Abstract

本发明公开了一种电力供电插接装置,包括插头和插座,插头包括插头手持件、插片盒、楔块和插片,插片盒固定安装在插头手持件的下端,插片盒内设有插片腔,插片腔内顶端弹性连接有楔块,楔块两端通过键槽结构滑动卡接有两个插片,两个插片分别贯穿插片盒的两端,插片盒活动贯穿插座顶端的通孔,通孔下端的插座内设有接触片槽,接触片槽的两端固定设有接触片。本发明通过限位杆来控制定位块的上下,该限位杆在扭簧的作用下对定位块有一个向下的推力,且大于弹簧和压簧提供的弹力之和,从而将定位块紧密挤压在插座的顶端,避免插头发生滑动,从而只有在将对称的限位杆按下时,插头才能插入插座,起到一定的保护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力设备技术领域,具体为一种电力供电插接装置。
背景技术
供电装置在电力领域经常使用,在一些电力设备中经常通过插头和插座的接合来对电力设备中的电力元件进行供电,所以插头和插座的接合的稳定性是决定电力元件能否正常运行的关键,在现有技术中一般都是通过插头插进插座内实行通电,由于插头和插座间并没有设置任何锁定结构,极易造成连接松动,使得无法正常对电力设备中的电力元件供电,不仅严重影响了供电,且在松动的同时极易引发触电的危险,存在较大的安全隐患,为此我们提出一种电力供电插接装置用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电力供电插接装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种电力供电插接装置,包括插头和插座,所述插头包括插头手持件、插片盒、楔块和插片,所述插片盒固定安装在插头手持件的下端,所述插片盒内设有插片腔,所述插片腔内顶端弹性连接有楔块,所述楔块两端通过键槽结构滑动卡接有两个插片,两个所述插片分别贯穿插片盒的两端,所述插片盒活动贯穿插座顶端的通孔,所述通孔下端的插座内设有接触片槽,所述接触片槽的两端固定设有接触片。
优选的,所述插片盒为中空的长方体型结构,其内部为插片腔,所述插片腔的底端为开口状态,该插片腔的顶端通过压簧固定连接楔块的顶端。
优选的,所述楔块顶端内凹设有压簧限位槽,所述压簧的底端固定位于压簧限位槽内。
优选的,所述楔块的截面为梯形结构,其两侧斜面上对称设有T型凹槽,所述T型凹槽内滑动卡接有T型键,所述T型键位于插片的内端,所述插片的外端活动贯穿插片盒两侧的插片孔。
优选的,所述插头还包括定位块、限位杆和弹簧,所述定位块的中部内凹设有活动块,所述活动块贯穿插头手持件上端的定位孔,所述定位孔底端通过弹簧固定连接活动块底端,位于定位孔上端的插头手持件两端侧壁上活动铰接设有限位杆,所述限位杆上设有扭簧,且该两个限位杆底端分别与活动块的紧密接触。
优选的,所述插座顶端的通孔的形状和插片盒的形状保持一致,且通孔的长度和宽度分别大于插片盒的长度和宽度,所述通孔下端的接触片槽为圆柱型槽,所述接触片槽位于通孔的宽度方向的内壁上对称设有两个接触片,两个所述接触片与插片活动接触。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过限位杆来控制定位块的上下,该限位杆在扭簧的作用下对定位块有一个向下的推力,且大于弹簧和压簧提供的弹力之和,从而将定位块紧密挤压在插座的顶端,避免插头发生滑动,从而只有在将对称的限位杆按下时,插头才能插入插座,起到一定的保护作用;
2、插片需要插头旋转后才能与插座内部的接触片接触通电,防止通电处与手太近造成触电;
3、插片在只有在楔块压入插片盒内时才会伸出,防止长期暴露在空气中,减少生锈等因素对通电质量的影响;
4、通过旋转插头将其卡入插座内,防松动,不易脱离;

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-7,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种电力供电插接装置,包括插头1和插座2,插头1包括插头手持件11、插片盒12、楔块13和插片14,插片盒12固定安装在插头手持件11的下端,插片盒12内设有插片腔1201,插片腔1201内顶端弹性连接有楔块13,楔块13顶端内凹设有压簧限位槽1302,压簧15的底端固定位于压簧限位槽1302内,该楔块13在压簧15的作用下向下端运动,该压簧15保持压缩状态。
如图1、图2、图4和图5所示,楔块13两端通过键槽结构滑动卡接有两个插片14,两个插片14分别贯穿插片盒12的两端,插片盒12为中空的长方体型结构,其内部为插片腔1201,插片腔1201的底端为开口状态,该插片腔1201的顶端通过压簧15固定连接楔块13的顶端,楔块13的截面为梯形结构,其两侧斜面上对称设有T型凹槽1301,T型凹槽1301内滑动卡接有T型键1401,T型键1401位于插片14的内端,插片14的外端活动贯穿插片盒12两侧的插片孔1202,在压簧15的作用下带动楔块13向下运动,其中两个插片14滑动卡接在楔块13的两端,通过T型键1401和T型凹槽1301保证滑动时卡合的稳定性,且仅在压簧15的作用下,T型键1401位于T型凹槽1301的上端,此时插片14的两端正好位于插片孔1202的开口处,当插头1位于插座2内时,楔块13受到挤压向上运动,并同时挤压压簧15,从而使T型键1401在T型凹槽1301上向下运动,带动两个插片14伸出并卡接在插座2内。
如图1、图2和图7所示,插片盒12活动贯穿插座2顶端的通孔203,通孔203下端的插座2内设有接触片槽201,接触片槽201的两端固定设有接触片202,插头1底端的插片盒12贯穿通孔203且位于接触片槽201内,向下推动插头1使插片14伸出后旋转,插片14和接触片202接触,使插头1和插座2通电。
如图1、图2和图3所示,插头1还包括定位块16、限位杆17和弹簧18,定位块16的中部内凹设有活动块1601,活动块1601贯穿插头手持件11上端的定位孔1101,定位孔1101底端通过弹簧18固定连接活动块1601底端,位于定位孔1101上端的插头手持件11两端侧壁上活动铰接设有限位杆17,限位杆17上设有扭簧,且该两个限位杆17底端分别与活动块1601的紧密接触,定位块16可在定位孔1101内上下运动,且弹簧18始终保持压缩状态,一直对定位块16有一个向上的弹力,而限位杆17在扭簧的作用下对定位块16有一个向下的推力,且大于弹簧18和压簧15提供的弹力之和,从而将定位块16紧密挤压在插座2的顶端,避免插头1发生滑动。
如图1和图7所示,插座2顶端的通孔203的形状和插片盒12的形状保持一致,且通孔203的长度和宽度分别大于插片盒12的长度和宽度,通孔203下端的接触片槽201为圆柱型槽,接触片槽201位于通孔203的宽度方向的内壁上对称设有两个接触片202,两个接触片202与插片14活动接触。
工作原理:本发明中插头1未使用时,在压簧15的作用下,插片14位于插片盒12内部,避免不使用时插片14受到损坏;使用时,单手握持插头1上的两个限位杆17,通过挤压两个的限位杆17使定位块16上升,上升到最高处时,将插头1插入到插座2中,让插头1底端的插片盒12贯穿通孔203且位于接触片槽201内,向下推动插头1使插片14伸出,其中楔块13受到插座2底端的挤压而向上运动,使T型键1401在T型凹槽1301内向下运动,带动两个插片14伸出并卡接在插座2内,然后将插头1旋转90°,使插片14和接触片202接触,插头1和插座2通电,此时放手,限位杆17在扭簧的作用下对定位块16有一个向下的推力,且大于弹簧18和压簧15提供的弹力之和,从而将定位块16紧密挤压在插座2的顶端,避免插头1发生转动;需要将插头1拔出时,握持插头1上两端的限位杆17,使定位块16在弹簧18的作用下上升,然后再次90°旋转插头1,向上拉动插头1,压簧15使楔块13复位,两个插片14回缩到插片盒12内,从而将插头1拔出。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (6)

1.一种电力供电插接装置,包括插头(1)和插座(2),其特征在于:所述插头(1)包括插头手持件(11)、插片盒(12)、楔块(13)和插片(14),所述插片盒(12)固定安装在插头手持件(11)的下端,所述插片盒(12)内设有插片腔(1201),所述插片腔(1201)内顶端弹性连接有楔块(13),所述楔块(13)两端通过键槽结构滑动卡接有两个插片(14),两个所述插片(14)分别贯穿插片盒(12)的两端,所述插片盒(12)活动贯穿插座(2)顶端的通孔(203),所述通孔(203)下端的插座(2)内设有接触片槽(201),所述接触片槽(201)的两端固定设有接触片(202),插头(1)插入到插座(2)中,让插头(1)底端的插片盒(12)贯穿通孔(203)且位于接触片槽(201)内,向下推动插头(1)使插片(14)伸出,再将插头(1)旋转90°,使插片(14)和接触片(202)接触,插头(1)和插座(2)通电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电力供电插接装置,其特征在于:所述插片盒(12)为中空的长方体型结构,其内部为插片腔(1201),所述插片腔(1201)的底端为开口状态,该插片腔(1201)的顶端通过压簧(15)固定连接楔块(13)的顶端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电力供电插接装置,其特征在于:所述楔块(13)顶端内凹设有压簧限位槽(1302),所述压簧(15)的底端固定位于压簧限位槽(1302)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电力供电插接装置,其特征在于:所述楔块(13)的截面为梯形结构,其两侧斜面上对称设有T型凹槽(1301),所述T型凹槽(1301)内滑动卡接有T型键(1401),所述T型键(1401)位于插片(14)的内端,所述插片(14)的外端活动贯穿插片盒(12)两侧的插片孔(1202)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电力供电插接装置,其特征在于:所述插头(1)还包括定位块(16)、限位杆(17)和弹簧(18),所述定位块(16)的中部内凹设有活动块(1601),所述活动块(1601)贯穿插头手持件(11)上端的定位孔(1101),所述定位孔(1101)底端通过弹簧(18)固定连接活动块(1601)底端,位于定位孔(1101)上端的插头手持件(11)两端侧壁上活动铰接设有限位杆(17),所述限位杆(17)上设有扭簧,且该两个限位杆(17)底端分别与活动块(1601)的紧密接触。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种电力供电插接装置,其特征在于:所述插座(2)顶端的通孔(203)的形状和插片盒(12)的形状保持一致,且通孔(203)的长度和宽度分别大于插片盒(12)的长度和宽度,所述通孔(203)下端的接触片槽(201)为圆柱型槽,所述接触片槽(201)位于通孔(203)的宽度方向的内壁上对称设有两个接触片(202),两个所述接触片(202)与插片(14)活动接触。
