本发明涉及一种电缆半导电层去除装置,包括固定座,该固定座中部同轴安装有一刀座,该刀座顶部同轴安装有切刀,在刀座所在的固定座表面上镜像对称安装两个向外放射状的滚轮支架,每组滚轮支架内均通过转轴同轴安装有滚轮。本实发明具有快速、轻便、精准、灵活、耐用等特点,能很好保证刀痕的深度一致,随待划物表面变化而变化,使半导电层能轻易剥落,不伤及绝缘;不需培训即可使用,避免了因操作工水平不一导致伤及绝缘情况发生。避免了因剥除半导电层时伤及绝缘导致的故障,缩短了电缆附件安装的时间,节省了大量维护费用。

本发明属于配电工具领域,尤其是一种电缆半导电层去除装置。
背景技术
目前,35KV及以下电缆在附件安装时使用电工刀进行半导电层的痕迹切划,稍加不注意就会使电缆绝缘收到伤害,缩短电缆运行的使用寿命。往往会在很短的时间内因半导电层剥切过程中伤及绝缘导致在此处发生电树枝反应,最终导致电力电缆故障发生。同时,以往的方法施工效率低,对施工人员的技能操作水平要求高。
实发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种结构简单、设计合理的电缆半导电层去除装置。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种电缆半导电层去除装置,包括固定座,该固定座中部同轴安装有一刀座,该刀座顶部同轴安装有切刀,在刀座所在的固定座表面上镜像对称安装两个向外放射状的滚轮支架,每组滚轮支架内均通过转轴同轴安装有滚轮。
本实发明的优点和积极效果是:
本实发明具有快速、轻便、精准、灵活、耐用等特点,能很好保证刀痕的深度一致,随待划物表面变化而变化,使半导电层能轻易剥落,不伤及绝缘;不需培训即可使用,避免了因操作工水平不一导致伤及绝缘情况发生。避免了因剥除半导电层时伤及绝缘导致的故障,缩短了电缆附件安装的时间,节省了大量维护费用。

一种电缆半导电层去除装置,包括固定座4,该固定座中部同轴安装有一刀座5,该刀座顶部同轴安装有切刀6,在刀座所在的固定座表面上镜像对称安装两个向外放射状的滚轮支架1,每组滚轮支架内均通过转轴2同轴安装有滚轮3,用于保证线缆切割的支撑和同轴度的同时,保持与电缆表面的滚动摩擦,易于实现相对位移的基础上减少摩擦力。
