:
screening out the message resources focused by the user from the historical session messages of any communication session;
and associating the message resources to corresponding resource precipitation sub-pages so as to intensively display the message resources in the resource precipitation sub-pages.
11. A communication session management apparatus, comprising:
the screening unit is configured to screen the communication session in which the user participates to obtain a target session group, and includes: identifying the characteristic information of each communication session participated by the user, and determining the communication session matched with the preset dimension; wherein the target session group comprises a plurality of communication sessions associated in the preset dimension, and the characteristic information comprises at least one of the following: historical session information, session names, session member information;
the display unit is configured to aggregate and display, in a session entry display page, a communication session included in the target session group, where the display unit includes: the target conversation group is associated to a label page corresponding to the preset dimension, so that conversation inlets corresponding to the corresponding communication conversations are displayed in the label page; wherein the session entry presentation page includes tab pages corresponding to respective dimensions.
12. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the screening unit is specifically configured to:
and determining the communication session matched with the preset dimension according to the pre-added label information of each communication session participated by the user.
13. The device according to claim 11, wherein the display unit is specifically configured to:
displaying options corresponding to each dimension respectively;
and determining the dimension corresponding to the selected option as the preset dimension.
14. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to implement the method of any of claims 1-10 by executing the executable instructions.
15. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the method of any of claims 1-10.
