In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
A filter screen assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a filter screen apparatus 100 for automatically removing dust according to an embodiment of the present invention may be used for an air conditioner 110, and the filter screen apparatus 100 may include: support frame 10, filter screen 20, driving assembly (not shown), cleaning brush assembly 30 and brake assembly 40.
Specifically, the filter screen 20 is disposed on the support frame 10, and the filter screen 20 is movable between a first position and a second position on the support frame 10. Here, the first position of the filter screen 20 on the support frame 10 refers to a position when the filter screen 20 is completely closed to shield the air inlet of the air conditioner 110, i.e. a normal installation and use position of the filter screen 20, as shown in fig. 3, and the second position refers to a position when the filter screen 20 does not shield the air inlet of the air conditioner 110 at all, and at this time, the filter screen 20 deviates from the normal installation and use position. For example, the filter screen 20 is shown in fig. 1 and 2 in a position somewhere between the first position and the second position. A drive assembly is coupled to the filter screen 20, the drive assembly being operable to drive the filter screen 20 between the first and second positions. The cleaning brush assembly 30 is disposed on the supporting frame 10, and the cleaning brush assembly 30 can remove dust from the filter screen 20 while the filter screen 20 moves.
Further, the brake assembly 40 is movable between a braking position and a release position. When the filter screen 20 is located at the first position, the braking assembly 40 is located at the braking position, and the braking assembly 40 can stop the movement of the filter screen 20. When the filter screen 20 is not located at the first position, it can be understood that the brake assembly 40 is located at the release position during the process that the filter screen 20 moves from the first position to the second position, the filter screen 20 is located at the second position, and the filter screen 20 moves from the second position to the first position, and at this time, the brake assembly 40 releases the stop of the filter screen 20, and the filter screen 20 can move.
Thus, when the air conditioner 110 is normally operated, the filter net 20 is located at the first position, and air entering the air conditioner 110 can be filtered. When it is desired to clean filter screen 20, drive assembly drives filter screen 20 away from the first position while brake assembly 40 moves from the braking position to the release position. The filter screen 20 continues to move to the second position by the driving assembly, and in the process, the cleaning brush assembly 30 cleans dust and the like on the filter screen 20. When the filter screen 20 reaches the second position, the filter screen 20 changes the moving direction and moves from the second position to the first position, and the cleaning brush assembly 30 cleans the filter screen 20 again, so that the cleaning effect is improved. When the filter screen 20 reaches the first position, the brake assembly 40 moves from the release position to the braking position, and the drive assembly stops operating.
In the related art, the air conditioner filter screen often does not have the self-cleaning function, and the user needs to manually take out the filter screen for cleaning, which is very inconvenient and easy to shake off dust.
In the present invention, the filter screen device 100 can automatically clean the filter screen 20 without disassembling the filter screen 20, and the brake assembly 40 can not only ensure that the filter screen 20 stops moving after cleaning is completed, so as to ensure that the filter screen 20 moves in place and is clean in place, but also prevent the performance of the air conditioner 110 from being affected by the filter screen 20 leaving the first position when the air conditioner 110 operates normally.
The filter screen device 100 according to the embodiment of the invention has the driving component for driving the filter screen 20 to move, the cleaning brush component 30 for cleaning the filter screen 20 and the brake component 40 for controlling whether the filter screen 20 moves or not, so that automatic dust removal of the filter screen 20 can be realized, the filter screen 20 can be ensured to move in place in the cleaning process, the cleaning is thorough, and the cleaning effect is good.
According to the filter screen apparatus 100 of an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the braking assembly 40 may include: a stopper 401 and an elastic member 402. The stopper 401 is disposed on the support frame 10, and the stopper 401 is movable on the support frame 10. When the brake assembly 40 is in the release position, the brake member 401 releases the stop of the filter net 20, and when the brake assembly 40 is in the brake position, the brake member 401 can stop the filter net 20. The elastic member 402 is connected to the stopper 401, and the elastic member 402 can drive the stopper 401 to move toward a position where the filter net 20 is stopped.
Therefore, when the filter screen 20 reaches the first position, the elastic part 402 can drive the braking part 401 to move from the release position to the braking position, in-place detection is realized, manual operation of a user or other driving devices are not needed, the structure is simple, the driving effect is good, the installation space is saved, and the production cost is saved.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the braking member 401 is rotatably disposed on the supporting frame 10, the elastic member 402 may be formed as a torsion spring, one end of the torsion spring may abut against the braking member 401, and the other end of the torsion spring may abut against the supporting frame 10, when the filter screen 20 is located at the first position, the torsion spring drives the braking assembly 40 to be located at the braking position, when the filter screen 20 is not located at the first position, the braking member 401 presses against the torsion spring, the braking assembly 40 moves to the releasing position, and when the filter screen 20 moves from the second position to the first position again, the torsion spring may drive the braking assembly 40 to return from the releasing position to the braking position.
The torsion spring is small in size, large in torsion and large in recycling frequency, so that the filter screen device 100 is simple in structure and small in assembly size, the brake assembly 40 can be well moved between the brake position and the release position, and the service life is long. Of course, the elastic member 402 is not limited to the torsion spring shown in fig. 2 and 4, and may be other elastic structures, such as a coil spring or a spring plate, etc., as long as it can drive the braking assembly 40 to move to the braking position, and the braking assembly 40 can move between the braking position and the releasing position.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 4, still further, the supporting frame 10 may be provided with a mounting groove 101, the braking member 401 and the torsion spring may be disposed in the mounting groove 101, and the other end of the torsion spring may be abutted against an inner wall surface of the mounting groove 101, so as to prevent the braking member 401 and the torsion spring from being misaligned when being squeezed to affect normal operation, and the braking assembly 40 has a simple mounting structure and is firmly and reliably mounted.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a mesh groove 102 may be provided in the support frame 10, the filter screen 20 is provided in the mesh groove 102, and the filter screen 20 is movable in the mesh groove 102. The groove 102 can limit the path of the filter screen 20 moving between the first position and the second position, prevent the filter screen 20 from deviating, prevent the filter screen 20 from being folded or twisted on the support frame 10, and make the filter screen 20 move more smoothly.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning brush assembly 30 includes: the first rolling brush 31 and the second rolling brush 32, the first rolling brush 31 and the second rolling brush 32 are respectively located at two sides of the filter screen 20, the first rolling brush 31 and the second rolling brush 32 are driven by the driving assembly to rotate, the filter screen 20 is extruded between the first rolling brush 31 and the second rolling brush 32, the filter screen 20 is prevented from sliding or folding, and the first rolling brush 31 and the second rolling brush 32 can simultaneously remove dust from two sides of the filter screen 20, so that the cleaning is more comprehensive and thorough.
Further, the first and second round brushes 31 and 32 may include: a rotating shaft 301, a brush and a transmission gear 302. The rotating shaft 301 is connected with the support frame 10, the rotating shaft 301 can pivot relative to the support frame 10, the hairbrush is wound on the rotating shaft 301, and the transmission gear 302 is connected with the rotating shaft 301. For example, in some embodiments of the present invention, the supporting frame 10 is provided with a pivot hole, the rotating shaft 301 is pivoted to the pivot hole, the driving gear 302 is driven by the driving assembly to rotate, so as to drive the rotating shaft 301 to pivot in the pivot hole, and the brush on the rotating shaft 301 rotates along with the rotation of the rotating shaft 301, so that the filtering net 20 can be cleaned.
In some embodiments of the present invention, one end of the filter screen 20 may be provided with a rack 201, and the rack 201 may be externally engaged with the transmission gear 302 of the first rolling brush 31, so that the transmission gear 302 of the first rolling brush 31 may drive the rack 201 to move when rotating, thereby realizing the movement of the filter screen 20 between the first position and the second position. The movement of the filter screen 20 and the first rolling brush 31 is driven by the same motor, which is advantageous to simplify the structure of the filter screen apparatus 100, save installation space, and reduce production cost.
In addition, when the filter screen 20 is in the first position, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the brake assembly 40 is in the braking position, the braking member 401 can be stopped in the tooth slot of the transmission gear 302, and the filter screen 20 is stopped on the end face of the braking member 401, so that when the filter screen 20 leaves the first position, the filter screen 20 can press the braking member 401, and the brake assembly 40 moves to the release position. When the filter 20 moves between the first position and the second position, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the brake assembly 40 is in the release position, and the brake 401 may be stopped against a side surface of the filter 20 facing away from the rack 201. The rack 201 is arranged on one side surface of one end of the filter screen 20, so that the side surface of the filter screen 20 with the rack 201 can be used for transmission, the surface of one side of the filter screen 20, which is back to the rack 201, is flat and smooth, the brake part 401 and the filter screen 20 can move relatively conveniently, and the filter screen 20 moves more smoothly.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the driving assembly may include a first motor having an output shaft to which a first driving gear is coupled and a second motor having an output shaft to which a second driving gear is coupled, the first driving gear may be externally engaged with the driving gear 302 of the first drum brush 31, and the second driving gear may be externally engaged with the driving gear 302 of the second drum brush 32. Therefore, the first motor and the second motor can respectively drive the first rolling brush 31 and the second rolling brush 32 to rotate, the rotating directions and the rotating speeds of the first rolling brush 31 and the second rolling brush 32 are respectively controlled, more operation conditions can be realized, and the practicability is stronger.
For example, optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, the rotation speeds of the first motor and the second motor may be different, so as to control the rotation speeds of the first rolling brush 31 and the second rolling brush 32 to be different, when the filter screen 20 moves between the first position and the second position, the first rolling brush 31 and the filter screen 20 move at the same speed, and the second rolling brush 32 and the filter screen 20 move at different speeds, so as to increase friction between the second rolling brush 32 and the filter screen 20, clean the filter screen 20 in all directions in the mesh of the filter screen 20, have a greater cleaning capability, and clean the filter screen 20 more thoroughly. Of course, the rotation speeds of the first motor and the second motor may be the same, which also satisfies the requirement of cleaning the filter screen 20.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the first motor and the second motor may be step motors, and the step motors may control the filter screen 20 to move by a predetermined stroke by a predetermined number of steps, that is, the step motors may strictly control the filter screen 20 to move between the first position and the second position without moving too much or not moving in place, so that the positioning is more accurate.
In addition, during the movement of the filter screen 20 from the first position to the second position, the rotation directions of the first motor and the second motor may be opposite, so that the rotation directions of the first rolling brush 31 and the second rolling brush 32 are opposite. Of course, the rotation directions of the first motor and the second motor may be the same during the movement of the filter screen 20 from the first position to the second position, which may both realize the cleaning of the filter screen 20 by the first rolling brush 31 and the second rolling brush 32.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first motor rotates in a direction opposite to the direction in which the filter screen 20 moves from the first position to the second position, and the second motor rotates in a direction that is constant during the reciprocating movement of the filter screen 20. For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1-4, when the filter screen 20 moves from the first position to the second position, the first motor drives the transmission gear 302 of the first rolling brush 31 to rotate in the counterclockwise direction, and the second motor drives the transmission gear 302 of the second rolling brush 32 to rotate in the clockwise direction; when the filter screen 20 moves from the second position to the first position, the first motor drives the transmission gear 302 of the first rolling brush 31 to rotate in the clockwise direction, and the second motor drives the transmission gear 302 of the second rolling brush 32 to continue to rotate in the clockwise direction. Therefore, when the filter screen 20 reciprocates between the first position and the second position, the second rolling brush 32 connected with the second motor can clean the filter screen 20 from two directions, and the cleaning is more thorough.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the supporting frame 10 may be provided with a transmission cavity, and the transmission cavity may be used for installing the driving assembly and realizing the engagement between the driving assembly and the cleaning brush assembly 30. For example, the meshing of the transmission gear 302 of the second rolling brush 32 and the second driving gear may be in a transmission cavity, and the first motor may also be provided in the transmission cavity. Of course, it is also possible that the second motor is disposed in the transmission cavity, and the transmission gear 302 of the first rolling brush 31 and the first driving gear are engaged in the transmission cavity. When the driving assembly and the cleaning brush assembly 30 are assembled, the first motor and the second motor are installed in a staggered manner, which is beneficial to saving the installation space.
Optionally, the first rolling brush 31 and the second rolling brush 32 may be provided with a dust scraping plate, the dust scraping plate may be abutted to the filter screen 20, the dust scraping plate may scrape off not only dust on the surface of the filter screen 20, but also a good scraping effect on some dust with a large viscosity on the surface of the filter screen 20, which is beneficial to improving the cleaning effect of the cleaning brush assembly 30 on the filter screen 20.
Of course, the arrangement position of the scraper is not particularly limited in the present invention, and according to the actual requirement, the first rolling brush 31 may be provided with a dust scraping plate, the second rolling brush 32 may be provided with a dust scraping plate, or both the first rolling brush 31 and the second rolling brush 32 may be provided with dust scraping plates, which may improve the cleaning effect of the filter screen 20. In other words, at least one of the first and second rolling brushes 31 and 32 is provided with an ash scraping plate which can abut against the filter net 20 to scrape ash.
In addition, in the first round brush 31 or the second round brush 32 that have the ash scraping plate, the ash scraping plate and the brush can be set up along the circumference interval of first round brush 31 or second round brush 32, from this, the ash scraping plate can alternate effect with the brush, and the ash scraping plate can scrape the great dust of viscidity, and the brush can clean the dust in the mesh of floating dust, filter screen 20 and scrape the dust that the ash scraping plate scraped, and it is more thorough to clean.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the filter screen apparatus 100 may further include a dust box, which may be disposed below the first and second rolling brushes 31 and 32, and thus, the dust box may collect dust swept by the first and second rolling brushes 31 and 32, and prevent the dust from entering the inside of the air conditioner 110 to affect the performance of the air conditioner 110.
The filter screen assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, it being understood that the following description is illustrative only and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
