An air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: face frame 1, air inlet grille subassembly 2 and dust collector.
The air inlet 11 is arranged on the face frame 1, indoor air enters the air-conditioning indoor unit 100 through the air inlet 11 for heat exchange, the air inlet grille assembly 2 is arranged at the air inlet 11, the air inlet grille assembly 2 comprises a first filter screen 21, a second filter screen 22 and three grills 23 which are sequentially arranged at intervals, a sliding space 201 is defined between every two adjacent grills 23, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the first grille 231, the second grille 232 and the third grille 233 are sequentially arranged at intervals from outside to inside, a first sliding space 2011 is defined between the first grille 231 and the second grille 232, and a second sliding space 2012 is defined between the second grille 232 and the third grille 233. Here, "outer" refers to a side away from the face frame 1 of the air-conditioning indoor unit 100, and "inner" refers to a side adjacent to the face frame 1 of the air-conditioning indoor unit 100.
The first filter screen 21 is disposed in the sliding space 201, the second filter screen 22 is disposed inside the innermost grid 23, that is, inside the third grid 233 shown in fig. 3, and the second filter screen 22 may be disposed between the third grid 233 and the face frame 1, when the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner operates, the indoor air sequentially passes through the first filter screen 21 and the second filter screen 22 and then enters the casing of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner, that is, the indoor air firstly passes through the first filter screen 21 and then passes through the second filter screen 22 for secondary filtration, and then enters the casing of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner. The dust removing device is located at one side of the two sliding spaces 201, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the two sliding spaces 201 extend in the left-right direction, the dust removing device is located at the left side of the two sliding spaces 201, and of course, the dust removing device may be located at the right side of the two sliding spaces 201.
The dust removing device comprises a cleaning component 31, a rotating component 32 and a driving component (not shown in the figure), one end of the first filter screen 21 is matched with the rotating component 32 to be driven by the rotating component 32 to move so as to switch between two sliding spaces 201, namely, the first filter screen 21 can move from a first sliding space 2011 to a second sliding space 2012 or from the second sliding space 2012 to the first sliding space 2011, the cleaning component 31 is positioned at one side of the rotating component 32 and is in contact with the first filter screen 21 so as to clean the first filter screen 21, and the driving component (not shown in the figure) is connected with the rotating component 32 so as to drive the rotating component 32 to rotate. Next, a specific process of cleaning the first filter screen 21 by the dust removing device will be described with reference to a specific example shown in fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 3, the first grating 231, the second grating 232 and the third grating 233 are sequentially arranged from outside to inside at intervals, a first sliding space 2011 is defined between the first grating 231 and the second grating 232, and a second sliding space 2012 is defined between the second grating 232 and the third grating 233. The dust removing device is provided on the left side of the sliding space 201, wherein the cleaning member 31 is provided adjacent to the second sliding space 2012. When the air conditioning indoor unit 100 is normally operated and the cleaning device does not clean the first filter screen 21, assuming that the first filter screen 21 is entirely located in the first sliding space 2011 (certainly, the first filter screen 21 may also be entirely located in the second sliding space 2012), when the cleaning mode is started, the driving member drives the rotating member 32 to rotate (the rotating direction of the rotating member 32 is the direction indicated by the first arrow 200 in fig. 3), the rotating member 32 rotates to drive the first filter screen 21 to move from the first sliding space 2011 to the second sliding space 2012, during the process that the first filter screen 21 moves to the second sliding space 2012, the cleaning member 31 contacts with the first filter screen 21 to clean the first filter screen 21, and when the first filter screen 21 is entirely moved to the second sliding space 2012, the cleaning is completed; then the driving member drives the rotating member 32 to rotate reversely (the direction of rotation of the rotating member 32 is indicated by the second arrow 300 in fig. 3), the first filter 21 moves from the second sliding space 2012 to the first sliding space 2011, and when the first filter 21 is fully located in the first sliding space 2011 again, the first filter 21 completes the resetting process. In the movement process of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner, the first filter screen 21 can be cleaned at regular time according to actual needs, so that the problem that dust is accumulated on the first filter screen 21 to reduce the air intake efficiency of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner is avoided.
Understandably, because first filter screen 21 is located the outside of second filter screen 22, the room air filters through first filter screen 21 at first, the clear air that obtains of filtration carries out the secondary filter through second filter screen 22 again, in the short time, a large amount of dusts will be piled up on first filter screen 21, clean in order regularly to first filter screen 21 through setting up dust collector, will pile up the dust on first filter screen 21 and clean in time, can avoid the dust to pile up on first filter screen 21 and block up the filtration pore of first filter screen 21 from this, thereby reduce the air inlet efficiency of indoor set 100 of air conditioner. Regularly clean first filter screen 21 through dust collector for first filter screen 21's the operation process that cleans is simpler, need not dismantle air inlet grille component 2, certainly not be limited to this, and first filter screen 21 also can dismantle alone after carrying out the manual work and clean.
It can be thought that the aperture of the filtering hole will become larger after the first filter screen 21 is cleaned for a plurality of times, so that the filtering performance of the first filter screen 21 will be reduced, and larger particles of dust will pass through the first filter screen 21, in this application, by arranging the second filter screen 22 at the inner side of the innermost grille 23, it can be ensured that the dust which is not filtered by the first filter screen 21 is filtered by the second filter screen 22, and therefore, the cleanliness of the inlet air of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 can be ensured. In addition, since the speed of dust accumulation on the surface of the second filter 22 is lower than the speed of dust accumulation on the surface of the first filter 21, and the frequency of cleaning by the second filter 22 may be lower than the frequency of cleaning by the first filter 21, in order to simplify the structure of the air conditioning indoor unit 100, the second filter 22 may be detached and then manually cleaned, but the air conditioning indoor unit 100 is not limited thereto, and a dust removing device (not shown) for automatically cleaning the second filter 22 may be provided therein.
According to the air-conditioning indoor unit 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the dust removing device for cleaning the first filter screen 21 is arranged, so that the cleaning process of the first filter screen 21 is simpler and more convenient, and the second filter screen 22 is arranged on the inner side of the innermost grid 23, so that after the performance of the first filter screen 21 for filtering dust is reduced, the dust which is not filtered by the first filter screen 21 can be filtered by the second filter screen 22 arranged on the inner side of the innermost grid 23, and the cleanness of the inlet air of the air conditioner can be ensured.
Optionally, the cleaning component 31 is a brush, which has good cleaning effect and low cost.
